Room and view good. Swimming pool excellent. Location excellent
Overall value not there. The building decorations are tired. The furniture in bedroom is looking its age. The carpets are old.

Great location for my biz trip
Poor spa , room service ( no food delivery to room)!! , no hair salon

Room upgrade with the view of the harbour was awesome. We used the gym, pool and deck facilities. All great.

Proximity to restaurants and the pier
Wish they would explain a bit more at check in with regards to the deposit so that I didn’t have to go back to the front desk just to figure out why the amt charged was different.

Lots of space, fairly quiet for being street-facing. Wanted to use the pool but too busy. Very convenient location, close to meeting space and restaurants. Good parking.
A bit dusty - was it due to road construction outside? Perhaps a bottle of water could be included. Not much to complain about, everything was as I hoped and expected it to be.

I was so pleased with everything from my stay here. the view of the water to the attention to detail the staff and management take to make sure your stay is the best it can be.

all good.
housekeeping - one day room not serviced and one day only partially completed. mugs and glasses left dirty, towels left and shampoo etc removed and not replaced. we were compensated $25 but irritating anyway

Great location; centrally located in Lo-Lo. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, and the view was great. The staff were super nice and accommodating for our early check-in. The food (breakfast and dinner) was great! I loved this spot and will choose here again in the future.
The gym could update some of their equipment.
9.0
location, friendly staff throughout the hotel and everyone I encountered.
I asked for feather pillows and two of the same what was in the room were sent up. pillows were too hard and too high hence not the most comfortable sleep. beds not that comfy either

location is amazing . many shops, restaurants and public transport nearby to downtown Vancouver.
the pool and gym facilities are fabulous as well. the staff in pool area are nice and attentive .
the sauna and steam room are added bonus .
the beds could be more comfortable and the sofa bead was really uncomfortable for adults . also shower heads water stream to weak.
also staff in the lobby restaurant seemed frazzled on some of days and their service suffered somewhat.they forgot bring spoons to stir coffee , they also forgot to bring toast for one of the breakfast meals until asked .
the rest of staff at front desk and room attendants were wonderful and pleasant.

the pool and the staff were nice
the restaurant food was second rate, the rooms were cold and we needed to get up during the night to ask for extra blankets as the heater just blew out cold air and I don’t like artificial heat. it was expensive for the standard received. our room was right next to the main road and we heard every truck and car go through the junction all night, needs to be triple glazed or soundproofed.
7.0
convenient and pretty location
parking and construction on back side
