This was my second stay at this hotel in two years, and it was the same, rooms are dated, but clean, and comfortable. They have been saying they are due for a renovation for awhile. I was towards the back and used the back elevator as there is one on each side of building. I got a cookie (last one!) at check in while the staff member spent a few minutes finishing a call, but she was apologetic. I noticed in the morning, when I went to lower the temperature on the AC/Heating unit, that it did not work or turn on. I was comfortable the night before so I didn't try to turn it on but remember thinking it was odd it never turned on all night. I was in room 423. The sink didn't seem to have hot water, so I was worried when showering in morning, if it would be hot, but not only was it hot, the water pressure was the best of any of the ~100 or so hotel's I have stayed at, it was literally a blast! Fantastic water pressure wow! The rooms have keurigs which was nice. They have the dispensers for soap, shampoo, etc and luckily all were full. Breakfast was fine, went down an hour before close, grabbed 2 cinnamon rolls, and after the other 6 were gone, that was it for the day, staff said they were out! Eggs and sausage were good, juice machine full, the man working wasn't overly friendly, but did keep things restocked! Good coffee too! The breakfast was pretty good! I'd certainly stay again and stay in the area 2-3x/year if the price is right, I stay here or Hampton usually.

The pool was very dirty and the rooms were noisy. I could hear the couple next door have sex. Everyone in hallway walking and opening and closing doors.

The hotel room was not the cleanest of rooms and to top it off, the room wasn’t cleaned when we left for the day. They left us a bogus note saying that our “do not disturb” sign was on the door all day but yet somehow they went in and dropped off new towels. Bed wasn’t made, carpet wasn’t vacuumed, only the towels were exchanged. We let the management know and they gave us a credit but I would much rather know I was staying in a clean place than be getting compensated for staying in a dirty one!

Always a fun time here! Only complaint would be the sofa beds. They are so uncomfortable. We always stay here when we travel and have only had to use the sofa beds twice. Two different rooms and both sofa beds were horrible!

Hotel was clean, quiet and convenient to the highway and a nice business strip. Staff could have been a bit friendlier but no one was rude or anything. Breakfast was really good with a lot of choices. Attendant working the breakfast area was very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely return.

Expedia had our room listed as a suite with 2 queen beds and a queen sofa bed, however this room configuration does not even exist at the hotel. We were switched to two adjoining rooms with 2 queen beds, which worked for us. Expedia needs to update their room listings. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good. Very convenient to I-95.

The hotel, pool and breakfast are okay with this price. Location is close to some stores and restaurants. We arrived a little earlier than 3pm with young kids; but we could not check in after 3:30pm because the room is not ready. The front desk/manager did not care and not trying to help.

A/C did not seem to be working. The suite room with a kitchen had no utensils or plates. Other guests in the hotel were loud in the middle of the night. Overall property could use some serious maintenance.

When we arrived at the hotel, our bed had very obviously been laid in, and there was a key card already on the end table. We assumed the room had been double booked, so we informed the front desk staff who immediately put us in an upgraded room. The upgraded room was missing lightbulbs, reeked of cigarette smoke, and was incredibly dirty with a visibly soiled carpet. The only redeeming quality of this hotel was that the breakfast was good .

Impressed with my stay. Very nice suite. Yes, it was a bit aged and needs remodeling at some point but otherwise clean and well appointed. The intake staff was fast and courteous, and departure was the same. The continental breakfast was plentiful and excellent although they had no bananas or other fruit beside apples and oranges. My only concern is I could not link my phone, tablet or computer to the LG television. Apparently, the on-demand system used is not equipped for streaming services. So, I had to use my computer to watch Netflix, YouTube and/or Prime Video. I would reserve a room here again.

When I checked in the person was friendly when I got up to the room it was wrong it wasn't the room that I had ordered I ordered a king suite with bar not a standard king okay the furniture was dirty and frayed the stains on eating table & carpet you could tell it wasn't done or cleaning because there were things I guess from the previous person underneath the desk the shower floor was slimy I thought I was going to fall when I stepped in the towels weren't fresh I'm so disappointed I won't be staying there again and hotel.com should give me a refund or at least 50%off my next stay through hotel com

Other than our neighbors smoking a lot of pot and stinking up the hall, the room was clean (if a little beat up- the cabinet covering up the fridge was falling apart) , the hotel was quiet, the staff was courteous, and the breakfast was nice also.

Carpeting in hallway was bubbling up making for an unsafe walk. Also, time to update the low power hair dryers. Took forever to dry my hair. On a plus note, staff was super friendly and seemed to take pride in cleanliness. Would stay here again but would have to pack a hair dryer!

I stayed for two nights in April 2024, nice and friendly front desk lady when I checked in early around 11am and my room was clean and well prepared. The bed and pillow are a little too soft to my body. The complimentary breakfast is well stocked and consists of hot and cold items with clean sitting area. The only complaint is the pot holes in the driveway near the street, I saw the warning in the other review so I can avoid them. Please fix that ASAP.
