Clean and safe

I felt relatively safe. My sister, who lives in Cheverly picked me up for our family gathering. I was very comfortable with the area and Days Inn. I wish any kind of newspaper was available in the area.(Walked to the gas station, he looked at me like I had ten heads). The good part - I slept very well at Days Inn. The breakfast set up was very satisfying. Thank you so much! Much success to you, I 🙏. ☺️

While the public areas of the hotel were outdated/dingy, the rooms themselves were updated, clean, and they had installed an extra air conditioner to ensure there was one near the bed - very important for hot sleepers. They also had an amazing breakfast, including all the standards (eggs, bacon, bagels, fruit, etc.) as well as a chorizo scramble! I’d never seen anything like that in a chain hotel - well done!

This area is unsafe and has prostitutes in the area and also IN THE HOTEL.

The cons to this hotel: Check in lady was very unpleasant upon arrival. Window locks were broken, and bedside lamp flickered on and off. When our room was cleaned, our toothbrushes were handled and moved, one being placed onto tissue paper. The pros to this hotel: the maintenance man who came to fix the tv that wasn’t working was VERY polite and pleasant. He deserves a raise in our opinion. He made the entire experience better by his great personality. Wish I had caught his name. The second front desk lady was very pleasant and helpful. Smiling and happy. The pool was clean and very large. Breakfast is what you would expect for a free breakfast, though the first check in lady handed us tickets that she said were to enter breakfast, that had absolutely no use, and no one asked for to enter breakfast. So that was very strange.
