Not very clean. I had booked the room and when I got there she said they were overbooked that night so gave me a different room. I wasn’t very happy. The hallways had a funny smell and most everywhere could have used a vacuum.

My stay was just fine, nothing to rave about, but not terrible. The person who checked me in skipped the normal spiel about wifi, parking, breakfast, etc. so I had to figure everything out later. The parking garage system is complicated, but convenient when it's working properly.

I entered the room was immediately greated by curtains covered in a mysterious substance (staff said chocolate, I thought blood). Was told no to a new room and was instead offered that they clean it. Further, the walls are so thin that you can hear someone running a shower several units down. I would never stay here again given the choice.

The room was not completely cleaned or they would have found a dirty sock just under the sheets. The other bed had a large stain that was definitely not left over after a wash but instead new. I have not been refunded my $50 incidental charge and they said they charge $25 pet fee at the counter but actually charged $79! Fees cost more than the room did.

There was bed bugs in my bed and I recorded it and took it to the front desk showed them and all they did was move me to another room and deduct $40 from my price. They said they would get back to me after they have came to a resolution and never did.

Property is older, but well maintained. Airport shuttle driver was on time and very pleasant. No fridge or microwave in the room, which startled me, it never occurred to me to have to request. Parking is in a ramp, but next door to the hotel.

We liked the downtown location. When we got to the hotel, the person greeting us literally asked if we were checking in and said zero other words. Awkward. The room wasn’t the cleanest…little hairs around the doorframe in the bathroom, I don’t know if they own a vacuum. Gross…needs to be updated as well, but if not going to, clean it.

The property is in a convenient location especially for medical appointments at Sanford Health. However, the customer service at check in and check out, was very poor. Also, one of the beds partially collapsed that my son was sleeping in (while he was sleeping). Our room was basically the bare essentials. Two beds, a tv and a bathroom. So if u just need a relatively clean place just to sleep and shower, this place is okay. If you are looking for a “nice” place to stay, this probably isn’t the place.

There was a large homelessness population around the hotel. The hotel is in dier need of upgrades and overall. Was very disappointed in our stay as Radisson has been great in the past. Just can tell the hotel has been run down and has seen it's better days

Very basic. Lobby is beautiful, however, rooms very boring. No fridge, very small, feels rather outdated. Parking was rough. If you're checking in make sure to tell them if you have a large truck. First parking garage was toy car sz. We had a f350 and it was a NIGHTMARE. Then they got us into a oversized garage down the road. They don't put clean towns in room unless you go get them. I won't stay there again. People were very nice though.

What staff I interacted with was pleasant but beyond the front desk there was none. It had been ten or so years since I’ve stayed with Radisson and I understand staffing shortages are affecting many hotels. While I found it to be severely lacking the high quality and cleanliness I remembered those years ago I am thankful you were there for my much needed rest and rescue from the wildfire smoke. I stress that what staff I was exposed to was very pleasant.

I normally stay at 2.5 star hotels, but decided the cost was only a bit more for this 3 star. I wish I had booked the 2.5. This place is pretty awful. To start, the lady checking me in interrupted the process to help 2 other people. Apparently she gave a guy a key card for someone else’s room and he went into their room. She told us the restaurant was open from 5 to 10. I went to the restaurant to find it was closed. We walked around and there was a lounge. He said he would have to seat us in the restaurant since we had kids. So he literally turned the lights on in the restaurant and we sat down. It was weird. The room itself was musty, water damage in bathroom, dust bunnies along the walls and furniture. You could hear people get ice as if they were in your room. We turned on the fan to try to get some sleep. Hotel uses a public parkade for their parking lots and it’s super sketchy. There were homeless people in there, and I was worried about my vehicle. The door from the parkade into the hotel wasn’t even locked. This whole place gave me the creeps. The only decent thing was the pool was warm and a decent size, and the hot tub was older but large. I would not recommend staying here.

My first time staying in a Radisson since the early 90’s. The clerk at the front desk was friendly and explained everything thoroughly. However, the hotel is very outdated, the amenities online were not correct as there was not a free continental breakfast - if you wanted to eat you could leave or eat in the restaurant and the room did not have a mini fridge which meant our dinner left overs went to waste. I will not be staying there again because of the location and traffic.

Great location. free shuttle to the airport or most places near the hotel. there is a little office on the ground floor for you to do work peacefully or print stuff. There is a bar that is open late as well.
