Great stay at this hotel where great service is valued! Would stay here again. Room was clean, mattress comfortable and parking fee was reasonable.
2.5
Convenient, well priced, and was above expectations.

Very relaxing. Quiet place, nice service with complementary drink and water bottle. Room has robes and very large towels. Parking is extra but worth it. You’re about a 15 min walk from pikes place with lots of food options around
2.5
Wonderful dog friendly (not dog tolerant, they seemed genuinely happy to have our furry family member) spot. Clean, well maintained and friendly staff. Very accommodating. Wish it had a fridge but it suited our needs just fine. Great location too. Could use a little patch of grass or something perhaps on property for our little buddy to potty but otherwise quite lovely. Thank you for a great experience.

Room was loud made it hard to sleep at night and woke up constantly to the heater going on and the monorail out the window

Great place to stay honestly: super location, knowledgable staff, clean property.
Only issue was we didnt realize our room didnt provide a fridge, but they did provide plenty of ice.
Looking forward to our next stay.

Great times - location was perfect and employees were very friendly and helpful !!
Parking cost is a bit high though

It is the perfect location for my first time in Seattle. Easily walkable to lots of food and attractions. Also, the front desk staff provided great customer service. The room was clean and a reusable water bottle was provided. Refill station even offered sparkling water!

So cute one of my favorites

We stayed in Seattle for fun and the location was very central to downtown to Seattle. The hotel service was top notch and even went out of their way to make sure I had a quiet area for a work phone call away from my friends in the room. I would stay there a again for sure.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly.
It was a weird stay. If it was cheaper, I’d fully endorse it. But for the price it isn’t great.
The room was meh. Not great for sleep. The mattress badly needed to be updated, and my back was pretty unhappy. The air conditioner was insanely loud and sometimes seemed to work and sometimes was just humidifying the room. The housekeeping staff had their phones ringers on the highest volume while vacuuming into the door at 8 a.m. (which would be fine if I had gotten decent sleep, but I hadn’t because the mattress sucked and the heater/cooler for the room was so loud).
So many things seem so poorly thought out.
The decor looks like they are catering to people who like selfies. But it’s so dimly lit that you’d never be able to do real makeup. I only use tinted moisturizer and mascara and was getting frustrated.
There are no in room fridges, which is always sad because I like leftovers. But also because I like wine. Especially weird when they actually sell refrigerated wine in the lobby.
So you get ice from the machine. But in the machine there are only gallon bags full of ice that have melted just enough to be solid blocks of ice the size of gallon bags that will not fit into the ice container in the room. So you can either spend an hour trying to break the ice into the ice bucket, make a melty mess, or have warm wine.
Nothing terrible. But I’m in Seattle once a month, and there are nicer places for less money.

It's just a hotel. It's ok, the people are what makes it good b. It's lexpensive for what you get though.

Outstanding every time. Check in was exceptional

This was our first stay at this hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and the hotel was very comfortable. The only rrason I gave is a "4" for cleanliness is because the floor in our room had something sticky on it. I'd highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Convenient to 🚈 light rail and to motorail. Close to Space Needle and to the Pike Place. It went need to get a late night meal. There is one restaurant close by that is open 24 hours as well.

Wonderful service! Very fun and comfortable hotel room. We loved the reuseable water bottle and fill up station in the lobby.
We will definitely stay here again.

Liked the helpful friendly staff and location was close to city attractions but also outside noise at all times of the day. Small shower in the room but comfy beds. Nice decent hotel but too over priced for what amenities are included. Breakfast food was just prepackaged that was thrown in a microwave.

Good hotel pick - location was halfway between the space needle and pike place market, an easy 10 minute walk each way. Check in and check out was easy. Samson at reception was super helpful and friendly. Rooms were well appointed, quiet and the tv worked with heaps of stations. Great doughnut place across the road was an extra added bonus.

We were greeted immediately upon entering and given all the info for our stay. The staff were all great. Our room was clean, but there were a few missing areas, like the sliding door should be washed as well. The beds were super comfy and the duvets & pillows, instant cozy. We loved all the extra touches like the cookies, coffees, and coaster exchange. Location is amazing. It was a great stay and we will definitely be back.

seemed like they updated an old hotel and put a nice facelift. Good amenities, decent coffee in the morning at the pineapple cafe thing, I'd stay here again

This hotel was really nice overall.
The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the area around the hotel isn't the worst.
It is Seattle so keep that in mind, the roads are confusing, and they do have a one way street that the building sits on.
There is a parking garage and a parking lot next to the hotel, you do have to pay to park in both, even if you are staying at the hotel you do have to pay to park in there garage.
I don't have anything to complain about with the staff. They were a little short but I would not say rude by any means. I have been to Europe and that's exactly how they are over there. They were helpful when needed, they just aren't who you would find working at a "regular" hotel, bc I wouldn't exactly put it as a "regular hotel," again no complaints here though.
I had a good time, I was staying there for a night with some friends for a concert and it was close to the arena, Climate Pledge, and was
I would definitely recommend going with friends or with a significant other, I wouldn't exactly put it as a "family" hotel but there is nothing there that a child would or could see that a normal hotel wouldn't have.

I tell you what, I enjoyed this hotel so very much… From location to comfort to the incredible staff, everything was outstanding! The only reason I’m giving it four stars is because I don’t love the “resort fees” that you get at the end… I believe Hotels.com should be more careful about making sure people know that… I generally decide which hotel to choose based on the cost of a place when just looking at the total given by hotels.com. it wasn’t a huge amount of money but being responsible for collecting an additional 20 something dollars a day does add up… Would’ve preferred that to be more clearly explained upfront. I have no doubt it was in the small print but just wish it was in bigger print lol

I usually stay at this hotel when visiting Seattle due to its proximity to friends. I always have a pleasant experience, however I do not care for the $28/day amenity fee as I’m not sure what it’s for.
