Wonderful stay

Location was perfect for us. We were amazed by the lending lockers. It was nice to see things that would make the stay so much easier if we were staying longer. The kitchenette was well stocked & I was excited to see how well appointed it was.

A good to great experience was had by all.

The kitchen set up was excellent. We were in town for a family reunion and I used it for food preparation. I was excited that they provided this anemity.

On the floor we were staying when you got off the elevator, the floor had no carpet or flooring upon it.

Was my favorite place to stay until my last visit, will not be visiting again for reasons listed above.

I stayed on the 3rd floor, carpeting was ripped up by elevator and edges were duct taped down…I thought this looked really bad and thought it should have been fixed immediately. Not a very good look for the price the hotel is asking. Also, on the outside of the property, right as you walk up, there is a bench right in front with a garbage can and cigarette receptacle. There were cigarette butts thrown all over in the rocks right next to it. I was surprised (actually shocked) that no one from the staff took the time to clean them up, I would think the owners or management would have a bit more pride in the appearance of their hotel. I booked online so didn’t see any of this until I got there at 11pm and it was too late to change my reservation or I would have. I really like this hotel, but will not stay again for these reasons.

Staff was friendly and courteous

There was remodeling being done. Carpet in hall way was getting ripped out etc. it was noisy. The lock in my room didn’t work. The toilet kept running water so it was noisy all night. Not worth the $190+ I paid for 1 nigjt.

We like the convenience of the parking the room space was really nice the staff was nice and courteous and bathrooms were clean

I don't like how everything was dim the lighting was bad there was trash all over the parking lot dark parking lot

Prefer to stay in a hotel where floors are cleaned and carpets vacuumed.

Size of the room was great

Floors were filthy, and carpets hadn't been vacuumed in a while. No ice machines. At check in we were told to turn on ice maker in our fridge, but all it did was make noise, no ice.

A great hotel, but Booking.com price gouged the reservations remaining because of a local event. I’m never going to use

Hotel staff are really nice and really accommodating!

Room 119 had a clogged drain and a pretty gross red stain on the toilet.

it was quiet and restful. Staff were knowledgeable and eager to assist.

The staff was super! Clean and beautiful. Very roomy and comfortable!

The spacious rooms and the kitchen set up.

The bedroom didn't have an air conditioning, was kinda of hot n uncomfortable at night. Had to open the window to cool off, but traffic was loud, even at night.
