Location was good for us. Room was very small and tv had about 5 Chanel’s and not even a smart tv. If you wanted to really watch anything you had to pay $20 for on demand.

Didnt feel like check in person was happy to be there but check in went smooth. Quiet stay. Unhappy no.local news but understood that was being repaired.

Self parking was great. Breakfast was ok, of course it depends on your choices. Great variety of food. Room was clean and smelled pretty good. Hotel was a bit run down but it looked as good as it could. Great value.

Everything was good. Just the toilet got clogged, which they must have fixed later. Overall, great stay, perfect cozy rooms with TV and drawer storage. Iron table and Hair dryer is an amazing plus:)

I only had one towel and that was yellowish on the end of one corner. Someone hair was on the bathroom floor. No soap dish. The tv channels was limited, nothing to watch. Noone cane to clean my room.was

The check-in clerk was great! The breakfast was great! The maid was not accommodating Ask that our bed linen be changed and she stated it wasn’t on the list and when ask the desk clerk she ensured it would be done ; wasn’t done! Loved the quiet, cozy location!!!

My wife is handicapped but the room was not even though they told us it was. No tv other than pay preview since the system was under repair/up dating. Breakfast was the worst we have had in any Hampton Inn ever.

First of all the pictures are not what the room looks like today. Maybe 10-15 years ago. The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the walls were so thing I could hear the TV from the room next door and the toilet was dirty (streaks). I was so bad we left.

The water in the shower did not get hot. The sink in the bathroom drain was slow. Not enough wall outlets in the room. The air conditioner did not get cold and comfortable at night.

Hotel is dirty. It’s the hotel for many families of patients at the hospital and it feels dirty. Elevators are terrible. One elevator sounds like it is going to come of the pulley. Very scary. Plumbing needs some attention. It needs a good cleaning.

The beds were uncomfortable. They were extremely firm. The shower handle was loose from the wall and you could see the pipe. One elevator was down the entire stay. Breakfast was not served on time. Could not get the tv to work properly. For the Memphis area, it wasn’t a bad stay. I was just hoping for a little better room than I got.

I stayed at this hotel in Memphis for just one night, and it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. The room was not properly cleaned, and the bathroom was particularly disgusting with stains still visible inside the toilet. The bed was poorly made and there was an unpleasant odor in the room. The check-in process was frustrating as the staff was unfriendly and asked silly questions. Despite booking through hotels.com and having already paid, they struggled to find my reservation and tried to charge me again. The breakfast in the morning was of very low quality, and the coffee was terrible. Overall, it was a very negative experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was clean and quiet. The room was also not ready at check in and we discovered while showering, the following morning, that there was no shower gel nor was there a bar soap at the sink.

Check in was fine and the room was clean. Shampoo was mounted to the wall instead of in small bottles. No laundry bag. Were told breakfast was from 6-9. When we got up and went downstairs, we were told we weren't getting breakfast. Half of the exercise equipment was broken.

I have stayed at Hampton inn in Michigan and they are very nice ! I had a room with a microwave no refrigerator the toilet ran all night I had to turn my tv up so I wouldn’t hear it and not one vending machine for snacks and by 11am there was no coffee !

This hotel is walking distance to the hospital, if it were not we would not stay here. The rooms desperately need to be updated. The carpet is old, the bathroom floors were sticky. The shower didn't drain well and filled up with water. Our TV did not work and the phone in the room did not have a phone cord to call and complain. Two different individuals that we met while visiting said that cars have been broken into at this Hampton. Staff was friendly.

The bedrooms have old and uncomfortable bed. The pillows are awful and we need to bring ours because they are paper thin. The”breakfast” that they say they have is never what is listed. Today for example everything was supposed “frozen” and only think available was the juice machine and terrible oatmeal and turkey froze sausage.
