A+ Convenient location.

This was not up to the standard I would expect of a high brand hotel in downtown Boston. The sheets were thin, as was the duvet/quilt. It was sub-zero outside and no extra blankets. To eat at the restaurant you need to go downstairs- ie not accessible - but that’s ok because the food is mediocre.

Very helpful front desk. Super convienent location. Stayed there multiple times and very satisfied each time. The facility is still in excellent condition but aging gracefully...

Given this is a Hyatt Regency I was wondering expecting some added value especially the price that the prices of hotels in Boston are crazy expensive. To start off the pillows are not comfortable. The AC was not working I called front desk and never sent someone over to fix it. No comforter on the bed. Staff that comes to bring you the pillows only speak Spanish. We are in America the first language is English. If you go to this hotel make sure you bring an umbrella as the rent you an umbrella and need to pay for it.

The room was clean and the check in was easy.

Good service, great location and nice large comfortable rooms. Nice!

Front desk staff were all Asian females lacking passion of interacting with guests, cold response.
Room on 22 floor was nice after complaining the initial room on lower floor.
The towels were the worst quality we ever had, rough and damaged.
The beddings were uncomfortable, paper-like sheets, made noises all night , mattresses was too firm, pillows were no support at all, even my 8yr complain about his bad sleep.
Only location was good.
1.5
Nice location for walk ability to local areas. Staff upon our arrival was just ok. Concierge and valet staff ignored our arrival and we were the only people arriving.

The bed sheets felt like sleeping on cardboard. Bar waiter was extremely rude. No free coffee in the lobby. Very pricey. Check taxes and fees before you book

Everything about the hotel and location was great. We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. Would stay here gain

It was hard to get to street level. One had to use two elevators to do this. I also didn't like the destination fee per day.

After long days of sight seeing we collapsed into our bed and slept well. Our room was perfect in every way. We were totally refreshed and ready for more sight-seeing each morning . We thought the dining room was expensive but discovered wonderful offe places just a few blocks away.

Very nice upscale hotel with comfortable beds. Good location for walking to many historic sights.

The toilet didn’t flushed properly. Very disappointed.

The location was perfect. You are in walking distance to Cinatown, the Boston Common, and many restaurants. The hotel itself is just what you would expect from a Hyatt. Well worth a stay if you're in Boston.

Great hotel, great location, a bit impersonal but it’s a big chain so that’s to be expected.

great location, nice big rooms, close to public transportaion and many restaurants

Check in and valet parking was super easy although valet is super expensive compared to parking in local garage but with valet you can go in and out whenever you want. Bartender in lobby bar is not very attentive - only 2 people at the bar, he spent all his time talking to one customer, obviously a friend, I would have ordered food and dessert but did not since he was so inattentive. Breakfast is outrageously expensive - go elsewhere. The rooms are nice, clean, comfortable beds, good amenities.

Very nice property and very good location. Did not like having to enter at lower level and take an elevator to lobby, then walking across lobby to elevators to get to rooms.

Where to begin! The front desk staff were kind and so helpful! We checked in late and they made it so easy! The room was so big and so clean! We had an amazing view! The bathroom was very bright and had an amazing light-up mirror! We had the breakfast buffet every morning and it was so tasty! Definitely worth the extra splurge! The staff at the restaurant were so kind as well! I feel like I’m missing something. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Boston!

I truly loved the location. We were just a couple of blocks from Boston Common and the Freedom Trail. Rarely did we need to get a ride share to and from locations. Plus, the staff was so nice. I needed to freeze an ice pack for the plane ride home. They took care of it and my medicine was safe. Wonderful hotel!

The Hyatt Regency Boston was a very pleasing experience. The entire staff was excellent. My only suggestion is that free coffee for guests should be provided in the lobby. The charge of $4 plus tax per cup is crazy. The concierge was extremely helpful. Thanks!

I recommend staying at this Hyatt. Perfect downtown location that was close to shops and great food. The hotel staff was friendly and very accommodating. They provided us with a fan and a microwave, which literally saved us! Room service was great and the restaurant downstairs is amazing. Lastly, the guy at the bar was the best! Thank you! We definitely enjoyed out stay.

They need new pillows. Too soft and your head sinks. Not enough neck support. I called for better pillows but no one brought any.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating—especially Willie, “Mr. Wonderful!” The hotel is in a great location with restaurants and shopping in close proximity. We will definitely stay again!

Clean rooms, good air conditioning, responsive and friendly staff, nothing broken in the room, plenty of bar soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, Q tips, round cotton pads, and tissues. Bathroom was smaller than I expected, but it was roomy enough and functional.

Rug next to bathroom floor was wet. Had to report at front desk about leak which seemed to be from shower area
