Location, clean
Currently under some construction which could have been communicated but still clean facilities so it was fine

The renovated areas were exquisite!
I liked everything. Will be glad when renovations are complete!

The rooms are very classy but they are doing construction and failed to honor a discount . They are advertising as scenic hotel but didn’t mention the construction, I paid for a Mountain View and the windows were covered up . It would have been nice to know that construction was being done I want a refund
Construction and workers with covered up windows. They need to update and let guest know that they are doing construction I want a refund

The room by itself was fine, except that we could hear construction everywhere around us since the hotel was under renovations.
The hotel was undergoing renovations and they didn’t disclose that information. We drove up and a majority of the hotel was boarded up and there was only a side entrance to enter and exit the hotel.
There was a sign at the desk apologizing for the construction, but the hotel itself didn’t do anything when we heard construction from our room from check in to check out (yes, even on the weekend). Drilling and hammering isn’t what I’d call relaxing.
If we had known this was going to be happening, we would’ve found other accommodations.

Friendly and helpful staff! Lobby looks and smells really nice, plus free breakfast!
Half the hotel is under construction, which started around 6:30am on Friday. Brownish stain in the tub.

Great location
Renovations were taking place. Took 10 minutes to get hot water
4.5
Perfect location for visiting Biltmore estate.
Key to room didn’t work. Tried getting new card. Didn’t work. Had to get room reassigned what does clerk came up and made sure we got in the reassigned room. He was very very nice. Construction going on but they stopped the work at seven and restarted at 7 AM.
The website says there is absolutely no cancellation without the feet of the entire price of room for any reason or even a modification of your reservation. Was hesitant to work because of this but since I booked the night before, it was pretty sure we would not need to change. If it had been sometime out, I would have chosen another hotel with a different cancellation or change policy.

our room was clean but somewhat tattered. The shower was great and updated, but the vanity was old, and the wood was chipped. There is a mini kitchen with microwave and single serve Keurig coffee maker but no sink. The bed was comfortable, but we could have used an extra blanket. The breakfast was good, but they ran out of eggs halfway through breakfast on the 2nd morning we were there. This hotel is under construction, but we did not hear any of the Contruction on the 3rd floor. Sarah, front desk, was very friendly and helpful with questions we had.
4.5
The room was very spacious. Newly updated and clean.
Breakfast was so so. Not many options and not very tasty.

Cant think of a Thang that was bad
1.5
Good location. Nice bed
I didnt like that the washer and dryer was not working or the indoor pool. I was told prior to booking by the receptionist that they had a washer and dryer. I work in healthcare so its vital that i be able to wash my uniforms. I emailed the general manager and told her i was having to wash my uniforms in the since as i had already booked it. She offered me a 10% discount. I wont be staying here again. I wouldnt have been upset if they hadnt told me a washer and dryer was available only to find out it was not.
4.5
The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was an issue with my requested change of dates through your site that had not been forwarded on in a timely manner but the Manager worked to overcome it.
Better wine options at the bar.

Located close to our planned activities.
Room was clean and comfortable.
We were greeted with the phrase "you went through a third party" and we were told so several times. We were checked in 30 minutes after check-in time only after staff turn-over. Others were checked in as they arrived

Location
For the price it was underwhelming

We booked an executive suite that holds up to six adults which included breakfast. But they’re only giving us two passes for breakfast. There are two adults and two teenagers that want to eat breakfast which you consider the teenagers as adults and that’s fine. But this room is listed to hold up to six adults and six breakfast. The front desk said we could only have two breakfast. This makes no sense and I’m very disappointed.

The hotel has a restaurant and children eat breakfast for free.
No dislikes. Great location and great staff.
2.5
Couldn’t Get heat into the room! And no complementary coffee at any time. Also, no complementary breakfast had to pay each morning.

Location was excellent. Did not have breakfast there, so can't comment. The rooms were nicely appointed and clean.
The gym equipment could have been better.

Clean
Noise bridal party was in the hall past 11pm-1am. Management offer to move me instead of addressing the bridal party for noise ordinances which they have posted in every room🙄
