I enjoyed the stay in this hotel. The bedroom was great with a lovely view. Breakfast is quite simple with few choices and no hot food (no scrambeld eggs or bacon). The rest is really noce.

Overall our stay was great. The floor staff was super helpful and went the extra mile. They have a treasure chest with new toys for kids, which a super cute perk. The pool was small and really really cold. The rooms are outdated and could use a reno, but we loved how the living room was separate from the bedroom so we could stay up late and have adult hang out time after our kids went to sleep. The location of this hotel is nice, although not directly on a skytrain or bus route do be prepared to walk a little 400m-600m. Overall it was a great stay, good location and great staff. Would stay here again, especially if they warmed the pool and did a wee reno maybe have 2 queen beds instead of doubles. Or one queen one double. We sleep on a king at home so it did feel a wee cramped at night. The beds were very comfortable.

Good location. Hotel rooms are due for a renovation. HVAC is noisy
4.5
Great location, comfortable beds. Would stay again.

The staff were friendly, and the room was huge, comfortable, and clean. However, it's an older property and could use a renovation. The bathroom was especially dated, and the shower head could use a replacement. Other than that, the hotel was in a great location.
4.5
Great location, so many restaurants and shops in walking distance.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rosedale on Robson hotel during my visit to Vancouver, and I couldn't be more satisfied! My suite was absolutely lovely—spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for.
A special shoutout to Kyle at the front desk, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. He was not only friendly but also incredibly helpful and accommodating, making the check-in process a breeze.
Honestly, I have no complaints whatsoever. This hotel has truly set the standard for my future stays. I visit Vancouver every month, and I will definitely be returning to this gem! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was huge and very clean, we also had a lovely view of the city. Found it very easy to get around using the hotel as our base.
Only feedback is we never got fold about pool/breakfast etc at check in!
4.5
Really enjoyed our stay here! The room was large and had a great view, and the bed was super comfy. Great location close to restaurants, bars and Roger’s arena. Will definitely stay there again.
4.5
All very nice except we had 2 double beds and one was comfy but the other was really soft. Obviously very different mattresses.
Other than that the property was excellent. We would stay there again but check the mattresses on arrival to our room.

We've had a wonderful stay at the Rosedale. The location is ideal and the hotel is very well run. Staff were all top grade and the room was nice. Everything in the hotel was very clean and they have an extensive recycle program that we were impressed with.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this place, the suite was quite spacious and, most importantly, quiet! I couldn't hear any neighbors above, below, or next door, so for that part alone I would happily stay here again. The location was convenient, and the street itself was pretty quiet. My only complaint is that the kitchen appliances could have been better cleaned/maintained (the Keurig coffee machine was rusty inside, the silverware was all sticky in a questionably clean or dirty type of way...). But I ended up eating out most of the time, and just got coffee from one of the many coffee shops nearby instead of using the machine, so neither of those points were huge deals for me. Would happily stay here again!

Excellent hotel, great location, easy to get to and from, although parking more expensive than some places.
4.5
Great stay, the building is starting to show its age. The staff made up for it though, they were solid!

Overall we had a good stay however a couple of things let this place down. The rooms were comfortable and clean albeit the decor was a little tired. The location close to Yale Town, downtown and local eateries is good. Unfortunately I did not feel safe at this hotel. There are no swipe pads required in the lifts and basically anyone could walk off the street and onto any floor without anyone knowing or questioning them. The other thing that was annoying was the spa/hot tub. While it was hot the controls did not work so no bubbles or normal spa activity via the jets. This hotel did offer a welcome gift and as we do not drink alcohol staff were happy to swap it over to non-alcoholic.

We stayed for just one night. The hotel was comfortable, easy walk to many restaurants and shopping. A quick taxi or ride share to the port. Like that the rooms are all suites. Sleeping quarters for four adults was a little snug but we made it work.
4.5
Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is good and has lots of restaurants nearby the hotel.
4.5
Room was spacious. Beds were very comfortable and hotel is well located in the downtown area.

Checkin was a little slow as had to wait in reception but the manager explained why which made the experience understandable.
Other than that the hotel was brilliant - well done everyone. We would stay here again .

Had a great stay with a great view of the surroundings.

Quiet hotel, good location. Room was comfortable but dated.

Amazing place for a weekend getaway from the states, planned a trip for my girlfriend and I for the weekend. I put in the special notes section that it was her birthday if they could set up a little card and they went above and beyond and included balloons, a little card, and some treats! As well as upgrading us to a king suite. As well as centrally located and close to all that Vancouver has to offer. Cannot recommend this place enough.
4.5
Nice hotel in good location with good pool. As others have said, the room look is dated but it didn't really bother us. Useful to have kitchenette facilities in the room.
4.5
Great hotel in downtown Vancouver, walking distance to BC Place and the casino. Lots of dining options within walking distance, staff was very friendly, clean hotel
4.5
Great stay in a nice facility. Especially liked the restaurant lounge attached to the hotel. Thank you for the wine and room upgrade!

Have stayed at the Rosedale many times. This was the most expensive and least enjoyable. It used to be that the Rosedale offered good value for money but the rooms now seem tired and the price was ridiculous. Maybe I am being picky here but for $350+ a night, I expect a pretty nice room, not a dorm room. This feels like a dorm room now.

Great concierge Luis very helpful.
All staff are accomodating. Well located.
4.5
Very quiet, great location with a good restaurant in the lobby.
4.5
Fantastic location, walking distance to many adventures.
Helpful friendly staff, nice amenities, would have been nice to have breakfast included with room cost. Had a problem with tub drain, they fixed it right away.

I really enjoyed my stay here and will be back again :)

Really well equipped suite in a friendly centrally situated hotel.

The water flow in shower is very good.
The lady in the front desk is unfriendly. The police sirens in the nights make us think unsafe area.

The front office crew is very professional and super friendly and helpful. Instead of my VIP wine bottle they accepted to swap it for many beverages that i enjoyed throughout my stay. I also had a delayed parcel delivered to the hotel and they kindly accepted to help me with this situation. I highly recommend this hotel, and i will gladly stay here again on my next visit to Vancouver.
