We had a good room that fit our needs. We had dogs and it was convenient for us to be able to take them out. It was close to the pool which we enjoyed and the dinning room.

They have a very nice indoor playground area for the young ones, a nice game room with pool table and air hockey. They do take tokens tho. A very nice clean pool, I highly recommend this hotel! Price was great too!

Other than confusion in finding the location, our stay was satisfactory. Our room was clean, with a comfortable bed. However, the lighting in the room was inadequate. To be fair, we had the impression that this room is in a stage of remodel. The carpet is brand new, there were no pictures on the wall and the table with 2 chairs was a substitute for a desk. One nightstand has no lamp. There is hope for this suite. The breakfast area is large, with plenty of tables and the food options were good.

Many upgrades needed. First room was very janky, the only shower was inside of the Jacuzzi tub, broken tiles and mildew, moved rooms and still was not impressed for the amount paid. Pool room was extremely warm but great concept. Pool needs updated, pop machine gave warm drinks, snack machine was way over priced. Arcade games were shut off at 10pm and we really wanted to play around with them but didn't get back from lake, dinner and drinks until 10:15.

Dirty, black mold throughout, bathroom door rotting and would not close. Torn furniture. In-room coffee in basket, but no coffee maker. Trash throughout parking lot. Can send photos if needed.

Just your basic hotel but way overpriced. The linen and room appeared to be clean but bathroom door knob was broken. People were pretty loud or perhaps thin wall with bad insulation. Front desk receptionist was pleasant and helpful though. Overall, not impressed.

The lobby area was nice, the staff members were fine.. the room and hallways were outdated, old smelly carpet, chipped paint on doors, in the room the bathroom door was broken and had water damage, the sink faucet was loose, the light switches looked like a hundred dirty hands have used them, the bed spread although it seemed fairly clean it had dirt stains on it. The room wasn't horribly dirty, it just needed a deep cleaning and some basic updating and repairs. Overall we were not impressed.

The room we had had a sliding door that opened to the swimming area and was noisy at times. The room also lacked a decent air conditioner, it was a portable model that was more of a fan than ac unit. There was no light on the table with the coffee maker, which was broken anyway. The small fridge didn’t keep anything cold either.

The hallway smelled, carpet looked like it hadn’t been swept in months and paint chipped everywhere. Bathtub floor black. The Room had a wet musty smell. The floors in the room looked newer and cleaner than the hallway

We had issues with the toilet in our first assigned room. Moved to another room and had another toilet issue. Pool was okay, just old. Rooms were fairly clean, but really old and worn. Breakfast was okay. Coffee was good. Definitely a 2 star hotel, but we needed a place to stay for a softball tournament in Coldwater, so you get what you get, I guess.

Gaming room and pool area was really hot air conditioner was not working … coffee was terrible and my daughter did manage to fix herself a waffle but eggs were empty and everything was very low on supply and had to ask for more. We had a teacup poodle who we kept in her carrier and took her out on a leash but was charged $25 per day …. Staff was usually in the back when we went to the desk … must be understaffed because they are also the ones who came to breakfast room when told about low supply and coffee not working. When asked for more towels my daughter had to take them the 2 towels that she used for her shower and pool area so I could take a shower and there was only one wash cloth:(. The price and up charge for having to travel with our pet to visit someone in nursing home close by was steeper than we thought it would be for our very short visit due to necessity.

The hotel looks run down. The front of the hotels windows look boarded off. The indoors is outdated. The room we stayed in had something sticky on the floor, the bedding looked stained, the light bulb in the bathroom did not work (staff did bring a light bulb). Breakfast was very minimal. Not sure I would stay again that is for sure.

This hotel is good and bad. If you have kids, then it is great. There is so much to do for the kids. If you do not have kids, then not so great because it is made for kids. The bed and room were great. The bathrooms were a little run down and dirty. The halls and common areas were dirty and run down. The breakfast was good. It is minutes from a lot to do. It is right off the highway. We would go back.

Very spacious facility, but the AC unit in our room was a portable unit and it needed all night to cool the room down to 68°. Absolutely basic breakfast (egg from a box and biscuits and gravy). Even the coffee was from concentrate. (Yuck). Breakfast: D, facility:B-

I paid extra money for a room with a bath tub. The first room was so filthy the bathtub was dirty and the sheets and comforter were stained. The entire hallway also smelled like rotten food. I went and asked for some help from the front desk and he quickly transferred my room across the hotel into what seemed to be a much cleaner room. However when I tried to run a bath, the water was orange and filthy. I was only there 2 nights and did not want to move rooms again as I had quite a bit of luggage and there is no elevator. Plus the idea of taking a bath there was no longer appealing. On my day checking out I asked for.a late check out. I was then locked out while taking my luggage out and bothered 3 more times by other employees. When locked out I had to run around the building for help and when I got to the front desk had to actually literally scream until I got anyone to help me. The girl who helped was rude. I told her about the dirty bath water and she said it’s the city water. I told her no the filter looked filthy. She just stared at me blankly. Breakfast was lacking. Pool was fillthy looking. Overall not a good stay. However location was excellent and convenient. And the First Gentleman who helped me, although not great at customer service, was able to provide me with a slightly cleaner room
