The smoke detector battery needed to be changed. When I called the front desk to let them know they said they would send someone. Time passed, so I called again. The front desk said they forgot and would send someone again. They came in with another faceplate with a good battery and tried to attach it but you could tell it wasn’t attached properly.

Unfortunately, this stay was horrible. We were not looking for anything fancy, but there is a bar/restaurant in the same parking lot, and I guess the party continued all night because it was SO loud. On top of this, there is a fire station in the same parking lot as well, and there were two calls in the night. The biggest complaint though, our shower did not work. Not at all. There was zero water coming out, and my husband thinks it was going into the wall. We called the front desk, no one answered. At check out, there was no staff at the front desk to tell, apparently he was in the restroom…but after 20 minutes we just had to go. Very frustrating.

The floors were filthy. The tub had a Matt in it and several strands of hair. Stains on the wall that looked like boogers. Lastly the room had a wet mildew smell. We had to use Lysol to help kill the smell.

Stay elsewhere. First, the rooms look like jail cells. Our room needed a dehumidifier desperately…everything felt wet and smelled musty. The people at the front desk are very nice, but the hotel itself leaves a lot to be desired.

My stay was awful. My room had issues with the a/c unit so me and my wife burnt up all weekend for our anniversary. I asked for extra wash cloths the staff told me they don’t have extra washcloths that they only switch them out every 3 days .. So they gave us pool towels to use for our face. I wouldn’t recommend them

I was traveling with my 2 sisters ages 80 and 79. I asked at the check in desk for a blanket and was told he had no access to get one. I explained that I could not sleep in the bed with either of them and I would be sleeping on the floor he still was not going to give me an extra blanket. Or any thing to help out. He again claimed he had no access to the supplies .

This is an old hotel that is getting fixed. The rooms have good space, the pool area looks good. Rooms are comfortable, service was friendly and kind.

I recently stayed at Quality Inn and had a wonderful experience! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a cozy environment for a good night's rest. Was billed twice. Once by Expedia on the card I used to book the room and the card I used when checking in. I am due a refund from Expedia on my Discover card

I found it odd that upon checking in, I was asked if I needed the accessible room which I booked. Clean. Pillows were uncomfortable but overall this was a great place to stay. It was close to many stores and restaurants. Easy access to the highway. Paint scheme is horrible.

Rooms was clean but old. Smelled really strong of cigarette smoke. Definitely not a non smoking room. A lot of noise. Not really that great of an experience! Front desk staff was very nice.
