Hotel was ok. No shower , but bath shower and almost impossible to get in our out without seriously hurting yourself . Bed was very uncomfortable.

The hotel is highly recommended. Our repeat visits are always excellent. The staff are superbly friendly and helpful. The buffet is always fresh and overflowing with all kinds of delicious foods. The only negative is that despite Uber is announced by the local government as welcome in Cancun, local drivers still face violence from the taxi syndicate. We were intimidated by a taxi driver for attempting to take Uber and ultimately we decided to take a bus. We don’t want to see the syndicate suffocate Cancun like what happened to Acapulco.

The hotel is older but the rooms were clean and comfortable. The beach is really nice, good pool and pool bar. Staff is very friendly, they have free parking and valet. Walking distance to Coco Bongo and night life in Cancun. Safe area.

A short walking distance from night life, shopping centers, restaurants, and more!

The property is walking distance from everything. It look far but it’s about less then a 10 minute walk from all of the bars and clubs. The staff was helpful and cleaned the rooms very early everyday which wasn’t bad.
Watch out for the “free complementary” things because it’s a lie.

Clean beach, easy parking, friendly staff. Rooms are a bit dated but generally it was a good deal.

We completely enjoyed our stay at the Fiesta Americana Villas. The room was very large and clean with full kitchen, and the bed was very comfortable . The staff was very attentive and make it a point to remember you. The pool was beautiful and clean.
We had the “pleasure” of Hurricane Beryl hitting while we were in Cancun. We were very impressed with how proactive the hotel was with regards to our safety. Also, although not an all inclusive resort, they provided meals to our rooms while we were locked in for the hurricane.
I would definitely recommend and will certainly be returning.

Pros:
Friendly staff
Beautiful big pool
Beachfront with easy access
Room was nicely air-conditioned with nice amenities. It was set-up like a studio apartment.
The cleaning staff were great and on point.
Cons:
They truly soured our first day there. Mind you we had been traveling since 5am. We ask about a concierge when checking in about booking excursions. The front desk calls someone over to help us. The friendly young lady then asks us to sit down that it would be a couple minutes. We say great. After we tell her what are our plans are she then proceeds to offer us a excursion and that she'll give us free breakfast because of purchasingon expedia.
But of course, there's a catch.....that they want to show us the property. It then clicked that she was trying to get us to attend a timeshare presentation. I then tell her my assumption to confirm my suspicion as she then proceeds to try and explain to me what a timeshare is. Again, we just checked-in and we are so tired. I then said that we are good. We got up and left as she was trying to offer us other stuff. We genuinely felt tricked.
You are trying to get ecerything under the sun sold in Cancun so youe hotel that you paid for should be the last place you have to deal with this. The people up front in blue shirts asking you what room and being nice, every time you walked by them also trying to sell you. Very annoying experience!
Also, for a hotel they close the pool at 8pm. That is way too early for a hotel!

We booked here based off the pictures that was showing . Come to find out it was pictures of one of there upscale hotels and not to mention it said all exclusive before booking. Get there it wasn’t and they wanted us to pay $1,240 for all exclusive. The room tub had old nasty mold all on the outside .
