A few hibcups but overall a good value.

The location, amenities and room set up.

The fire pit area had very limited hours. NO housekeeping for 3 days!

not happy for the price paid

Air conditioning was not working in the building. our room was 79 degrees. the mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. we were charged $150 more than we were quoted because there was a pet fee that we were hit with. no warning. just charged my card.

It was very clean and spacious, but pool was best part.

I loved the pool. There is a heat wave in this area. picture our disappointment when pool was shut down Sunday morning. They said it was closed until checkout but then reopened at 10:30. Disappointment turned to relief.

My first stay at the Residence Inn

The room was spacious

Couldn't use anything in lobby due to a huge party when we checked in as well as no parking. Cars were parked in fire lanes and behind each other. No parking when we checked in. No ice working in my room and when I asked lobby they said their ice was used due to the party. Could I come back in an hour. Really poor attitude as well as if we didn't pay 370 dollars to stay there for 18 hours.

Convenient location. Large rooms.

Very accessible to I95. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast was subpar. Not a lot of hot food choices on the weekend. Pool closed.

Was not clean services were lacking Reserved staff not overtly friendly Would not stay again Asked fir clean towels had to bring down all the towels in the room even the clean ones to prove I needed towels Never had that happen before I did not feel safe

The staff were highly disrespectful highly obnoxious and social profiling me and my family

It was a beautiful scenery..

The staff took their jobs above and beyond kept charging are cards back to back non stop stole over 300 dollars from my credit card saying we damaged the property tampered wit the fire alarms when the front desk guy took forever to shut them off from the front desk completely unprofessional and never staying there again...
