I really enjoyed my stay. I had never stayed here before and I loved the layout, the rooms were neat, and everyone was really nice. I will be back.

Liz the lady at desk was amazing!!!

Nice digs! Courteous staff!!
3.7
It was overall a very nice and clean hotel. Many harp on it being “outdated” but I loved how it looked and didn’t affect our stay or trip at all. Would definitely book again! Also was super close to the event we went to which is a big plus!

Why hasn’t this stay showed up in my past stays? I haven’t received any points for the stay.
3.7
Overall our stay was very nice. The water pressure in the shower was the best i have seen in a hotel. The bed was very comfortable for being a hotel. I will say the rooms could us an update. Things were ran down and outdated.

Nice hotel, but we had some issues with service. We stayed 3 nights and not once did they clean our room, refill our coffee, replace with clean towels, or make our bed. The day we checked out, I asked about this and was told they only provide these services upon request. That would be fine if they would have told us this upon checking in, but they did not. There’s no complementary coffee in the lobby. You have to buy it or drink what is in your room. I’ve stayed at many hotels that were much less and they had complementary coffee. The 2nd night we were there, the fire alarm sounded in the middle of the night and we had to evacuate, though it was a false alarm. I feel they could have done a better job of letting us know it was a false alarm and that was disappointing. I don’t think we will stay here again.

hard to find, won't stay there again, too far away from what we were in town for. the restaurant was lacking and dark, couldn't see the menu to read. if other food had been closer we would have probably gone out
3.7
Stay was good. Staff was great. Room didn’t have any Kleenex / tissue
3.7
It was good for the price. Needed housekeeping to come to empty trash
3.7
The room was dirty and worn but the location when visiting campus can’t be beat.
3.7
This property, while updated in the common areas, needs an entire overhaul!!! Rooms are awful including bathrooms, beds, pillows, flooring etc! Had to ask for housekeeping to come and our two other rooms did not get serviced. Handicap accessible rooms were not and were very far from the one set of elevators! Super disappointed with the food service as well!!! Will NOT be returning!

We were on a quick couples getaway. Chose the hotel because of location, and the location was great. The hotel itself however needs some love. Outdated decor, but beyond that basic cleanliness was lacking. Trash in stairwell, dirty towel in our room, mold in air vents. We got the serious ick factor
3.7
Old and run down. Our shower floor was cracked. Staff was not friendly or helpful. We stayed during the week and they did not serve the breakfast buffet either day. Ate at the restaurant in the lobby for dinner one night and waited for service for 20 minutes; we were the only guests having dinner in there. Unfortunately, would not recommend or stay again.

Everyone was very nice and efficient the Hotel it self is just way over due for upgrades!! Bed was comfy and our view was nice of Downtown!
3.7
Nice surprise. Comfortable and a good night sleep
3.7
Tired looking. Yucky carpet. Dingy bathroom.

Will probably start looking elsewhere to stay in Springfield. I have been staying here for over 10 years. The outside property and atrium are well maintained but the rooms are really in decline. The rooms are getting run down and need to be renovated. The room I stayed in had very stained carpet and the room was really beat up. The ice from the vending machine had bugs frozen into it. The rooms lack basic amenities like ports for electronics charging. It's a great location and the staff is great they just need to update the rooms badly.
3.7
We enjoyed our stay with connecting rooms as we had grandchildren. Both pools were nice and weightroom too. If consideration of future additions a hot tub would be great.
3.7
Dirty, poorly maintained worn out furniture, carpet etc.
3.7
Great hotel
3.7
Just tired
3.7
Nice property. Don’t understand why they had one check in person during peak hours and then two after the rush
3.7
Only stayed one night. I like this place except this time our room didn't get very cool. It was ok when we first got there but seem to warm up throughout our stay.
3.7
There was a festival in the area, took 1.5 hours (4:30-6:00) to check in because they didn't have rooms ready, although they did comp us breakfast for the next morning.
3.7
Hotel is nice. Very convenient to downtown. It needs some serious upgrades. Very clean, staff great. They charge a "resort" fee but a lot of things are broken or don't work. Needs serious updates. Especially for what they charge a night.

If you want a sub par motel quality stay than this is the place for you. If you want a nice quality hotel I would look elsewhere. From the beginning this hotel was difficult. We were told we could check in at 330. We arrived and nope it wasn’t ready would be 4:30. Ok fine whatever. Then 5:30 rolls around and they say they are waiting for the sheets to dry. I finally call at 6:00 a lady I spoke to with reservations was beyond rude. She told me to shut up and let her speak when I was trying to tell her the issues we were having. I wasn’t talking over her she just wouldn’t let me speak. Then we finally get into a room and the bathroom was disgusting. Also the ice on our floor and the air in our room wasn’t working. Overall a horrible experience which is disappointing because we had stayed once before a few years ago and it was wonderful. We had small kids and it was too much of a hassle to ever book with them again. We won’t be back and I’ll be sure to tell my grandparents to book elsewhere for the Route 66 festival which they usually stay there every year as well. Take my advice and find somewhere else to stay.

Nice place nice pools… we visit often

Needs to be updated. Some rooms had refrigeration and microwave but handicap room didn’t. All rooms need it. Carpet is old. Needs renovation ASAP!
3.7
Beautiful hotel. Time for new mattresses and water pressure was not good. But a clean, quiet, and well appointed rooms
3.7
Wonderful place. Clean. Staff was super and check in was quick!
3.7
Great place!
3.7
Safe, clean, good parking, fair pricing. My only complaint is that thier AC vents in the rooms are at the cieling so you never feel cool air circulating but at night youll be freezing. The only other complaint is the lack of smart TVs. I hate cable, I hate commercials, and I hate not being able to connect my phone and watch Netflix, Youtube, or Prime. The overnight experience would be greatly improved with the addition to smart TVs.
3.7
Very convenient and quiet. This is the only hotel I use when I stay in Springfield area. A little outdated but very clean and the staff is so courteous.
3.7
Stayed one night, no issues
3.7
We attended a conference on Missouri University campus. The hotel was within walking distance. Very nice and clean. Great place to stay!
3.7
Room was a bit dated but looked as pictured. It was clean & quiet.
3.7
It was close to the venue we were attending and it was very quiet and reasonably priced!
3.7
Front desk is not helpful so as a cleaning staff they don’t clean the room properly
3.7
No luggage carts available making it difficult to get to the room
