Marriott and staff are lovely, but one glitch continually tainted our stay.

Love Marriott’s higher standards, which makes it feel closer to like my own home. This property has kind and attentive staff. It was so convenient entering and exiting the building, parking nearly right next to the door every time. It was so quiet inside; nearly soundproof rooms.

The bath had issues which staff had to deal with 4 times, and it still wasn’t acceptable to what I expect from Marriott. The bath drain didn’t plug so maintenance was called; then, it didn’t drain so maintenance fixed it again; the bath temp was set to warm not hot, so maintenance adjusted it; the shower head was awful, just spinning the water around wildly on one setting; another setting was a full mist that wet everything from the top of the stall down to middle but felt miserable once it finally landed on the body. maintenance staff apologized and said they couldn’t really fix that before end of our stay.

Perfect !!

it was a great location , the room was huge and had everything we needed, the breakfast was delicious ! everything was clean , and staff were fantastic … oooh great coffee too !

This hotel is convenient and has a nice pool but our room was definitely worse for the wear.

The location is convenient to my family who lives nearby. It is close to major roads and there is a Walgreens across the street. The heated saltwater pool was the main highlight of our stay and the kids loved it. The in-room TV system was pretty good and included Netflix and Youtube in addition to live TV channels.

The air conditioning unit in the room was very noisy. The bathtub faucet was loose and the dishwasher racks were broken and hard to close. The provided toiletries were minimal only pump soap and shampoo in the shower. The breakfast was mediocre with terrible coffee and food stations would run out. The pull out sofa bed mattress was worn out and so was pretty uncomfortable. Housekeeping service was minimal and counters/floors were never cleaned.

Exceptional

Room was well equipped with everything we needed. The staff was super friendly, especially Lauren at the front desk! She's a gem! All of the staff greeted us with a smile and treated us like family, not strangers just passing through. Will definitely stay again in future travels west!

Not worth the money at $200 night - go elsewhere.

Breakfast was abysmal - the most anemic "selection" I have ever seen in a hotel that actually advertises it has breakfast. They had some nasty pre-packaged egg biscuits and some undercooked waffles. The coffee was perpetually empty, There was nothing hot to eat. Better to just state that you don't have breakfast and then if you actually have something the guest will be surprised, you know "under promise and over deliver", but in this case it was "promise and don't deliver." Price for the room did not come anywhere close to the value received. Not enough parking either, get there early.

I’d stay there again and recommend others do the same.

The staff was over the top helpful and they were all adhering to the pandemic guidelines. The room was very nice. Great location. Centrally located with a Walgreens right across the street.

The bed was too soft for my liking and the internet server did not like my devices. It wasn’t my device as they worked fine once I stepped outside the building.

Location and clean.

I work for an architecture firm and believe in good design. Design Matters! I bruised my leg in middle of night because the toilet paper dispenser was actually located almost on the toilet. see photo below.

Overall enjoyed our stay and will likely book again

Friendliness of the staff, clean rooms and common areas and ease of check-in and checkout.

Air blowing directly on the beds from the HVAC system. Poor tasting coffee in the breakfast area. To water down and weak. If Covid is the reason you cannot offer more breakfast selections then offer more grab and go items and fresh fruit. Very brown in spotty bananas were the only fruit offering.
