Staff is pleasant and accommodating. Comfortable night. 8 minutes to hospital for early appointment. Limited parking.

The wifi is not a secure connection when you have to connect thru a 3rd party. i have had issues with my computer in the past because of this type of connection and it cost me $75 to cleanup my computer. The customers deserve better than this.

We were looking for something close to Biltmore estate and not to wildly priced. It was clean and stay was friendly. It was right on the main highway around the interstate and our unit faced the road, so it wasn’t necessarily quiet. It was well maintained and, once inside comfortable for our needs, but certainly not elaborate.

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was very kind and accommodating. The breakfast was pretty awesome. The rooms were very clean. It was just a great day. I will be back.

The hotel was fine and I would stay here again, but only after the drinkable water is restored. I am disappointed that Hotels.com does not disclose this.

When We arrived at the property we were told the water was contaminated, and they would supplies no water for brushing our teeth. They were unable to tell us where we could get water in the water situation will make it impossible to have breakfast. None of this was told us when we made The reservation over the phone. When I ask if we would be given a discount because of this situation, we were told no and actually charged more for our second night by $50 the first night

Hotel was updated and very clean. One drawback is that the front side of the hotel is very close to the highway so you hear road noise.

Good, clean and reasonably priced. Comfortable beds. Thoughtful touches like Things to Do This Weekend event list for Asheville and a full ironing board. 4 stars only because it oddly lacked a hair dryer. Sure they would have lent me one if I had asked, but I didn’t. Good place!

Great location, just outside the entrance to the Biltmore. That said the hotel is on a busy, loud,heavily traveled road. Request back side
of hotel, or stay somewhere else.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was decent selection at breakfast. I was hoping it would be easier to walk to the surrounding area. The hotel sits off a busy road and next to a busy Texas Roadhouse.

The property was close to Mission Hospital which was our early morning destination. What I don't like is being questioned about my address because

Room was great but the checking person said there would be a charge for early checkin even though it was only an hour before. That is rediculous.

It was close to Biltmore Estate but not close enough to walk there… they had a good breakfast and staff was knowledgeable and kind.Texas Roas House Restaurant next door was a plus!!!
10.0 / 10.0
Was surprised how quiet it was at night being so close to the highway. Getting to the hotel was a little crazy but once you figured out you needed to go thru the restaurant’s driveway it was doable. Staff was great, very helpful when we asked to extend our stay another day.
8.0 / 10.0
The road it’s on leads to a hospital so there were a lot of ambulances passing by. Also, the entrance is poorly designed. There is only one entrance to the property which also acts as an entrance to Texas Road House.

The room was spotless, The complimentary breakfast was great and even had some hot food choices. And the property was so convenient for visiting The Biltmore Estate. Would definitely recommend!

Easy check-in and a comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff with a couple of ***
* property is located uphill/ above the highway, which creates a challenging turn-in (and you have to drive past the Texas Roadhouse to get to the hotel);
* the property's hillside parking is challenging, especially if driving a larger vehicle;
* road noise is intrusive in the rooms in front- request a room in the back for a quieter night.

The staff was very supportive and the room was comfortable. I realized it was a motel, but it was well cared for and easy to get to a restaurant since I did not have a car

Stayed twice in last month and are extremely happy with our quiet little find for visiting daughter in Asheville. Location is fine but ingress-egress is only real complaint... well, that and the cold eggs and sausage, but nothing is perfect, and the rest of the breakfast was fine. Staff said rooms had a total overhaul 1-2 years ago and we think it was an exceptional job on all counts. Excellent, firm, king mattress (but why are so many hotels now going to these half-size pillows). All that said, we'll happily return to our little Asheville "secret."
