They need to close this property down all the appliance anre old and the hotel room that l in was old and ragged. It had a worst smell Hair was in the tub, bedspread old smelly light fixtures seem like they was falling apart door to the room you had to push hard on it to open And push hard on it to close it . For breakfast it’s just waffles cereal and apple wow what a hotel why is it still opened

The room was nasty, just what you would have expected from a sleazy hotel on the run down side of town but not from a "Quality Inn" I was escaping hurricane milton and everything was booked up so my choices were limited.

Hotel room was absolutely awful. The place smelled, the bathroom door was half rusted shut, I saw a roach crawling through the room within 5 minutes, the whole place looked water damaged. I felt uncomfortable even being there just overnight. Left after I saw the roach, but was not refunded. The place wasn't even that cheap, I've stayed in an economy lodge that was $20 less expensive and much nicer.

Overall the hotel should be called a motel. It’s very run down and just looks dirty. Peeling paint, cracks in floor, the shower had zero water pressure. I should have known better with how cheap it was.

I should have read the reviews! I’m usually not picky with budget friendly hotels but this one is the worst I’ve ever seen. Had to switch room because the first one smelled like marijuana. The pool and hot tub were out of service, the tv had no signal and the water was barely hot when I took a shower. Very disappointing especially after travelling 12 hours!

Pretty run town place. When I walked in I there was pieces of candy on the floor along with dirt. When I walked in into the bathroom the floor was sticky. The only time I took off my shoes was to get into bed. The lobby was clean, but the pool was closed and the general state of the property is pretty run down.

I would not stay again as a single female the property is too isolated. I had a roach in my room and the pool and hot tub were down and it did not look like a new situation. Only once ice machine worked. My microwave was broken, they did give me a new one for the second night. The only thing that was a positive was the front desk help very nice and helpful.

Upon check-inn, I was given a room that had NOT been made. No sheets, no bath linens, bedspread on the floor and full trash cans. I was given a second room that was made up, but the room conditions were not great - the maids and maintenance people seem to have given up. Mold around the tub & tile, toilet seat loose, toilet rocks when set on, hairs in the tub & sink, broken and stained lamp shades, room door safety lock broken off and paint chipped off everywhere. Plus, the main ice maker was out and the one at the back of the property wasin bad shape and had difficulties working. What really frosted me was the breakfast. I specifically made this hotel reservation because it offered a hot breakfast, with photos of an assortment of breads with a toaster and a steam table. Breakfast only consisted of 2 cereals, yogurt, apples and waffles. I asked the front desk about the discrepancy and was told that the hot breakfast hadn't been there in over 5 years and that they offered only a continental breakfast. I was also told that if I didn't like it to contact corporate ! I asked about the breads usually offered in a continental breakfast and was told I get waffle. I did not book this hotel so that I would have to leave the hotel to eat breakfast out. I feel lied to ! Bait and switch anyone ?

Our stay at the quality Inn was pretty nice for the six nights we stayed even though the pool and the hot tub didn’t work. The property was nice and quiet and safe. The breakfast was good and the staff is very nice.

The staff was delightful outside of one person. The room was relatively clean. Everything was pretty rusty which bothered my sensory processing disorder when I had to turn on light. The door was difficult to close as well due to rusting. Breakfast was decent according to the kids.

I like nothing on this property. The pool is closed, they promised queen bed then provide full size bed. The place smells, the mattress need to be changed. I was there for only 2hrs .very Lucky finding another hotel . I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The property would be a great place if it had been kept up. It's in a great location; but the property itself is worn out. In our room, the toilet ran most of the night. The door didn't completely lock, and the pool (which is why we booked the hotel in the first place) was not functioning. I would look elsewhere for accomodations.

This was most filthiest hotel I have ever stayed at! Had to change rooms 3 times to dind one that didnt have too many stains on the bed and was actually somewhat clean and didnt have a foul odor. I felt cleaner outside of the room than in it. Pool was closed and looked awful. Horrible stay.

They attempted to put us in Room 611! This room is/was A NIGHTMARE. It looked like a painted over SLUM. The room as well as outside of the room smelled of SMOKE/MARIJUANA. Pillows were terrible quality, the bathroom and room looks extremely cheap and cheaply renovated. “Quick fix” “non professional looking” so bad me and my partner were unable to get comfortable. When asked for another room, the front desk had the audacity to ask what was wrong with the room 1ST. Then offered a full refund (deposit). I still have to call hotels for the rest. This “Hotel” gives “MOTEL” vibes. Did not stay longer than an hour. If you care about quality & comfort and where you lay your head, I would not book here. Pay the extra for better. This place is a hot mess. I showed mercy by not taking pictures & adding them to this review. WHO CARES ABOUT THE PRICE.
