The staff were all very friendly. Check in was easy and quick. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The hallways were very dirty as it looked like no one had vacuumed in a while. The breakfast was good.

It’s dated, wallpaper peeling from walls around elevator and down hallways. Pretty sure this was an old holiday inn. Comfortable and a good sleep stop for the price

Looking at the reviews and the pictures when I stayed here, it looked like a decent little stay, not badly priced. It really looked nice. When we got there, there were shady people outside smoking- which has nothing to do with the hotel itself, it really just gave my brother a bad feeling. We checked in and the lobby itself is very nice! So I was thinking we were kind of in the clear. No. The elevator has rust EVERYWHERE. We got to the floor and it was dark, dingy. The hallway carpet was COVERED in dirt and who knows what else. We got to the room. Rust is EVERYWHERE. All on the floors. In the bathroom. There is cracks in the wall. There is mold or just heavy heavy dust bunnies IN THE SHOWER HEAD. In the vents. Then of course, we paid for a 2 queen bed room. The beds were full beds, if even. Which wouldn't usually matter, but my sister and I had to share a bed and could hardly fit. It was ridiculous. We wanted to leave that first night, but we were so exhausted and they were trying to charge us for not even having done anything but stepped into the room. So we just decided to tough it out. We were pretty grossed out but it was what it was. Then we left and spent the whole day out and came back around 9:30 pm. The second I walked into the room there were roaches on the nightstand. I couldn't do it. We immediately packed our bags and left. The man at the front desk was sweet, and it wasn't his fault of course, but I did ask for a refund and they were nice about it.

Although our room itself was clean, the hallways and elevator were not. They got dirtier throughout our Thursday to Sunday stay with no sign of anyone cleaning anything. There were buckets in hallways I’m guessing to catch leaks. The lounge closed early because it was “costing them money to stay open” per the bartender. Our room was never cleaned at all during our stay. I’ve stayed here in the past and was impressed. After this most recent stay, I will be booking elsewhere.

Excellent staff, however the facilities were run down with leaks and buckets on every floor . The air conditioning was broken and the tv did not work . It was uncomfortable . The walls were very thin as we could hear a couple s entire sexual experience from start to finish.

The hotel staff and grounds were very professional and clean. The hotel maintained a quiet atomsphere during my stay. The only miss for me was that the breakfast options wete very limited....pancakes or waffles would have been great.... Very positive experience

The toilet seat in bathroom needed to be replaced it was pealing and there was no garbage can in the bathroom the walls had wholes in it from were they moved the headboard and they did a poor paint job on the wall the light on the wall moved and it was dusty and when you turned the shower on it came out in the tub too

The location was convenient and the hotel had additional features of a bar that served food plus a hot breakfast. The only challenge was the hotel needs considerable updating and attention to the workings of the rooms, for example clogged drains in bathroom.

Hotel was nice but needed some repairs on it . Air conditioner was set on 60 when I arrived but room was very hot . Asked the front desk for fresh towels and after ringing the bell the front desk attendant said “this was your emergency?” Very unprofessional. Loved the area , check in was great , bed was comfortable.

Property is tired. Lots of chipped paint and half baked repairs. Hall carpet dirty for the four days we were there. Room was supposed to be serviced but housekeeping the third day but it wasn’t. Shady guests got not a fight in the middle of the night slamming doors and things. Scared us.

Had a great overnight stay at the hotel. The only thing I can say is that our room didn’t stay as cold as would like and we had the AC on 60. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

I was a little hesitant based on the other reviews, however this hotel is spectacular for the price! There’s a couple of not so great looking hotels around it, but this one is beautiful! The staff was fabulous and accommodating! Great hotel for an emergency trip.

Leaking tiolet, water on floor upon arrival. Room was worn and shabby, Changed to another room and tiolet did not work. Third room was OK. The entire faciltiy needs cleaning and upgrades. Looks nice when you walk in, but rooms are worn and shabby.
