The Belltown Inn was a really nice hotel. The front desk staff was amazing. They offered up suggestions for restaurants and things to do close by. This hotel is located in the middle of all of the interesting sites in downtown Seattle as well as close to pier 66 for the cruise ships.

Cute and comfy hotel that is very central to downtown Seattle. Walking distance to Space needle, Pike market amd
tons of restaurants and shops. It had a coffee pot , fridge and microwave in the room .
Just make sure if you add a friend on after you book to write their name on the check in sheet you sign.

I was a solo traveler and it was a warm and welcoming experience. I enjoyed a hot shower which was quite warm which I love. I also got a good nights sleep after my days events. I also liked that I was given an upgrade and the room was quite cute and comfortable. The next day I checked out and enjoyed a complimentary cup of coffee. Thank you so much.

Wrapped up our trip in Seattle. Loved how the hotel felt so bustling abd populsr and front desk were very welcoming.
The room was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Fantastic hotel for the price. Excellent location, great perks, and frienly service. We will certainly be back!

Stayed here the night before our cruise. Staff were very helpful and there are some great places to eat within a few blocks. Easy walk to local attractions like the Space Needle and Pike Place Market. Walking distance to Pier 66, but the hotel offers a shuttle as well.
4.6
It was a very nice hotel, but it was very noisy. One of our key cards didn't work, but we didn't get it fixed because the lobby was always so crowded. But the room was clean, employees were friendly, and it was in a good location as far as proximity to everything we needed.
4.6
Every employee was super friendly and helpful! Above and beyond everytime.

Excellent location at a low price. It's a 10 minute walk from Pike Place. Small and clean room with a kitchen sink, small refrigerator, and 4 cup coffee maker. They will provide plates if you ask. Great for a stay when you want to be out doing activities rather than spending a bunch of time in the hotel.

They said they had security for their parking. They called at 4:45 in the morning. To let us know, our windows have been smashed. And our car was robbed along with four others. The first use of the toilet, the sewage from the place back into our room, I had to shut off the water. Did you not have maintenance or a toilet plunger. So couldn't use the bathroom. They charged me thirty five dollars for the parking.Just to be smashed and robbed. They do not serve coffee. Do not have any coffee, so at four forty five.In the morning, no coffee had to drive home. They only do coffee at limited hours. Which is very odd for seattle. You are constantly bombarded by homeless people in drug users openly burning drugs next to the hotel. They were even asking me for money while I was assessing the damage to my car. If personal safety is an issue to you do not stay here. We got no apologies, no follow up and no one was even available to help us clean up the glass in our car so we could drive home.

Good for a one night stay; my room was very, very small! Bathroom extremely small too, but they have installed shelving to help with storing your stuff and to try and make the space more efficient. It’s an old building so some quirks are to be expected. The staff were really nice and friendly. It’s a short walk or Uber ride to the Clipper or cruise boat terminals which is likely the main appeal of this hotel.
4.6
Great hotel, quick walk to Pike Place and all that fun stuff.
Staff was great, and Prince at check in was, well, a prince! Overnight before hopping on a cruise was perfect. Note, you could drag your luggage straight down a few blocks to the pier, but take an Uber, definitely worth it it in convenience.
Our petite queen room was just what we needed (although “petite” seems to mean a full/double bed…).
Will definitely stay here again for any cruises out os Seattle.
4.6
Everything from check-in to check-out was seamless and quick. Only negative is how slow the elevator takes.
4.6
It was overall a good stay. Main issues were the gave us a room with someone else’s stuff in it first, and the area is sketchy.
Mistakes happen, but makes you worry about if they gave my room to someone else.
Beyond that though, the hotel was more than satisfactory, and I would heavily consider there again next time I’m in Seattle
4.6
The location close to the major Seattle attractions. Beds are comfortable and place is clean. The only complaint I had is that there is many homeless and the parking is not secure or monitored and the staff has no remorse they just give you a assistant manager card and still take you parking fee money of $35 each night.even when vehicles tires get slashed and send you on your way.
4.6
Great Stay with welcoming staff. Very professional and if i ever make it back to Seattle i would stay again

Belltown Inn was a good quality stay. Cute rooftop patio was a highlight. It’s 24 hours, but has quiet time overnight so it’s a nice stop for some end of the night stargazing. The surrounding neighborhood feels a bit tough, and rougher from what I remember from a few years ago. Just be kind and a don’t be a dummie.
4.6
Hotel was good, staff was excellent. Extremely walkable but would not feel safe walking in the area after dark.
4.6
Great hotel - perfect location. Friendly staff and paid shuttle from airport and to cruise terminal was great too

Lots of homeless people right around the hotel.

I've been staying at the Belltown Inn for a number of years now but only now getting around to writing a review. Honestly, yes, you could spend $100-$200 more and treat yourself to amenities OR you could simply travel to Seattle more often, save some cash and apply it to your trip – if the latter sounds more appealing to you, the Belltown Inn is 100% solid. It's clean, the staff is the friendliest around, and like a Starbucks coffee, you know what you're getting and the price is completely reasonable. I've booked well over 4 dozen rooms here over the years and would be hard-pressed to bother staying elsewhere while in town anymore.

I cannot believe how this hotel have this guest rating. The room is small but that is not the problem. It is run down and need to be refurbished. It is extremely noisy between rooms and from the outside. Even though I requested a quiet room I got placed in one with a huge fan outside the window that wooshed all through the night. The shower is so small you barely fit in it. The elevator is so slow you can wait minutes before it arrives. But the worst is probably the area around this hotel. A lot of homeless and drug using individuals who live outside the entrance.
4.6
Close hotel to Pier 66. Several nice restaurants within 2 blocks.
Hotel doesn’t look like much from the outside but has nice clean rooms. SLOW moving elevators
4.6
Dangerous outside with all the uncontrolled, homeless, Did not feel safe. We were confronted multiple times.
4.6
Cute older hotel in the midst of the Belltown neighborhood. Staff was friendly and helped direct us to a good restaurant, the pikes market And around town. Only issue I had was the neighborhood was not something I would feel safe in at night
4.6
The location is great. Easy walk to loads of iconic Seatle locations. Parking is a bit scetch and homeless are located throughout the area. The inn was really clean and staff was wonderful. There is no breakfast served but great food is close by.

We have enjoyed our stay here at the Belltown prior to our cruise. As many have mentioned the staff totally make this place. Have never encountered such lovely and helpful staff. Yes, there a lot of street/homeless people but honestly in our experience they were harmless. None approached us or anything.
4.6
The staff weere extremely knowledgeable ans helpful in navigating out way arond Seattle and the free shuttle .
If going ro the pirt it is 10.00 a person sign up withrhe front desk.

Centrally located for walking everywhere around downtown Seattle; check-in was great, Summer was super helpful. Great room, loved the rooftop lounge, cold water in the lobby (was there on hot summer days). Felt safe but I did get in by 5p each night.
4.6
The rooftop bar is awesome! Beds were comfortable, shower rain heads were great. Cold water in the lobby. The corner the hotel sits on has a lot of homeless people but there was a security guard at the lobby door and I felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again, you’re in walking distance to everything!
4.6
We booked the hotel several weeks in advance but arrived to a first floor room with several homeless people screaming in the park across the street. The staff changed us to a fifth floor room which was nice of them. The room was so tiny our two medium suitcases took up half the floor and the desk top.
No place to sit or eat. Website said numerous restaurants in the area but that was not true. Did not feel safe to go out after dark. Would not recommend or stay here again.
4.6
Amazing experience in the hotel. But didn't know how scary can be walking around and having homeless people chasing me and saying that he wanted to see me how I was going to be killed 😩
4.6
The location is excellent! There are a variety of eateries within a couple of blocks. The rooms are very clean and the amenities include a snack. I wish i was staying more than one night just so i could take in what the area had to offer.

Enjoyed the hotel, good location

We had a wonderful experience and the location is walking distance to Pike market and the pier.

Great location, upgraded to Queen vs Petite queen room. Room was nice. Friendly and helpful desk staff. Great area to find restaurants. Good stay in Seattle.

The Belltown in was in a great location. Our room was small but very clean. We enjoyed the rooftop seating for views of the city. We were especially impressed by the staff. They were all very helpful. One staff member, Dorjan, went above and beyond helping my husband find the garage parking area. We were very grateful. We would definitely stay there again.
4.6
Clean rooms, helpful staff. Offsite secure parking. Weak A/C, we slept warm.
