We stayed at this property for 2 nights in June in a dog friendly room. ***If you book this hotel through Expedia or 3rd party booking service, please read.*** The walls are thin, small rooms, carpets dirty, and there is no fan in the bathroom to help minimize the noise. The sound from people walking by made our dog growl or bark all night. We travel with our dog a lot, this is the first time we have had this issue. We explained this to Expedia and the front desk as we wanted to check out a day early. The front desk told us it was Expedia’s decision to refund us the last night, this is NOT true. The hotel MUST approve the cancellation. They lied to us repeatedly about this being a hotel decision. They also told Expedia I was a no-show (??) and denied even speaking to Expedia. I eventually spoke to Casey who was the MOD and couple times to explain my experience. She was extremely nice and said “no problem, I’ll just check you out”. I obviously believed this entire situation was resolved & left. The next day, I received an email from Expedia saying that the hotel did not authorize the refund. I called Casey, she said “I said I would check you out, I never said I would refund you. The GM refused your refund.” What?! ** Please know: This hotel WILL NOT accommodate changes to any bookings made through Expedia or any Other third-party website. ** Book the Hilton Wilsonville. A night and day difference.

We reserved a regular room but were provided an accessible room in need of renovation/updating. The staff did not follow through on our request for a small discount. The bathroom was borderline acceptable as far as cleanliness. I would not recommend this particular Holiday Inn.

Very clean!

1st night no heat, tried to call the lobby and the phone didn’t work. Strobe lights due to the light bulbs burning out. Maintenance came up and plugged in the wall unit to get heat none of the controls on it worked so fan blew continuously. 2nd night no room service. I won’t stay again

Staff was kind and friendly!

Don't stay here if you have pets or you're from Cali, $75 for a 15 pound dog. Jason, the front desk guy, was good with everything until he noticed my CA DL. Facilities say remodel, but all they did was paint over the crap and put in some new light fixtures.

Comfortable friendly excelent custumer service and clean. Wasnt able to get receipt since i booked thru Expedia sadly never had that problem before other than that great place

$75 pet fee was not disclosed! Chose a hotel with restaurant and it did not say it was closed for the day! Never again.

This stay was certainly not pleasant at all, we had a problem and neither Expadia nor the hotel's customer service could resolve the terrible service.

The pillows were my favorite. The mattress was surprisingly comfortable. The hotel layout is odd. The room we had was in a corner and the walls were concrete. Checkin was a mess. Lobby coffee in the morning was in the lobby but no creamer. Just milk and sugar. As a whole, it served its purpose.

I traveled with my wheelchair for the first time and the staff here was so willing to help me get to my room. Its so peaceful here and it is comfortable here. I will stay again.

A central location to the areas I was traveling to. The only critique I would offer is the sheets seemed to be pilling a bit which made me think they could be upgraded. But otherwise, the room was good size, cleanly, and quiet.

Get place to stay. Super clean and quite. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

First first floor room was very nice for walking the dog & I liked I could peak out the window to check my vehicle. Room & bathroom were clean with modern decor. Didn't like that the advertised made to order breakfast omelet was no longer being offered. Offered instead was a breakfast buffet with basic scambled eggs, potatoes with peppers/onions, bacon & muffins or bagel. Meal was filling and the server was very pleasant. All the staff I had encounters with were very nice and accommodating.

I’m not sure if it was my room location and the fact that I was traveling solo but I did not have a good experience. The walls are paper thin, the 2nd floor has a weird smell, you can hear anything and everything happening in the hallway, and people were chatting and smoking right outside my window until about 2 am. It felt like they were in my room with me with how loud it was and the strong smell of cigarettes. I’d also like to mention that it sounded like someone ran into my door/tried to open it a few times throughout the night. Maybe they were drunk or lost or something but that alone with the chatting and other noises kept me up the entire night.

Shower pressure was low. Front desk staff unfriendly at check in.

We chose Wilsonville as it is a quiet option outside of busy Portland and very close to the I-5 making it convenient on our travels heading to the coast. This was the only hotel on our trip that doesn't include breakfast and we missed that but there are loads of options in the area to eat at in Wilsonville. The exercise room was fabulous as well as the pool for swimming. There is no hot tub which I missed.

The website was confusing as we've never stayed at a Holiday Inn before, so ended up ordering the breakfast when we could have had it for free. While breakfast was good, we needed it to go as we were due somewhere and it took a long time to get it when we were the only ones who had placed an order. They also forgot toast for 1 order. Next trip we are staying elsewhere.

Very old hotel definitely needs updating.

There was a musty smell once we enter the room, and a tooth floss lying on the bedroom floor that might have been overlooked by the cleaner. everything else was fine.
