Nice Hotel in a good location

The hotel was in a very good location downtown. close to the river and only a short walk to Beale Street. The Civil Rights Museum was only a 15 minute walk. The breakfast at the hotel was really good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean and always very cool and comfortable.

Good location with much needed improvement.

I liked the Location of the hotel and the Breakfast Options.

I did not like the attitude of the Front Desk Staff; the extended ringing of the telephone before someone at the front desk answered my call from the room; the un-emptied garbage can that was in my room when we got there nor did I like being charged $29.00 per night for Valet Parking after being told by Booking.com that the charge was $25.00 per night. Ofcourse, I was told that it was Booking.com's fault for not updating their system, after they were told to do so on numerous occasion.

Trotz Buchung, kein Check in möglich. Sehr schlechter Service.

Kann ich nichts zu sagen, da das Hotel die Buchungsnummer mit dem Argument abgelehnt hat, nicht im System zu finden. Somit mussten wir uns in der Nacht spontan ein anderes Hotel suchen.

Vermutlich waren die Zimmer überbucht und wir konnten trotz Buchungsbeleg nicht einchecken. Keine Kommunikation vorhanden. Kann ich jedem nur von abraten, dieses Hotel zu buchen.

Never staying here again

Our room was nasty upon check on, and there were what seemed to be bodily fluids on our sheets. There was no night staff to help us besides Demetrius. The night shift front desk lady did not budge to accommodate us at any point in the 3 hours that we were begging for amenities and clean linen, and the maintenance man had to come and change the bodily fluid soiled sheets. I had to go 4 floors down to the front desk 3 times to ask for things such as soap, trash can liners, batteries for the tv remote, towels, and clean linen. Toilet had a ring, both beds had visibly dirty linen, hair in and on the tub, no liners in trash cans, TV remote didn’t work, kitchenette light did not work. We began asking for clean linen around 9:30P and were not able to go to bed until after midnight due to them having to find linen and clean the room while we were there waiting. We booked the room 2 business days in advance so there was no excuse. Demetrius was the only person attempting to help. We only stayed 1 night and it was a complete disaster.

Un désastre hôtel à éviter. Devrait être mentionné dans votre descriyles deux ascenseurs pour arriver au 4 étage !

Il faut prendre 2 ascenseur et faire 200 m de couloirs pour arriver a sa chambre je n ai jamais vu cela de ma vie. On est repartir des notre arrivée. Cet hôtel est un vrai désastre.

Location was excellent, shower pressure was great.

Room 567, Coffee pot was broke, fridge needed defrosted so it wasn’t cold, no light bulb in the main lamp in sitting area of room. Rats running around the outside pool daily. Pool was dirty and full of debris. Mirror and tv in room were smeared up.

The overall stay was ok but I would’ve like to have been in a better room.

The breakfast was a good setup and the location was great.

The room was unacceptable and the lighting was terrible. The front desk clerk said they book another stay in my room. They put us in a handicapped accessible room which was too small.

Is in the dodgy end of downtown - be careful at night. Rooms are a good size for the cost but everything feels a bit gro

The staff is confrontational and it wasn’t clean.

Good location

It was not very clean. There were stains on the carpets in the hallways. The floors creaked. The bathroom had hair clippings all on the floor. There were questionable stains on the couch and the bed sheets. There was no fitted sheet on the bed, only the mattress protector, flat sheet, and comforter. The room was hot and took all night to cool off. There were extra charges and when I simply asked about them and why my card was charged more than the receipt I received, the staff became confrontational and defensive immediately.

Traveled to Memphis for a short weekend getaway. This hotel made it a good experience

It was close to everything. Walked a lot a 20 minutes was the longest time

Pretty good would stay there again but could improve a few things

Great location and comfy beds, breakfast was not bad for free

House keeping was hit and miss sometimes never came after asking and never replenished the coffee always had to ask and front staff were the same some were very polite and some not so polite and didn’t even make the third bed up

The location was great and the room Was lovely and big with 2 queen beds and a kitchenette

Breakfast was poor, same food and not appetising, could never get a seat. I never saw the bar open once when i was there for 3 nights I came back 9pm Saturday night to br told no its closed Final bill was £65 more than what i agreed with booking.com When i checked my account i contacted them and was told of completely different rates what they had made up. I would not stay here again as no open bar and being over charged is not right

Room was adequate and overall an enjoyable stay in Memphis.

Convenient location. Nice breakfast which was included in the price Staff were friendly and helpful in regard to local restaurants Eve though downtown Memphis was very quite we loved the laid back atmosphere and the variety of interesting sites to visit including The Civil Rights Museum, Lorraine Hotel, Sun studios and Graceland. Loved our stay in this authentic music city that has not lost its soul. 😀

We had some issues with final payment but this was eventually sorted and staff were helpful in this regard. Also our room was not serviced but staff did provide fresh towels when requested

Fairly decent stay for the price, great location.

Room was spacious with large tv. Powerful shower and nice lit mirror. Breakfast in morning was decent. Location is fantastic.

Room wasn’t serviced at all over the 4 days we stayed there apart from someone knocking our door on the 2nd last day asking if we needed towels. Pool was quite dirty so only used once. Breakfast was difficult to get a seat if you came any later than 8am so more seats and tables needed

Napier quick escape

It was within walking distance of everything we were into. Food, music, dancing, site seeing, shopping, etc. Never felt uncomfortable or nervous about my surroundings. Plenty of security every where.

The room could have been a little cleaner and our TV never worked while we were there, but other then that it was nice. We wanted a king size bed but got two queens. But no biggy.
