Central Honolulu, easy to go anywhere.
Homeless outside near convenience store.

My family an I loved our stay there, My son inlaw was in a bike accident and was in the ICU so it was a convenience for us with Queens hospital rite down the road, we live in nanakuli so it was perfect!! from the exceptional staff, the security is ontop of everything, and the best I loved was the view...BEAUTIFUL view of the city, also that I felt safe staying there being in the heart of honolulu being in a high crime and homeless around the area, you never know! It's close to everything in walking distance like Safeway, longs, L&L bbq, mcdonalds, grab a quick dinner or 7-11 gravb some snacks for the kids.. room was exceptional, i booked an apartment so it came with a full kitchen, will definitely stay again in the future
Maybe jus a little more dishes, and things to cook with even maybe bringing in a dish rack that can be put under sink when not in use

Staff were great and always helpful. Neil was excellent and very helpful. We had to ring hotel prior to our trip to organize early check-in as we arrive at 6am and check-in time was 3pm. Neil was very helpful in explaining to us to book an extra day prior to arriving that way when we arrive we an check-in straight away. Neil was very helpful and great to deal with. Thank you Neil😄
The room was quite small and the sofa bed was broken and uncomfortable. For the duration of stay and the fact we had young children the cleaners coming every 3rd day wasn't ideal. Had issues with our room key keep deactivating which was a hassle for us to get to room and find keys wasn't working and having to go to reception everytime to reactivate keys. Elevators were slow and old took long time to just go to reception to reactivate room keys. Staff were great though. Just hotel old and need makeover. Carpark was a hassle and very low Scarry to drive a large truck into.

Very quiet part of town. A fair distance from central Waikiki. Although can be walked.

Room was great, like a small apartment, with good bus links and nice walks close by
Transportation to and from airport, had to catch buses or book taxi, but we knew there was no shuttle service prior so cant complain

The location

I was on the 20th floor, good harbor view, room was well situated to see downtown and the harbor. Spacious, well maintained, quiet floor. Easy to work in. The parking stalls were large, not compact, making it very easy to get in and out of your vehicle. Unlike many hotels, where they cram in as many parking stalls as possible. It's great to have enough room to open your door and not hit another vehicle or have to suck in your belly to squeeze out of the car door. For a downtown location, I felt very safe walking around alone, they do a great job at keeping the hotel area well lighted and secure.

The staff was so friendly, even though the units are older, they are very nice. Have everything you need and great views.
The area outside the building was a little scary at night.

Close to the port. Good view of the port area from 37th floor.
The area is quite run down and dirty.

High floor that provided a view to the harbour and spectacular sun set. Suite was large, well furnished, tastefully decorated and comfortable. Galley was well stocked with essential equipment.
Nothing really.

When we arrived, the suite we were given smelled like smoke. We asked for a different suite and were accommodated.
In the suite we were assigned, it smelled like smoke and didn't look like the pictures.

We were on the 29th floor and had a great view of the city and the mountains in the distance. We were also glad to see a restaurant in the hotel.
The area is a business area. After 5 or 6pm there is almost nothing open in the area and a large number of homeless people congregate on the streets and in front of businesses. It was further to Waikiki beach than I thought it would be from the description on the website.
9.0 / 10.0
- Location for the price i.e. far cheaper than Waikiki and consequently 20/30 mins away from the tourist areas by bus.
- In-building restaurant.
- Great bus service from outside hotel.
- Housekeeping and Reception
- A bit tired (but clean everywhere).
- The lack of an in-room information pack.

The views from both of the rooms were very spectacular and breathtaking.
The downtown area was noted with street dwellers which made for an uncomfortable venture out of the hotel. We requested adjourning rooms but were told that we didn't request them when we checked in.

Everything but the location.
At night, the place is littered with homeless on the streets. Location is not safe. Staff is exceptional. Rooms are fantastic. But the location is downtown, which has a very bad homeless problem.

The room was awesome and so was the view. The staff was really nice and accommodating.

Nice larger appt.
No well set up for self catering. Attention to detail in this area poor. Access to TV and streaming very dated and unnecessarily complex for 2023

Room was huge. Great location. Great shower. Comfy bed. Room was clean. Lovely views. Lifts were quick. Looks like the pics.
A lot of homeless people hanging around at the entrances of the hotel/on the streets.
Only double beds. No king size beds when we booked.

the location
safe was not working. pool under construction and the AC was the loudest I have ever experienced. like a huge engine starting right next to you. every 5 minutes
9.0 / 10.0
Good location to port, restaurants and good wifi in room
I didn’t like the $100 holding charge on my credit card even when I paid for the room 3 days before arrival, this resulted in an overseas fee from my credit card provider. This did not detract from my satisfaction. I was very happy with my stay but just a heads up to future guests
