Very rarely do I leave negative reviews — but this hotel deserves one.
Positive: Nice casino and restaurant options. Friendly staff.
Cons: Very beat-up, unclean room. Battered furniture, peeling wallpaper. Stained sheets. Dried blood on one of my pillows. Hair on the bed.
I don't ask for much. But "clean" is a prerequisite.
It seems like they're milking the hotel for any revenue, without pouring money into renovating it.
Apart from the room, the parking garage elevator looked like something out of "Saw."
Will never stay here again, unless the hotel is completely renovated. Very bad experience. And I didn't complain. Not trying to squeeze a refund out of them. It was just beat up and unclean, and people deserve to know.

My mother and I enjoyed our stay. My mother is a handicapped senior and she was fully accommodated from our room bathroom to how close we were to elevator. Everything was very convenient and close to coffee shop and easy access to casino. All employees were pleasant and helpful. We even went to arcade/carnival upstairs and played a few games to win my 8yr old a lil souvenir for when we went home. All in all it was a fantastic stay!!

We had a nice time at Circus Circus. The room was spacious, it was easy to get to midway and restaurants, the bed was comfortable. The shower was awful. It seemed like our shower head was missing a piece and it sprayed everywhere. The towels were also very rough.

Our room did not have a window to be able to see outside. The window was blocked, it sucks, the room was dark and not having any idea how it’s outside it is not good.

I did not like the stay. My spouse, kids and I could not sleep all night as fan motor was too loud. Kept running all night and rattling. No water bottles provided in the room. Hole in the visible through the wall paper. Please refund my money.

Excellent room service and customer service by Sue, very polite and care to ask about my visits.
This is the 4th time I go to this hotel and I love it, I always ask for sky tower because the gym is right there by the elevators. The rooms are huge compared to other hotels I visited. The bathrooms are big and nice. There is Starbucks coffee in the room. Looks and feel like 5 stars to me. I do recommend this hotel 100 percent.

I don’t care for the kiosk to check in. It put me in the worst room I’ve had here. This was my 8th trip in four years. The kiosk made it the. Worst.

Felt like something was crawling on us all night, shhets had brown specs on it, not sure if bed bugs or not, we stayed up and walked around town instead.

The room was spacious and comfortable. A single King was not available, so they upgraded me to two Queen sized beds at no extra charge. There was a $100 refundable deposit.

My room was large, clean and great view.

We stayed in tower and had to walk 1 mile to get to the elevator(no joke). Service and cleanliness was good.

It needs to be better know to guests that you have kiosks for our convenience to check ourselves in to speed up the lines for . And the kiosks locations should be relocated away from the guest service desk. We didn’t like the way the beds were maid . Too many sheets , not enough pillows, no fitted sheet to hold the mattress cover down. Room needs a microwave. The room was clean and neat.

I had pay extra to check in an hour early on a Monday. The Midway was sad. On a Monday, many of the games were closed and there were not any circus acts during the week. The sign outside of Circus Circus shows daily. Very disappointed.

We love the Circus Circus. We usually stay in the casion tower but this time we stayed in the sky tower. The shower had no curtain sobwater would go everywhere and make a huge mess, the shower head was well below my shoulders so id have to bend down to wash my hair and there was no spicket to fill the tub. The counter in the bathroom was so small my wife could barely fit her curling iron. Definitely not one of our better stays here

I usually never stay at circus circus, but because it was a great deal we did. To start when we pulled up to the registration, there were no luggage carts, no bell men, elderly people waiting for 40 min to get help with their, luggage , and still no valet parking. But ok on the valet. Went to check in desk, service person seemed like she hated her job, seemed sad. But she was still nice. Had to go park across the street to get to sky tower, cool. Elevator in parking garage was not working, had to get back in the car and go find a spot closer to the sky bridge. Get into hotel, had to lug all baggage down long hall, up some stairs to elevator. Saw so many people struggling, elderly, kids , ect to get up the stairs, of course offered to help .
I've stayed at el dorado, silver legacy, the plaza , and the new J resort, and they are all better with service.
The room was nice and clean and the maids were very nice.

The hotel stay was good and clean.
The property is showing its age.
Reno’s streets needs to be cleaned up! The drug addicts hobos vagrants homeless needs to be dealt with… it is ridiculous!

This hotel is a mess. The towels stink. The hallways are dirty

Check in was easy, the room is big the bad sheets are like old rugs, they are old and greasy stain , not good looking, I was afraid to sleep in the bed because of the greasy stains. Our room was called the deluxe room and it looks not so much deluxe I can’t imagine how bad a regular room can look

We had to check in at a computer, which took way longer than a human would. It just printed a ticket with our room number and keys and we didn't have a decoder ring to figure out which elevator to take. After what felt like a mile of walking down corridors and up and down stairs, we found our room. What made it worse is they gave us two queens instead of the king we reserved. Too exhausted to go back to the front desk, we just dealt with it. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Price was great but once we checked in but they wanted to give us a room off the property. We had to pay 15.00 more to stay on property.

Hi. We stayed at the hotel 3 times. The biggest confusion is the way to the Sky Tower. There is a completely uncomfortable obstacle of steps for those carrying luggage. Is it really a problem to design a ramp without steps where you can roll your suitcase...?

Checked in 3 hours after check in time, when getting to our room employee was just walking in to clean. Went in to drop our luggage off and see why employee was in there. Empty beer cans, slept in bed, dirty bathroom. Couldn't relax in our room and had to go out so it could be cleaned. Bery inconvenient

Upon arrival, my husband slipped on wet floor that was not marked. We then got lost trying to find the check in desk from the skywalk because many escalators were closed off. When I informed the front desk employee that my husband had fallen, she did not care at all and made no apology. If you are traveling with lots of luggage, a stroller, or a wheelchair, please be advised that it is a very long walk with multiple flights of stairs to the tower portion of the hotel. Our room was modern and clean which was a relief after all the hassle of checking in and the long walk to the room.

Very impressed with the remodel of late. Walking from Siver Legacy to Circus Circus was so nice! Love the new food court and Yogurt place! Very clean, bright and fun.

We never got to stay as we attempted to cancel minutes after booking and we are still awaiting a response.

Bathroom shower wasn’t cleaned from previous guests. There was a used bar of soap and hair on the shower walls. Other than that semi clean.

The room was nice, but when going to bed went to pull the couch out and the couch was broken. The front desk staff said they were already aware that the couch didn’t pull out and it was broken, and that was the reason for the rent.

Oversized packing is terrible! Only about twenty spots and most were taken by teslas. No “free” children’s show’s except for in the a.m on t.v. You had to buy the pay preview. The refrigerator in our room was broken.

Overall, The trip was great. It was short. I’ve stayed there before it’s always been good. I was encouraged to do mobile check-in however, the only thing that bugged me was you still have to go through the regular line do mobile check in which doesn’t really make much sense
