Our family had an amazing time at this hotel which we booked for quick weekend break away from the routine. We had 2 connecting suites and both were clean and ready at checkin. The rooms are spacious and the hotel itself is like walking into another world with beautiful plants, all decorated for Chirstmas. The hotel has really nice lounge areas and dining tables, a bar and restaurant and a pool with a hot tub (for adults only). This is our second visit and we will be back for another weekend visit.

This staff seems to be well-trained. Everyone we encountered on our stay was cheerful and helpful. It was a professional atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was better than you can get elsewhere, especially the omelet station. The room fridge for really loud, though. So, that would be our only complaint.

The room was clean and comfortable. Spacious. Loved how the room overlooked the interior courtyard that was a garden with plants and water features. Breakfast was very good. Hot tub and pool were a treat!

This is a very good hotel I would recommend it for anybody, it is pet friendly, has great parking, awesome breakfast and the bar is also great.... Everybody is super nice there and will help you if you ever need anything. The only thing i did not like were the pillows but other than that 10/10

I love this hotel. Have stayed here many times . It is quiet, pleasant. Easy to work from the room or the lobby. Breakfast is convenient, accessible, and plentiful; early evening drink coupons a nice touch. Staff always friendly and accommodating. Were all hotels to be run so smoothly?

Breakfast is good but If there were olives, cheese varieties and tomatoes in the breakfast, the breakfast would be more diverse and nutritious. In addition, It would be more convenient if credit cards could be used at the laundromat.

The Embassy Suites is the gold standard for hospitality. They must have patented the brilliant notion of a closing door to create privacy in a hotel room AND a robust breakfast program, because no other hotel in this price range offers this level of hospitality. Giving out pretzels and a drink at 5pm may not seem like much but its that extra mile that makes me check if there's an Embassy near anyplace I try to visit. Most hotels, if they give you anything at all besides a room with a TV in it, end their commitment at 10am when breakfast service is over. Only the Embassy seems to notice there are other times of the day to extend care and service to their customers.

My husbnd and I stay her frequently when we visit Eddison . Rooms are always clean.my stay was from 8/16-8/18/24. Friday was a bit noisy with groups of teens but the hotel has security now , so this was comforting to have the issue handled right away !!! Also i was unable to hook my firestick up to the TV per usual . The hotel gave me a # to call they connected with no issues. This hotel is always #1 on my staycation list!

The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with made to order pancakes and omelette. The complimentary evening reception was also unexpected but welcome surprise including unlimited sodas and one house wine/limited alcoholic adult beverage. Overall spacious suite for a great price Excellent value

Check in is easy. Breakfast has a lot of choices and quality is good. Offer a drink coupon is a plus. Unfortunately the AC is very noisy and you also can hear the highway traffic. Facility and maintenance has some work to do.

The hotel environment was generally good, including the breakfast and other amenities. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. However, the room we were given had some issues. There was constant dripping from the ceiling, likely due to condensation, leading to a large pool of water. We reported the problem, and although the staff fixed it, it started happening again after some time. This was annoying, especially at night when the dripping noise disturbed our sleep. Additionally, the fridge door was broken. Overall, the room was disappointing.

Nice hotel. In an unusual area but still not far from stores and restaurants. Clean but could use updates. One of the elevators broke down. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. Wish they stayed open longer. Free aloholic drink coupon a person each night from 5:30-7:30 was a nice surprise.

The property is not within walking distance to any stores. The property needs updating. Breakfast was ok. A coupon is needed on the weekend for breakfast which wasn't explained at check-in. Carpets need to be replaced. A little disappointed since I've stayed at other Embassy Suites and I was expecting something better for the price.

We stayed Thur-Sunday. Upon arrival there was no hand soap in the bathroom, they immediately brought some up after calling. Hours later we realized the fridge wasn’t working…11pm, new fridge installed. 5 people…2 towels provided. Requested more and they brought them up. Friday went smoothly and breakfast was decent. Saturday and Sunday was insane…..very large parties, a family reunion and a religious group. Took over the ENTIRE lobby, lounge areas, bar and pool. Playing card games in hallways and blocking access to our room and elevator! Allowed to do this all weekend! Way more people in the pool than likely legally allowed. Shocked that nothing was said about any of this. We woke up Sunday morning and just left instead of having breakfast and attempting to let our kids swim.

The indoor tropical feel and expansiveness of the hotel felt like an escape. The front desk was pleasant and welcoming. The breakfast design and variety was great and the fresh made omelets and pancakes were a plus.
