We have definitely stayed at better. On the good side, the bed was comfortable. On the other hand, the edge of the counter didn't line up with the edge of the sink, the floor covering was ripped, the pool was too cold, the beach access they advertised didn't seem to be there, the ice machine didn't work and in general just felt run down.

Was a last minute trip for my wife and I. First off the young lady at the front deck should not be in customer service very rude…says on hotels.com it is a 5 minute walk too beach….30 minute at minimum. Coffee maker was broke ice machine was broke. toilet would not flush toilet paper. But it was quiet because no one was there. Not happy at all other than shower works bed is ok.

My day was not so good. I was very disappointed the cleanliness was very bad my 17 month old granddaughter walked barefoot and her feet were black. The noise level there was ridiculous and the AC was very noisy and there was a gap that you could see outside under the AC unit. unfortunately, I won’t be staying there again.

This hotel/dump is disgusting. Room was filthy, sheets had stains, bathroom was horrible, floor was so dirty our socks were black. We literally slept in my tahoe because of this horrible place. I pray we didn’t get bed bugs just for being there.

The only thing I like about our stay was it was close to the beach. This is A terrible place, the staff is rude, 1 or 2 in the office was nice. The property looks A mess and wasn't worth the price we paid. Couldnt even take A swim in the pool because it was dirty ,the pool area as well the room was nasty cleaned wise, we had to clean our own room ,hair was everywhere.

For what the nightly charge was I expected more. We had coffee for the room however, the packets with the sugar, creamer were old, the creamer was hard. There was no continental breakfast offered and, the coffee that was offered was the same issue as with the room. The packets were old, the creamer was hard. There was not other creamer offered at the coffee station. The shower head in the room was old and dirty, filled with calcium deposits. For a Wyndham, it expected much better.

Thankful for the great staff I encountered but that’s practically the end of the good news story. The room was relatively clean, although there is sand in every nook and cranny, including in the clothes iron for some reason. None of the outlets would hold onto the prongs of phone chargers, and worst of all the cigarette smoke was so bad my eyes burned. It did the job for the 8 hours I needed it for but at this price I was expecting a little better. This place needs a thorough renovation.

Hotel old needs upgrades on building and rooms smelled not so good My skin felt itchy my entire stay ice machines one was broken and nasty looking the other one was also nasty not will i ever wanna stay here again .pool was nasty some was smoking marijuana people walked all night just felt so uncomfortable. If this had not been a one night "turn quick trip" for a business need, I would not have sellected a Wyndham inn. All properties owned by Wyndham are usually poorly keep and at sub-par levels. Traveler beware if you stay here. Also, the hotel seemed to be full of people that were from other countries and supported by government subsidies

The worse hotel i have ever used front desk clerk was friendly, not what i expected i will never book a hotel room on line without seeing it first oneof the worse things was a sticker on a toilet tank that was way to big for the tank, what hotel tell you to not throw toilet tissue in what are you suppose to do with it? The area when the fan is in the ceiling is falling out a big piece of something like paint peeling of the bathroom frame for the price of this place it really need to be looked into i will never again stay there the positive thing about the place it allows pets. It's convenient to shopping and the beaches Waterpark i cannot say i would recommend this place

I checked in and checked out the next morning. My children and I slept on our beach towels because there was hair everywhere on the bed, the refrigerator did not work. The hotel itself was dirty and rundown. The smell of weed was everywhere, it looked and felt so unsafe. The next day when I checked out the staff didn’t even looked surprised or ask why I was checking out 5 days ahead of schedule as if they were use to people leaving. Luckily I was able to book a beautiful air B&B right off the beach!

I would give this zero stars if I could. We ended up leaving because it smelled so badly like marijuana and we asking for a non smoking room. Also they had us down as 3 guests when there were 5, it was a complete nightmare and I will never go back. It was also very dirty and sticky. The front desk girl was nice, that’s about the only good thing I can say.

Overall, for the price of the room , was not horrible. The room was clean, how ever many things were out dated , damaged , stained etc( how ever that did not impact our stay) The pool was clean, and we had no issues getting extra towels at any point. We arrived early and was allowed early check in, for a price (45$).The big thing I would note, is that it’s about a 15 minute walk to the entrance to the beach, unless your able to find another way, or it’s a very short drive. Me and my fiancé are young and in great shape, but the walk in 90 degree plus heat was miserable and we had little to nothing to carry .The ac in the room worked great which is a must for me, location was ok(8 min drive to harbor village) and right next store or a short walk to the water park. Starbucks and chicklfa in under 5 minutes of walking which was a plus. Overall this hotel was worth it, you get what you pay. My only cons would be the old damaged furniture in the room and bathroom. But the beds were clean and comfortable.
