I wish i would have taken photos. Not sure what happened to this place it was in horrible condition. There are renovations going on ans offered no discounts. I am so sad we have stayed here several times. Pool was empty, leaks in roof, not clean, if i hadnt booked through a 3rd party i would have cancelled
3.3
I was disappointed the pool was not available. I was not informed if that when I made my reservations. Also someone on my floor was smoking marijuana. It is a very unpleasant odor.
3.3
Dirty comforter, no extra pillows, bar area closed for good, ceiling tiles were falling in.
3.3
This property seemed to be undergoing a renovation into a large convention center venue. Upon walking into the building there was an odor-couldn't quite distinguish what it was-maybe a musty, old hotel smell? Rooms were not yet updated and the hot tub was not operating but these issues were not reflected in the information about the hotel before booking. I likely would've moved on to another property.
3.3
Room was not ready at check in time. The hotel had very little staff and people waited hours for clean rooms to be ready. Room and hotel are older. Clean room but the bed was sunken in the middle.
3.3
The staff was the only good part about this hotel. The windows had bird poop on them, the mattresses had multiple stains, the ceiling in the hallway looked like it would've collapsed, the phone wasn't working, the door to get in was broken and anyone could've got in. That's most of it but there is more that was wrong with the hotel.
3.3
Nobody owns this place. Nobody takes care of it.
3.3
Old a run down.
3.3
Staff is very friendly and welcoming.

We checked out after a person in our party was stuck in the bathroom and a staff member had to spend 20 minutes trying to get the door open to get them out. The halls (at 4 in the afternoon) were full of huge garbage bags waiting to be taken out, the staff was complaining about multiple rooms never having been cleaned, laundry was pouring out of the area around what was the property's laundry are, and when we left after the realization that this hotel was in such poor condition that no one should be staying there, we were promised that they were approving our refund. Although they seemed sorry about the trauma of someone being locked in the hot bathroom until someone could rescue them, they actually denied the refund when Hotels.com followed up as we were instructed to ask them to do. Worst hotel experience EVER. Please do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. The idea that this management feels comfortable with keeping customers money when they can't even get out of their own bathrooms, is offensive at the very least. And, if you're traveling alone, you better take your phone to the toilet with you or you could be there for days - since housekeeping doesn't actually show up each day per their own statements!

The bathroom had no toliet paper and when the bedding was pulled back the comforter was blood stained.
3.3
My room had an awful smell, the towel holder had been ripped from the wall in the bathroom. Desk clerk was snarky at check in. Exterior was run down and shabby. An awful experience
3.3
The room was old and needed update bad and was woke at 5 am to a drunk lady who got in the side door because it doesn’t lock and was banging on everyone’s doors saying she’s going to die.
3.3
Toilet wasn't bolted down the bathrooms need updating, sink was cracked tread mill needs to be replaced
3.3
Can’t say enough about the staff and the bar attached to the hotel is awesome
3.3
The bed sheets smelled bad and the towels weren’t very clean or white. Bathrooms on the lobby were all plugged up and stunk. We will never stay there again!!!!!
3.3
This hotel has not been updated since it was built in the 1970s. Mold in the shower, algae in the bathroom sink, filthy carpet, TV didn’t work, grout was peeling and sticking to feet, coffee was sludge, breakfast food ran out. What we were quoted as the rate when we booked was not what we paid. I stay across the country and this was the worst place I have been in many years.
3.3
No room service between days, only come in to stop the AC and doesn’t empty trash or change towels.
3.3
The breakfast is very rich and deliclious, The one bed sheet was not changed when we check in. After call front desk, they give the another set sheet.
3.3
The doors leading into the hotel, that had sign that said key needed to enter, were broken and able to be opened by anyone. Our sheets were so worn they were stained and avle to see rheiugh them
3.3
Had to switch rooms cas mini fridge and phone weren't working and no wash clothes to use for the shower. Need more staff on the 10:30 PM area time cas had to wait 15to 20 minutes just to check in and only one person in front of me

The air in this hotel is very musty.
3.3
After staying one night, when we returned from a hot, long day, there were no fresh towels in our room. I went to the front desk and was told i would have to wait until morning because they were all being washed and dried. Was told the SAME THING in the morning.
3.3
Wouldn’t stay here again if it was my last option.
3.3
Kind of outdated and understaffed
3.3
The hotel is very dated. The mini pool was almost empty of water, the hot tub water was green, yet the big pool looked good. For a quick stay it isnt too bad, yet pricey for what was there.
3.3
Booked last minute travelling through. The hotel was okay. The hall ways were extremely dirty, I honestly have never seen a hotel with such dirty hallways. It could have been just bad timing but they were awful. Pool area looked nice. Breakfast was standard
3.3
Quick access off I75. Our room was clean. Dont like the pillows. 3 small pillows.
3.3
I’m sure this was an amazing place back when new.
Very run down and in disrepair.
Big safety concern was that there are not properly working lights in the hallway. Having a sight disability, this was horrible.
However , the pool area was nice and the staff was friendly.
3.3
convenient to golf course and restaurant we enjoy going to.
We like the convenience of a light breakfast on site.

Pool was ok. The rest wasnt the best. Would not visit again

It was a nice basic hotel!:)

It was perfect
3.3
Our room on the second floor was clean and the beds were comfortable. However the cleanliness of the common areas, especially the stairwells, was terrible. Breakfast choices were ok, but the hotel only uses styrofoam plates, bowls and cups. This is SO terrible for the environment!!! What about using biodegradable and compostable dishes and eating utensils! Staff was ok but not that welcoming or friendly. Playground and pool area were quite dark in the am. Overall, I give this hotel a poor rating except for the cleanliness of our room and bathroom.
3.3
The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was clean. But the entire hotel smelled horribly, including our room. Luckily, the room was stocked with lots of coffee so I used an old flight attendant trick and opened coffee grounds throughout the room to absorb/mask the smell which made it bearable for the night. We were just passing through on a road trip and arrived very late and were leaving early in the morning, or I would have found other accommodations. The air conditioner was leaking so the floor was soaked and that was probably contributing to the smell. There is also a bar on premise that stays open until 2 am, which was not a problem at all but FYI for other travelers. We arrived after the kitchen closed but the staff still let us put in an order, which we appreciated very much.

This property is outdated and our room was not clean.
