This was our first couple of nights stay while in Hawaii for a Spartan race. The hotel was OK but not great. No parking (had to use valet). Was close to the Waikiki area so it was an easy stroll to shopping and dining. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small but comfortable.

Great hotel Exactly as advertised. The rooms are very cool and look retro. Great location
4.5
Boutique hotel with great food and lovely property. Very fun vibe and decor to match. The bottle of wine in the room was a nice touch. Can’t wait to stay here again.

We had 2 nights in Waikiki on our way home from Australia. Wayfinder was exactly what we needed, had a wonderful room, AMAZING bed and a pool! Definitely recommend this little gem!

The beds were very comfortable and bathroom was clean. Very good location.

This was a 1-night stay in Waikiki. I selected for the location and retro Hawaiian decor, and it was perfect. 7-minute walk to Dukes on the Beach for dinner. Comfy remodeled rooms with retro Hawaiian feel. Nice bar and pool area for happy hour, and delicious breakfast with retro Hawaiian inspired dishes. Friendly and accommodating staff in all areas of the Hotel, maid service, bar & restaurant. We had a very nice LARGE room with beautiful views of Diamond Head. However, it was behind the elevators - and my husband didn't want to deal with listening to the elevator shaft all night. We didn't stay in the room long enough to see if we could hear it, but the headboard to the bed was on that wall - so we opted out not to take the chance for noise. If you don't mind the elevators, then this is the room for you. Hotel staff was very accommodating to find us an alternate room facing the canal and mountains. We read reviews that parking was challenging, but our experience was fine. We arrived on a Saturday prepared. We were pleasantly surprised that the valet was quick and easy and no issues. On check-out day though be prepared to wait about 15 minutes as the valet has to do some car juggling. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was fine. My only issue is everyday the lobby is packed with people waiting to check into their rooms. The hotel does not seem to be bothered by this but it’s uncomfortable to get around as the lobby is very small.

Great location, but room was very dirty. Dust bunnies everywhere

Excellent location!

Great hotel! Couple of blocks to beach, central, staff are amazing, valet is convenient. Rooms are a bit small but nice decor. Would stay here again!

My wife and I have stayed in multiple establishments in the area and this has been by far the best experience. The manager and the entire staff were extremely accommodating and the bartender at the pool bar had excellent customer service! Overall great stay - highly recommended!
4.5
The parking was absent. The only available option was valet. The first night I could not find parking only a block and a half away and I spent an atrocious $60 dollars overnight to do so. For two nights, with ridiculous resort fess and other parasitic charges, I spent a little over $600 dollars for a mediocre room, bad check in experience and no parking. I cannot recommend this hotel. Stay clear of this mess!

Clean and the bed/pillows are comfortable, they have free pinacolada too at poolside, and everything is walking distance….

Stayed here for our 20th wedding anniversary along with our friends and family. Housekeeping staff were great - our room was always tidy and clean. Great area - very walkable! Pool is great! Loved the iced tea and cool towels. Will stay here again!

Pros:
The room we stayed in was nice and had a large balcony and seating area.
Food at the restaurant and drinks at the bar were pretty good.
It’s in a nice walkable area.
Cons:
The bathroom was very small, probably had the worst water pressure I’ve ever seen in a hotel.
Both elevators were down at one point while we stayed, and we were on the 13th floor so this was a huge inconvenience.
$30 resort fee for each day, for what exactly? It was not able to be used at any on site areas.
We stayed here for 5 days and our room wasn’t attended to a single time. No new towels were given during our stay. The phone to call the front desk appeared to be broken.
Valet took a very long time to retrieve the car each time. There wasn’t anyone at the stand most of the time and we had to walk around and find someone.
Overall this place was unique but not at all worth the price. There should not be a resort fee if there aren’t the basic necessities of a resort.

We had a bit of a setback when we checked into our room. Definitely not a value-for-money hotel, and definitely not a 4* hotel either. I'd rather give it 2.5 to 3 stars. Reception is sorta embedded into one of the cafes and no tea/coffee/kettle facilities available in the room. Pretty average experience we had.
4.5
Older renovated boutique hotel, air conditioner vents kept leaking in our room and relatives rooms. Near the canal so you might see cockroaches inside the building and in rooms. Service was good and consistent with all workers. Restaurant food was delicious. Valet was friendly. Walkable to international market and shopping.

Good room set up for 3 of us and great pool conveniently located and lovely staff

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's a short walk to Waikiki and the bus to Ala Moana, so the hotel is in a great spot too.

Location

Amazing hotel. Super close to the beach, zoo, and stores. Loved the coffee from the stand in the lobby. I felt super safe. The one con is the traffic noise and the AC in my hotel kept making this loud noise through out the night that would awake me. Besides that I loved everything about my stay! Would def come back!

Beautiful hotel. Great pool and amenities.
4.5
Convenient location, nice pool, clean room.

My stay here was actually pleasant. I was skeptical because of previous reviews. The hotel is lively and chic. I would likely stay here again.
A few suggestions for improvement are that no one returned my calls when requesting a call back and the hotel didn't allow me to check-in until it was precisely 3pm.
4.5
Property & staff were great, but rooms were very small. I’d recommend no more than two people in a room.
4.5
Staff was all kind and always very helpful! Good location in waikiki as its about a 7 minute walk to the beach. Theres dining options in the hotel but also surrounded by a lot of restaurants nearby within a 5 minute walk. They also offer luggage storage if you have early/late departures/arrivals. Would definitely stay here again!

Check in was easy and smooth, but going to redfish was a disaster, went there for a late night drink at 830pm when the young male bartender was flirting with two ladies and when the waitress took our drink order to trun it in, the bartender ignored the order and we never got our drinks. We walked out afte mr waiting 5 minutes and not being acknowledged. This was on a Wednesday night. This server needs to be fired.
