The bathtub in the first room was missing the drain plug and all grime and dirty hair in the trap was visible and the tub wouldn't hold water. We asked for a new room. In the second room, there were hairs in the bedding, as if the sheets had not been changed from the previous guests and there were brown stains in the tub (I am affraid to even ask what those were). We asked for another new room. The sink was missing a drain plug and had only one overhead light and was missing the three lamps that were in the other rooms. Ceiling paint is cracking and dropping. No changing room at the pool. Carpets are filthy. Staff was indifferent and management didn't care. The door handles in the stair wells did not work, a dangerous condition for emergency egress.

I wasn’t told that if I wanted my room cleaned I had to let the front desk know. As a result, my room wasn’t cleaned. Also the water in the shower kept losing pressure and trickling down to nothing! I had to get out twice after I was fully wet because the water stopped. Then I had to dry myself with a wet towel because we didn’t have extras and I had to use the same towel 3 times! Front desk said they had a piece of paper with a notice of water issues laying flat on one part of the counter. I never saw it. The staff should have said something when I checked in! Lousy place. I’ll never stay in one of their properties again.

Good transit hotel for long drives. Safe parking. Very convenient. Ok breakfast. Very clean doom

The hotel was under renovations so the main entrance was shabby. The room could use a facelift too. Staff was welcoming. Breakfast was decent. Location is great.

Our second stay at the location and it was great. We got to use the pool and we absolutely love the continental breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

Hotel is not clean. As simple as it is. Yes, it is undergoing renovation, but the rooms are filthy. The carpets, the bathrooms. Unbelievable.

Very run down for the cost.

The facility was in disrepair in the common areas. And no workout facilities were available. The disrepair, with carpets worn all the way through, should never have been allowed.

It was a good stay. Just wish they had a ramp to pull your suitcases up on instead of just stairs. Once you get to the first floor no problem as you have the elevators but to get to the elevator you have 2 sets of stairs to climb

Room 719 Bed bugs!!!

Ok for one night stay. They have hot breakfast which beyond my expectations. The building is under renovation.

I booked my stay months ahead of time and I was put on a floor under construction. When I complained, I was told the only other rooms available were on the pet floor?

The lobby carpet was filthy and torn. One of the elevators was sporadically out of order. The toilet was at an odd angle from the wall and the seat was cracked. Mold in the bathroom. Generally run down.

The stay overnight was great, but you guys need better mattresses. Those mattresses hurt my back.

Old, dusty, dirty disgusting. Enough said.
Oh, and the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Just nothing good I can say about this place. Stay away

This hotel was a fiasco.
On the plus side: People at check-in were pleasant. Some halls looked like they had been recently painted/re-carpeted -- they were refreshed but institutional, with bright lights (think operating room).
On the minus side: Building in general was about 20 years overdue for renovations. Also the design is weird. The hotel is attached to the back of a diner. To get from check-in to the elevators that go to the rooms you have to drag your suitcases up a bunch of stairs (no ramp). They say there is an "ADA elevator" if you ask -- but I just wanted to roll my roller bag--so felt odd asking for someone to break open the "ADA elevator" -- whatever that is.
Guest rooms were gross: dirty carpets, a bathtub with mildew, and electrical plates falling out of the wall. I didn't even want to take my shoes off. We just left.

Similarly priced options down the road. Stayed here twice and both times i had issues with the room that were not resolved by the staff.

Renovations were happening. Looks like updates will be good. Restaurant right next door. WiFi very slow. No elevator on first floor so you have to carry your light up two flights of stairs to get to the elevator

Under construction, wasn't aware at the time

Another late evening check in. Slow check-in. Carpets, lobby area furniture is heavily soiled. It does have renovation signed posted. We would not stay again. Several groups of "interesting" people in the parking lot and entrance that required a visit from the police. The staff was friendly but distracted by the events around the hotel. We would avoid this hotel and maybe the whole area.

Stayed 2 nights. Didn’t clean after the first night. Which is fine. Went to the front desk for more towels. Didn’t have any. Not sure how that’s possible in the hotel business. Half the hotel is under construction. The remodeled part looks decent. We were in the part that wasn’t. It’s awful. The tv didn’t work. They sent someone to fix it which was nice, tv worked for 20 minutes after that.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The entire place is completely run down. The carpets through out the entire hotel are dirty and buckled as though there has been some type of water damage; the furniture is broken and old; the outlets were cracked and damaged, the light fixtures bring almost no light into the room, and the TV was wired in some bizarre way that took 15 minutes to figure out how to work. It was so terrible I did not even venture to shower as I was concerned about how sanitary the place was. They have signs saying they are doing remodeling, but they would need to strip this hotel to its foundation if they are going to really make any changes as it has all the earmarks of real structural problems. I expected a lot more from the La Quinta brand and will think twice before staying in another of their properties.

The Hotel should do a better job with upkeep such as repairs and replacing entrance way and hallway carpeting.

The remote control in my room did not work for the TV and they were replacing all the carpets in the hallways. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Parking was great, and although I didn’t go in at the pool looked great.

The first room given to me has no TV cord and had a bad odor. I requested a different room and the second the toilet was broken.
The front desk overnight worker was disappointed I disturbed him playing the video games on his phone. I wish I was treated better if the room was trash.

We were forewarned that the hotel was under remodeling but assigned rooms are fine. However our bedsheets were dirty with hair on them. The blankets had holes in them. Toilet bowl wa strangely detached and was placed at an awkward angle away from the wall. But staff was courteous and helpful.

Room was right next to I95 so you hear the big trucks rolling down the road all night long. The hotel needs renovations and upgrading.

I had been up and traveling since 2 am that morning. So by the time I got to the hotel, all I wanted to do was sleep. The room was clean on first glance. When I walked into the bathroom, I noticed the toilet was pulled away from the wall. There were hairs in the tub, and when I showered, I was standing in 2 inches of water. I laid down, noticed hairs on the sheets and turned on the TV, which powered on, but the screen showed no content. I was so tired I didn't want to move and got out of there as soon as I woke up. I can deal with a lot, but that room shouldn't have event been occupied until renovations were complete on that floor. For the price I will think twice about staing in LaQuinta's again even if I've had great experiences in the past. Also, the pool was open from 8a-7p. Why even have a pool?

Hair in the shower on the shampoo bottle, in the tub. Hotel smelled. Rugs were dirty and musty. Would not recommend

The property was generally in poor repair, dated, and not very clean compared to other La Quinta hotels I've stayed at. Issues I had included:
- Long wait time to check in because things were not working properly at the front desk. The front desk staff was nice to me and it wasn't their fault, but they seemed very frustrated with the situation.
- I had to run back downstairs at 9 pm when the key issued to me did not work.
- The furniture in the room was run-down, scratched
- The bathtub and area around the toilet in the room was visibly dirty. The toilet itself was wonky, too
- Carpet in the room was ugly and felt grimy. Did not feel good walking barefoot in there
- Bed was not comfy
- Windows and patio were dirty
- Breakfast was not well-stocked, and no one seemed to be around paying attention to it
- Elevators were dirty and only one seemed to be working. Each time I got in there it was crowded.
- Carpet in the lobby area desperately needs to be replaced
- The hotel is next to I-95 and the rooms are loud because of that
The price was low, and I wasn't expecting a 5-star experience, but I had a minimum expectation that things would be clean and in good repair. I would not stay here again. I couldn't wait to check out.

The property as it mentioned in there flyer Is under construction, but I was here last year for my annual giant jet game and I use the same hotel because it’s convenient to New York sports complex in New Jersey, so the rugs are so filthy, They were worse then last year! The price is extremely low, but you pay for what you buy. The surroundings is that of a industrial park area right off the highway, so there is no beauty.
1.0
The hotel is under construction so that is the main reason for the score. The room was decent, but I was extremely disappointed on the day I was leaving elevator broke down ( only 1 of 2 worked entire stay). So I had to go down and back up 7 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS 3 TIMES WITH HEAVY LUGGAGE!! My daughter and I were there for a week of a 2 week trip so we had lots of bags!! Thought I was going to have a heart attack!!!
