We stayed for the Taylor swift concert. It was the best. Such a nice hotel and easy access to seabus to go across to the concert. 10/10 reccomend.

Enjoyed my stay. Good location. Use only one breakfast coupon as breakfast on the first day was awful. Eggs were poorly cooked and cold as were thenhasbrowns and toast. I couldn’t even eat it.

Great place to stay with lots to do within walking distance. Unfortunately the wifi was not secure so I had a lot of problems sending and receiving emails m.

Amazing location, beautiful views and so much to do within walking distance. Definitely recommend!!

A basic hotel--just what I needed for a one-night stay. No bells and whistles, just clean, quiet and comfortable, on the doorstep of all North Van amenities.

Decided to return after a lovely stay last spring. Now thinking that must have been a one-off. This time, the service was lacking (way understaffed and visibly overworked), the dining room only had a limited breakfast menu (no notice on 3rd party websites that the restaurant hours were restricted, nor that there was noisy active construction going on most of the day), and my room was not as clean as it should be (my white socks were black on the bottoms after just one day). I understand it is off season and that things will not be as lively as it might be in better weather, but this felt somewhat punishing. Front desk staff was very accommodating, though.

The hotel stay was great. They let us extend our check out by an hour without any added fees. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful.

Pretty bare bones. Hot when I got i to the room. Dirty in little nooks and crannies. Bed was fairly comfortable. Was woke up by room service twice before 10am (check out is at 11).

Great Stay. Little confusing to find. Front desk Staff were great. Bathroom needs a little work with drainage. Location is awesome. Will come back.

We’ve stayed here a few times and love the proximity to the Sea Bus, transit, Quay Market and wonderful areas to walk. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Our room was eye level to a walkway and we unfortunately had to keep our curtains shut because people can’t help themselves but look in.

Here on business. Location perfect and hotel restaurant very good. Great customer service.

There was construction, which is understandable. They’re always upgrading on the lower flowers. However it got a little noisy about 8 o’clock every morning. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Parking for the first time traveller is not easy especially when you call and can’t get thru to the front desk at 9pm. There is no specific check in temporary parking area. The logistics of getting my stuff from my car to my room was frustrating as well. Once i figured it out, it just wasn’t easy at all.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. It is in an excellent position for catching the sea bus and buses and the market below the hotel. Also, now that the rest of the shipyard has been regenerated, handy for more restaurants and weekly markets. The hotel is comfortable and has the usual amenities. Although this does not detract from it, the hotel could benefit from an update decorwise as it looks very dated and this has not been done during the many years I have stayed there. For the first time I was given a room overlooking the road and not the water. Whether this was the reason or not, but the wi-fi was constantly dropping out whereas it never had in the waterfront rooms. That said, I would still recommend staying at the Lonsdale Quay Hotel.

The bed was so comfy we passed out right away! Front desk was always helpful, the cleaning staff super friendly and always offering their services. The restaurant was alright, usually it is better but they were out of some ingredients and the food was not like the picture (my boyfriends blt was displayed on regular toast but it came out on a massive ciabatta bun he did not want). The manager was very friendly and refunded the breakfast tickets I bought. I would return to the restaurant but I would not buy the tickets again because I wanna know that I like the food before I commit to 3 days. We love it at this hotel and will stay again. The shops below are so convenient and the crepe/waffle house was delicious. The pressure and heat of the shower was good 👍 looking forward to our next trip here we were treated well. Our bed was a king bed, highly recommend. We could barely touch each other when sleeping haha!

Small shops, many food venues, farmers markets (including fish), public concerts, and reasonably priced lodging. Right on the bay with sea buses to take you to many tourist destinations. Less pricey than Downtown Vancouver. What's not to like?

It is a very unique hotel inside of a shopping mall. Outside the doors, you can walk downstairs to a market with many shops and food and drink options. We got our food and ate outside at a picnic table overlooking the water and watched the seals swim. The room was nice, clean and comfy and a view of the water. You can also walk next door to the shipyards. So convenient! We loved our stay and would 100% stay there again.

The room was run down and did not have a good smell.
It is a nice hotel and nice location and nice staff but this room has not been renovated.AC was old and noisy.

A great stay to break up our Vancouver stay - on the other side of the harbour. Highly recommend

The view is great. The restraint has the best ceaser salad with grilled chicken. The only down fall is the parking meter doesn’t tell you to hit button 8 for parking over night.I accidentally put 1 number wrong on my license plate and got a violation ticket left on my car that the hotel emailed so I do not have to pay

The cates room with hot tub is nice but a little expensive

There was a lot of building work around the building work around the shopping area, below the hotel. After 7pm the shopping area was shut so you had to go around the building to get into hotel.
I did not leave my card for deposit, because I had problems getting the cash back into my account, so I asked to leave cash and was made to leave $500 for deposit. Though on website/booking said $100.
My bedding looked like they never changed and been slept in when I first arrived. Room was big and sufficient. $16 food voucher was handy. View of harbour was limited. Both in photos.
It was very time consuming getting from quay to Downtown. I thought it would be quick and easy, but you had to go through long tunnels to get to it. Though cheap if you buy day ticket.

I like this place; it is well-located and has plenty to do nearby and within walking distance. The food at the hotel is not the greatest, so I would walk to the many food options around the hotel.

Very easy to get to public transport, good restaurants and bar options close by, the bar in the hotel has a great view.
Maybe looking a little tired and older, but clean and comfortable.

Overall liked the property and the room itself, a very enjoyable location. We liked the market options downstairs. The bathroom seemed a bit aged and still not sure why there wasnt a fan in the bathroom. Enjoyed the beds and the view, hope to be back soon !

The room was very clean but very, very dated. The washroom was in poor condition. There were nicks in the tiles and tub, and these were painted over haphazardly. The air conditioner was the old fashioned kind under a window, in the wall. It was very noisy. Overall the location is excellent, but the accommodations need a renovation, especially for the amount of money they charge.

My family and I stayed in this hotel from August 31 to September 3, 2024. On the last night, the lock on the room door broke and we were imprisoned in the room for about 12 hours. When we called the hotel reservation, he tried to open the door but failed. Calling the hotel management, they told us that we should wait in the room until 9 in the morning. My child was very anxious and we had a very bad night.
