Stay was a mess. People live in this hotel and you can tell. 0/10 DO NOT recommend 😩

Worst ever, roaches everywhere, dirtiest place ever, stay away!!!!!

The property is good for the price, but the gentleman at the register was not helpful. He was busy playing games on his phone. We requested him for new keys to our room and he gave us keys for some other room and without even asking for our ID. This is a security concern.

This hotel was profoundly filthy and likely unhealthy to sleep in. The beds seemed to have bed bugs, the roofs are covered in water damage and mold, there’s cigarette burns on the bedding, and even the lamp shades are covered in dirt and dust.
I’m hoping for my money back. It was so unhealthy we couldn’t even sleep for the short stay we had planned there.
3.1
Bed was very hard and pillows were flat.

I love the price I been there from back in i believe 2016 I'm not trying to down the place at all but they need to update the place it's the same way since 2016 and has a very bad mice problem since my last stay refrigerator and microwaves need to be upgraded. Corners need to be clean. Beds also should be replaced by now. They look old only because of the price I stay there but was very mad I'm trying to add pictures but they not letting me this place was great in 2016 but u have to upgrade the place please I'm not downing the place just being real it's very peaceful there outside of the things that I said that was wrong

We had short stay it was good.
3.1
Had to switch 3 different rooms because there was at least 1 unsuitable problem
In every room. From ac water flooding to mold in the shower on the ceiling.
3.1
They have mice and roaches left food out came back to the room later that day to find something ate through the paper so I jeft the room to get some ice as I was walking back I seen a mouse come from one room and went to another room and found roaches crawling around
3.1
For a non smoking place, the first thing you smell when you enter the lobby is marijuana. Also, you don’t really feel safe. Every corner of the room either has a mouse hole or have been patched up. My nose immediately clogged up within 5 minutes of being in the room.

Staff was rude banged on my door at 1045. Then checking in staff was rude
3.1
They have no elevator place is dirty

I felt like I was in the ghetto. Halls smelled like smoke, the room smelled like mildew. I did not feel safe there. Will not return.

My stay was horrible I stayed there on Friday the 26th of July. I am 8 months pregnant I had my 3-year-old child with me I've been there since Friday things were biting us I'm thinking it was mosquitoes the whole time we were there and I couldn't sleep for nothing because mosquitoes I assume was biting me and my daughter. Didn't know anything about bed bugs haven't even seen them before so on my last night there I couldn't sleep like I said and I saw these little red bugs biting my three year old and me I could not sleep better on her face her body immediately got up screaming call the front desk to let them know they going to ask me do I want another room I told him heck no I'm getting the hell out of here. Remind you I don't live in DC so I'm coming out of town so I had to catch a Uber to wash my clothes me and my kids clothes and get another hotel I was so scared to get another hotel because I was unsure what was going on. I called and called and try to speak to a manager it took the manager 2 days to get on the phone I request half of my money back or something just because you guys knew they were bed bugs in this hotel. I had to throw me and my children clothes away because I was scared I read up on bed bugs. I would never ever go back to that filthy hotel again ever it needs to be shut down completely

I have travelled all the way road trip from Toronto.. after 13 hours of long drive I have reached to Hotel at Mid night around 12:30 AM .. When i enter to the reception it self full smoke smell and con't able to stand and when i enter to 2nd floor all steps carpet is dirty and stinking not able to stand or walk when i enter the Corridor in 2nd floor there also full smoke smell and when I enter room room also getting bad smell and purposefully booked non Smoking room but due to corridor full smoke smell it's spread across all the way to my room as well and Immediately i spoke to Receptionist and asked for the room spray but they don't have and I asked for another room they gave the other room key also but i went and checked the room but that room also getting too much bad smell.. so Over all i Understand they are not at all managing the hotel in proper way..I strongly recommend to hotels.com please remove this hotel from your site as you will get bad remark due to this as I used to stay other hotels in USA through your hotels.com but i never had issues and first time i am really regret for this..

It was so dirty and smelly. Smell every where. Carpets in hall ways were so dirty and sticky. Floor in rooms were also sticky and in the morning, almost no breakfast. They post in the pictures some thing else but there was just one thermos of cold coffee and few slices. No toaster and nothing else was there to warm the slices. No milk or cream to put in the coffee! I don’t know how they are running this hotel and even going to ruin the name of Econo lodge. Due to this experience, I will never stay in this chain any more. It was terrible experience to stay there. Some one from Econolodge higher management should visit that place if they want to run the business.

Last minute trip over Memorial Day weekend for an AAU tournament my son was playing in and there weren’t many options available so I had to take this so we could stay overnight and not have to drive back from PA to MD for the next game Sunday morning. I prefer certain amenities and conditions of hotels I stay in & had I known in advance that we’d be participating in the tournament I definitely would’ve made other accommodations for our stay, but this served it’s purpose for just the one day & night. Our room was clean and I like that there was a fridge and microwave in the room & I was lucky to get a nonsmoking room so thankfully it didn’t reek of stale smoke smell…the picture on the website showed there was carpet on the floor but it wasn’t, also there weren’t any type of towel bars in the bathroom, there also wasn’t an iron even though there was an ironing board lol. I couldn’t have the curtains open because you could look right in our room if you were in the parking lot since there weren’t any type of shades or sheers under the main curtains, but outside of that it wasn’t that horrible but I probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again unless I absolutely, positively had to.

We booked the two beds room and there was only one bed in the room.
The shower faucet did not work and the hotel clerk suggested taking cold shower.
The u-trap was leaking.
No coffee maker, no iron or hair blower.
This place needs to be turned down permanently!
Another visitor ordered a crib for her child and got nothing!

Overall it was not bad
