It could and should have been better for the price

For the amount of money you're paying for a room, US Bank breakfast would be included period I think it is unacceptable that they would charge for breakfast.Give in your pangover two hundred dollars.

Sky-high prices and no complimentary breakfast. Please tell the booking agencies that they should include taxes in their final prices period I had a case of sticker shock when I learned.I was paying twenty five dollars more than what I thought it would.

Rate was not honored.

Price booked included breakfast but Hotel did not honor. Manager Heather refused to adjust rate to include breakfast as advertised.

Very disappointing for the price.

Location was convenient to shopping and restaurants

The pool was too small. We arrived Friday PM and I had to ask if they were cleaning the room on Monday because they had not been in. Breakfast was overpriced with poor selection. We were at breakfast before 9 AM on the day were leaving so we wanted a quick breakfast and opted for the buffet breakfast. First we had to ask for plates even though the person was right there. The eggs were cold, the potatoes were not fully cooked. The sausage was cold. Selection of pastries and bread was pathetic. There was no waffle station. V

Wish it could've been better

I liked the spa and getting a suite was the best decision for my situation

This was probably the dirtiest hotel I'd ever stayed in and way below Hilton's normal expectations. Our bathroom had hair and dirt everywhere. It looked as if they hadn't even touched the bathroom between guests. I don't really like having housekeeping every other day, especially on a weekend like this where they knew 70% of the bookings were a soccer tournament playing in the pouring rain. So not getting new towels was frustrating. Even when asked, it took four attempts to finally get two clean towels.

property was close to both places we were visiting, like a walks distance

staff was subpar, fire alarm went off in the middle of the night the first night and staff was no where to be found in the middle of it till we decided to finally go back inside and a guy at the desk casually said it was a false alarm. no warnings from before or anything.

It was very nice. The room was large.

The bed was too firm. I have a bad back and was uncomfortable all night. Also, even though it may not be helped, noise from the highway can be heard from the room

Location

Within two hours of our arrival, there was an emergency with small fire department was called my husband, who was in a motorized mobility device was not assisted down the stairs. We were changed to another room, still smoke, unable to find another hotel and we’re not refunded the difference in our room downgrade.

Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff, perfect location

The location perfect, rooms, lobby and gym impeccable, clean and very nice. Staff wonderful especially the Chef and bar staff member Brittany.

Slightly disappointed with lack of baby equipment. Food was good. Staff was nice.

Breakfast was good. Kendall was very nice.

We were told there was a crib or pack and play so we booked the room. Once we got there it was no where to be found. We had to sleep in bed with our baby which prevented us from actually sleeping as we were worried about her.

The Hotel it self was nice, nothing fancy.

We received an email from the Hotel offering a discounted upgrade that we tried to take advantage of. Once we arrived and asked they said that they do not do those and that it did not come from them. They proceeded to tell us that Third Party booked rooms (booking.com) are not eligible for upgrades.
