Frühstück ist typisch amerikanisch (Bagel, pancakes, egg und sausage) auf Plastik/ Styropor Tellern und wegwerf Besteck… das ist dort so und tut einem trotzdem weh…

Bed was comfortable. I was allowed to view another room but the shower pretty much looked the same- grimy
Shower area was dingy - needs to be upgraded. Curtains were ugly! I had to buy a shower cleaner , which cleared up the grime.

The hotel was close to everything
They hotel was ran down. The room where very dirty and the hotel lobby was dirty and breakfast was horrible. Staff was nice but the hotel was horrible over all. Kids played and ran all around the hall. Making noise all night.

The room was cleaned and comfortable.
People were meeting out back, and being loud on the stairwell kept waking us up, and the door that led to those stairwells was super loud when it closed (loud bang).

Location was good for a quick trip to UMD for a graduation. Breakfast area was clean and the food is what you would expect.

Staff helping with the check-in was nice and the location was good as well. Breakfast was also nice.
However, the rooms, floor, bathrooms should have been more cleaner. Water problem in the toilet and bathroom exhaust did not work. Floor was a bit dirty.

Convenient location, reasonable cost. Free parking on the premises is always a plus. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was easy.
Although the bedding and furniture were clean, the hallway was malodorous and the smell was worse upon entering the room. I wiped down hard surfaces and sprayed with Lysol Disinfectant spray and the odor quickly returned. (I highly recommend the walls, windows, curtains, and carpet undergo a deep cleaning). Lastly some of the housekeeping staff are rude. We asked for an extra set of towels the morning before checkout and was housekeeper inappropriately asked “aren’t you checking out today?” Quite inappropriate.

i arrived at 11am, hoping to check-in earlier but was told that i couldn't check in until 3pm. that was the only thing that i have a negative opinion about. over all it was a great stay.

Housekeeping was banging on my door one hour before my check out time. I was in the shower and she insisted to come in. Lucky I had the interior lock to keep her from coming. Didn't understand her insurance on coming in on

The breakfast was excellent
The evening check-in person at the desk. She wasn't hospitable at all. Not one smile the three (3) nights I was there. That's not a job for her!
