Phenomenal full ocean view! The property is well maintained and gorgeous landscaping. The suite was crisp and clean and stocked with essentials. I had the best night's rest in the Uber comfortable bed! Staff was so friendly and accommodating. This will be our new go to when in the area! They also have family games and entertainment as well as a lovely pool!

Loved our one night stay here and definitely planning to come back for longer next time. Beds were very comfortable (not soft, yay!), our room was huge, clean and comfortable, breakfast was included and very tasty and satisfying (omelets, sausage, waffles, yoghurts, berries, fruits, a variety of cereals and toasts). Everything we needed was there, including lots of shampoo/wash gel and even a kettle for us tea drinkers! I loved the large and clean jacuzzi which opened early enough that I could get in before going out for the day. There were lots of staff cleaning things in the morning and the whole hotel was very clean. The carpet in our room was very dirty though (black feet after only an hour), so would suggest putting a note outside the rooms requesting that people remove their shoes when indoors. Its not really feasible to shampoo room carpets after each stay. My 2 year old enjoyed the playground on site and mum and dad enjoyed a little bit of ping pong! Coast path is beautiful from hotel but beware the steps down to beach are steep and many! Only a 15 minute walk to Pismo beach and pier though. If staying in the family 2 room suite bring a robe as you'll need to cross the car park to get to the pool area.

Breakfast was decent. Honest staff members. I have left some souvenirs in my room when I checked out. They immediately called me the next day regarding lost and found items and the staff were helpful in assisting me to ship items that I have left in my room. It has an accessible beach access and almost walking distance to the Pier and Dinosaur Cave Park. Parking is not included in the reservation so you might want to set aside $12 fee a night when you’re parked in the property.

Great hotel for families! We love the play area available for the families with children. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Location was perfect. Only downside was the shower pressure, was a bit too low and took time to shower. But We will for sure be back to this hotel!

My family and I have stayed at this property property a total three times throughout the last couple of years. We have enjoyed the property previously due to some of the rooms being a two room suite with a king bed in one room and two queen beds in another room. There there are a lot of activities to do at the property badminton, life-size, chess, bike rentals, etc., including a pool and hot tub. Now, for the things that I don’t like, the new owners having incorporated a parking fee of $15 a night. I despise of frivolous fees and it makes me not want to stay there anymore. The last thing I’m gonna add to this review is the noise in the middle of the night from other person staying at the hotel. It felt like our whole room was shaking from the running and the slamming of the doors and the yelling from the people that were staying next-door to us. I know that Motel may not have power to correct that, but it was a very unpleasant stay.

Amazing, amazing, amazing! This is not the first time we go to Pismo, but first time we go to this hotel. We loved everything about it, the setting with balcony and stunning view on the ocean, the path that takes you to the beach, the warm pool and spa super clean, the welcoming employees and their support for anything we needed. We came with our little dog, she loved it too, very pet friendly, so nice!

Comfortable stay with a beautiful ocean front view for some of the premium rooms. Great place for toddlers and young kids as they have a wonderful play area within the property and a pool. It’s very near to the Pismo beach pier/plaza.

Amazing double rooms. Great break from the kids on a road trip. Decent breakfast everyday. Very friendly front desk staff. Awesome views and super close to the town. About a 15 min walk to the pier. Or take the staircase down the bluffs to the beach in 10 mins or less. I would for sure stay again!!!
