My train arrived prior to Check-in time, but the hotel gave me a room that was ready, so I could enjoy the afternoon touring Reggia Caserta after getting refreshed in the room. My paper tickets for 2 events got soaked with water on the train. The front desk very kindly reprinted my tickets, eliminating any chance that I would be rejected at the entrances.

Very conveniently located 5 min walking distance to the Palace of Casserta. The hotel is a bit dated, but rooms are renewed, bit small thou

Hotel and staff were great. Although the hotel itself was great, the proximity to the train station lends itself to the usual shady behavior.

Centre of town, seconds away from the Caserta or train station with frequent trains.
Hotel is nice, breakfast is fantastic, staff diligent.

It was a great location and conveniently located right next to the train station. The breakfast was wonderful, and the staff was very nice.

We really liked that this hotel had an elevator and the room was very spacious. The shower was very nice in particular. The view of the royal palace was pretty. The staff was super friendly, checked us in quickly and held our bags for us. The free breakfast was nice.

We have been to Caserta before, this was just an overnight stop before catching a flight from Naples Airport. This is a really excellent hotel in all respects. It is two minutes from the station. The accommodation was spectacular. The food (breakfast) was all top quality with a wide range available. Staff were especially helpful and friendly. Really good value for money. Caserta is a great place to visit, and the Palazzo Reale with its garden is totally exceptional. This hotel is definitely the best place to stay for a break of journey or for a longer stay, wholeheartedly recommended. There are direct bus connections to Naples Airport, and the railway station is a stop on the mainline between Rome and Bari. Don't miss Caserta, and definitely stay at the Hotel Royal.

Convenient to the train and the palace, literally just across the street from both. Good WiFi, small shower. Decent breakfast.

The bed was the best we had on our journey, memory foam. Shower is a tad small. Steps away from train station and the palace

Exactly what we were looking for. Short walk to the Palace and Train Station. Hotel was clean and modern. Staff was friendly and everyone we encountered spoke English.

Front desk agents were very friendly, professional, and helpful. Room was clean, well designed, and supplied necessary items like in-room coffee, tea, and toiletries. Breakfast buffet was welll stocked with a large variety of food and drinks. Located in an amazing area very near the palace, train station and restaurants. The staff really went above and beyond to make us comfortable. We highly recommend this property!

Some of the best staff, very accommodating, helpful in everyway. Good breakfast each morning and friendly staff. Hotel was situated well for our needs, both work and places to visit. Definitely visit the Royal Palace. Bring food to eat at a bench outside, weather permitted, or use the services that they have.
Upon departure, had the best concierge help us with the taxi ride to the airport.

Staff is very kind, professional, and helpful. In general the hotel is worth the price. It needs some renovations in carpets in lobby and hallways. The elevators also need maintenance. I was satisfied.

Comfortable and elegant! This lovely hotel is conveniently located in walking distance of very good restaurants, rental car office, and right across the street from the Royal Palace. With wi-fi, air conditioning, and an elevator, the hotel provided everything we wanted, but its true gems are the hard-working and dedicated staff who overwhelmed us with their kindness. The manager Viviana made sure we were comfortable during the extreme heat, and with her team at the front desk, especially Mariana and Emilio, all our questions and needs were taken care of.

nice place for a quick trip through Caserta. Walking distance from the train station.
Great meal around the corner at Farina Restaurant.

Good location near the royal palace and shops & restaurants. We’ll kept with up to date appliances but, as usual with Italian hotels, regrettably no iron & ironing board.

Lovely modern, clean hotel, right next to the Royal Palace. Wonderful staff, large rooms, delicious dinner!

Location was convenient to the train station and the Royal Palace. Breakfast was great. Rooms were clean and staff were helpful. Not a whole lot of frills, but they delivered everything we needed. Well-managed. The rainbow lighting and frosted glass in the shower were . . . interesting.

The hotel is nice, located across the street from the Royal Palace garden and the palace itself (it is similar to Versailles in size and scope).
Across the other street, a short walk leads you to a nice area with restaurants and shops. We enjoyed walking there every night.
The breakfast was very good, one of the best we've had in hotels in the area. The room was very comfortable and while next to a very busy street, the noise level as acceptable.
Traffic in the area of the hotel is very busy, so be careful and attentive ! GPS navigation was always correct.
The hotel has very limited parking in front - 7 small spots. Some web sites indicate parking and free parking but it is limited. Just past the hotel you can go into a tunnel and access a large parking structure. We were told at check-in that a hotel discount was possible, but found out otherwise. It is 1 Euro per hour in the structure, then a 5 minute walk to the hotel. I don't recommend parking on the street.

Loved the hotel!

Very clean and the service was super. All very gentle and attentive. Downside is the parking space very little so almost.always full and we had.to use an off site pay to stay parking. Also not the best.to find sofa beds instead of proper single beds for the family room when it is advertised as a 1double + 2 single beds (a single bed is different from a sofa bed and shall be declared clearly). Overall I still give the hotel a 4 stars out of 5.

Good points: all the staff is very friendly and is always ready to help you. Breakfast, even if served by a hotel employee because of Covid-related restrictions, has a good variety. The location is also a strong point, just a few minutes' walk from the Reggia di Caserta, including some rooms overlooking the palace. The free parking, although uncovered, was very comfortable as it was directly in front of the building.
To improve: we could not take a shower because it was doubly damaged: the accumulated limescale was blocking the water flow from the head-shower and it was not possible to direct the jet to the hand one, the only option would be to rely on a very low pressure and having the bathroom completely wet as the water went everywhere but where it was supposed to go. The bathroom countertop was badly damaged, as a result of the unprotected wood used in its composition and the very humid room. The mattress, in my opinion very hard, was not comfortable and the bunk-bed slipped on my side.
The switch, a digital type, flicked on and off from time to time at night, which woke me up constantly. And finally, as we were very tired, we decided to have dinner at the hotel's restaurant. My husband was pleased with the dish he chose but I ordered a gnocchi medallion and the portion was actually really small, better suited for a tasting menu or a multi-course dinner.
Overall, if location is important to you and your stay is just one night, this hotel might be a good choice.

We had a wonderful stay at this property… The parking lot is very small and was full when we arrived so we had to find parking on the street. It’s in a great location very close to everything. I would stay here again!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. After checking out, we were still permitted to leave our car there while touring the nearby Royal Palace.

Quick stay but kind staff, nice view on the Regina castle and clean room.
The only little thing to notice may be the light in the dining/breakfast room, to orangish when you are eating May disturb the eye.

Super friendly and considerate Team at Reception, being extremely helpful and going out of their way to accommodate Guests at their Business Desk and solve small inconveniences such as helping with arranging Speedpost DHL pickup even after Guest checkouts etc. (Thank You Valeria !) Great Breakfast Buffet and great Parking in front and near Hotel . Excellent Location, we will be back !
