Great central location. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Walking distance to Train as well as Granville Island. Close to coffee shops, groceries and the Vancouver General Hospital.

My daughter and I only stayed one night, at the end of a two week RV trip, but the hotel was an excellent place to wind down. Bed was very comfy and the room was very clean.
All of the staff we met were friendly and very helpful and polite.

Nice clean hotel, elevators were slow and small not able to accommodate the number of rooms in the hotel.

Friendly, helpful staff with in-house restaurant as well as other dining venues close by. Parking was convenient. Our room was clean and comfortable.

They should provide breakfast, overall is a good place

Not exactly as advertised. We were expecting something closer to downtown. For a room that was around the $500 per night stay and not have a complimentary breakfast is ridiculous
I would never stay there again

The area around the hotel can be quite noisy. We were woken up more than once by sirens or someone out in the street screaming.
One of the mattresses in our room clearly hadn't been getting rotated on a regular basis, it slipped toward the side next the middle bedside table, (because everyone would be sleeping on that side). Left me with a kink in my back a few nights. We also had an issue the bathroom tap giving very hot water even when set to cold. It would take a long time to get the cold water out of that tap. Otherwise, property is alright, close to many amenities breakfast was great, (at extra cost), and transportation is easy to access. My only other complaint would be against Expedia, who quoted us in USD but wasn't quite forthcoming about it, we were surprised to be paying $1500 more than we expected to pay upon arrival. Expedia insisted it was on me, that I needed to "select Canada in my profile." They have my mailing/billing address as Canada and I was a Canadian looking up a hotel in Canada. This just seems shady to me. Might stay at the hotel again, but Expedia is on my last nerve at this point.

The breakfast was good but the property looks very old. No curtains to close the windows so you wake up early with the light sun. The tv is super old not enough Chanel's in English.

I did not like that I was told free breakfast & parking then found out that I had to pay $22.00 per person for breakfast and $23.00 for parking.

We took this hotel to be in downtown Vancouver. Butwith the 4 taxes it ended being 500$ a night and this building isn't worth that. Staff were all really nice but its kinda an old building with carpet so it smell humidity even if it's all clean.
The balcony should be illegal, it has horizontal bars so the first thing my kid did was to climb over the fence and we where on the 7th floor.
Get something 4km away of downtime and save more money then what your uber will cost you.

The property was very nice and close proximity for our appointment at VGH and eating at the hotel was excellent both food and staff .

We stayed there for 3 nights and enjoyed very much. Every stuff from the front to the housekeeping was friendly and helpful.
The room was really spacious and amenities were quite sufficient. Housekeeping was especially excellent. We have everything refilled and cleaned.
We will be back if we have a chance.

Check-in was OK. Friendly staff. Unfortunately a busy time to get the lifts which were terribly slow and frustrating.
We were a towel short but rectified quickly. Air con very very noisy so couldn't use it for more than a few minutes.
And on departure, despite free parking and registration of car reg, we were ticketed for non payment. Again, rectified, but unnecessary additional journey on the slow lifts to fix after already checking out.

It was an interesting location! A little away from Get on and off bus but fine by taxi! Price too high! Main reason we stayed there was NO pets! Thanks
