Solid place to stay. Parking is awful. Down a hill around a corner. No valet for people that might need it. Only elite members can park up close to the door. Would hate to stay in winter. Put at farthest room from elevator next to machine room while traveling with friend with mobility issues. Thankfully it was only a one night stay on a longer trip.

Got to my room. No air. Had to be moved. Waited too long for front desk and had to call again for new room. New room i had about 5 min of hot water both mornings and no water pressure. Keurig was filthy inside and needs to be cleaned.

There were several things I found wrong with this hotel.
* No daily room tidy. I shouldn't have to request this.
* Shower head was so loose that I had to hold it with one hand in order to take a shower. This shows that they don't inspect the rooms for such problems.
* Furnace wasn't turned on?! They told me that this is a State rule. Well then the Hotel leadership should shout at the State legislature and tell them their policy is ludicrous instead of not allowing guests to control the room temperature.
* Toilet leaked so that each 5 minutes or so, it would refill and make noise. Again, no inspections of rooms to proactively prevent this.
* The Staff while very nice and friendly, didn't tell me where everything was at check in. Better would be to go over the amenities, locations of things I would be interested in using etc..
* Hot tub was broken. I picked this place just so I could use it.
I wouldn't be able to recommend this hotel nor stay there myself again unless All of those are rectified.

A quiet and comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

We had booked 2 queen beds per room and 2 rooms. They had only one available and were asked to adjust. Next day we requested additional towels and coffee pods for coffee maker and the front desk guy snickers and says ‘a form has to be filled with the front desk to get those’ and we were like woah! First time we had ever heard that for a simple request like that. The beds were lumpy and carpet had stains. But the worst part was that their front desk customer service stank!!! One of the worst! Wouldn’t recommend anyone going with them…

Beautiful hotel with a lovely garden atmosphere. The hotel itself was beautiful and unlike other hotels I've stayed at. The room provided a nice view into the suburbs and trees as well as a comfortable bedding set. However, most of the staff was rude and sometimes disrespectful. There were two men that worked the front desk that were very polite and helpful (black man with short hair and white man with long hair and beard, do not remember their names unfortunately) but the rest we interacted with gave us attitude and acted as if it was bother when we asked them for directions or assistance. Particularly one of the breakfast servers, by the name of Christie, was condescending and spoke to us as if we did not belong. Despite this, the atmosphere of the hotel plus the fair price would convince me to stay at this hotel again but not before looking at other hotels in the area first.

Only one of three elevators worked. Button to activate calling the elevator to go down from the 4th floor did not work. Actually talked to the maintenance man in front of another employee and told him about it. His response was you have to hit it hard and on the bottom right of the button. (It’s not a button but much larger)
Ceiling of room was leaking water near the window. Puddle of water on interior sill which spilled onto the floor.
Entrance from the parking lot on side door ( clearly marked entrance) is not secure. A room key card is not necessary to open the door and it was never even locked.

#1 Air conditioning is horrendous for wedding venues, God awful honestly. As well as AC for rooms above 3rd floor when it's merely 86 degrees outside. The rude person who switched our room admitted he simply tells people no available rooms because they are so used to it, albeit I was rude after 2 days of dealing with this. PRO tip, if you advertise AC, provide adequate AC. Will never return but if this helps anyone, you're welcome. S

Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly. Some areas of the hotel were in need of repair. (Water damage on the ceiling in our room, back stairwells were dirty).
Pool area is in need of repair and updating. Other than the wear and tear of an older building our stay was very nice. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

Its a little older facility, but very nice. Seemed to be off the beaten path, but priced like downtown...though parking was better!!

It was decent. Didn’t need much in terms of accommodations. The place was pretty clean and very quiet. Nothing negative to say.

It did not have hot water, the toilet does not properly function (made to much noises during our stay), smelled old

There were very few amenities open during our visit, but it was a great place to stay for the night particularly if you have a dog and kiddos who like to swim. The pool was huge and lots of beautiful opportunities for walking. However, the bar was closed, which made our two free drink coupons useless and parking was not at all convenient.

Toilet clogged, faucet leaked, no maid service before we got back to our room Saturday. They said to contact Expedia for a rebate of a free night’s stay due to these unfortunate problems. They said Expedia should contact them about the refund for a night’s stay and that Expedia would get back to us right away because it is one of the better third parties that handle this type of situation. Please let us know soon. Thank you!

Firstly, the front desk lost a very special gift bag that was left for us for 92-year-old uncle celebration of life. Very little apologizing going on at the front desk not helpful at all.
Also bundles of laundry were left out in our hallway on the third floor for over a day. I am visually challenged and could've easily tripped over these left out in the hallway.

The only thing I liked was that the bed was comfortable, and I slept well. The 2 people I dealt with at check-in/out were not friendly at all. The parking is nowhere near convenient. Quite a walk from there to the rooms having to drag luggage up and down stairs, through what felt like a maze with poor directional signage. The rooms (with a king bed) are very small, and are falling apart. Paint was peeling off of the ceiling in the shower. The shower was clogged, so you were standing in ankle deep water almost immediately with someone else's soap scum - gross! Our bath mat that was on the side of the tub in our "clean" room was somehow soaking wet. The floor carpet on one side of the bed was wet - not damp - WET! All in all, this place is falling apart. It's a big place, and evidently they don't do enough business to put money back into upkeep. I will definately not stay here again.

I reserved a king room, of which my receipt still reflected, however, we were put in a queen. I went to he desk to make this correction and was advised there were no king rooms left and it was not the hotel's problem since I booked 3rd party. They treated us like we didn't matter because of using hotels.com. I got the same treatment upon checkout when I advised the front desk staff the sink in our room was clogged. Deep sigh and eye roll the let me know my itemized receipt would come from hotels.com. We had dinner in the bar/restaurant and the two people behind the bar were not friendly as we sat down and acted out out to have us there. All in all this was a horrible experience due to the hotel staff.

The beds were small and pillows, though many, were hard.

There was a gaming conference happening at the hotel. They took over all the public spaces, difficult to even walk through the lobby to get out of hotel. Our room did not get serviced until after the conference was over.

Pretty was very nice. Located in a quiet part of town.

The community bathroom downstairs was filthy and had several stalls out of order all weekend. The building in general was incredibly warm and uncomfortable for sleeping/resting…staff said the a/c was
Not in season for use yet…never heard such absurdity. The gym did not open til 8am.

Helpful staff, housekeeping checked in and replaced towels, etc daily. Very quiet. Great stay!

I liked that they catered to the bridal party. The property was pretty, but the bathrooms were filthy and the a/c did not work. The rooms were extremely hot.

The room was not clean, half drank bottle of water on the counter, trash on the floor by bed, several lights were out, silly string on the ceiling, marker on headboard and wall. Dead bolt to adjoining room was unlocked, elevator was on the other side of the hotel, 1&1/2 inch gap at the bottom of the door

Enjoyed our stay, not what I was expecting but a beautiful property.
