Nice kitchen attached to bar. Room was laid out nicely.,
Could hear street noise through my windows.
4.3
The cleanliness of the room was impeccable.
Their grab-and-go service only offer VERY basic snacks.

This was probably the best stay along a cross-country road trip. The hotel is new, hip, & fun. The location was super-convenient to what we needed to do in Reno; the airport is right nearby but we weren't bothered by the noise. The room was cute & comfortable -- loved the little table where we snacked & had breakfast. In the evening, after dinner, we ordered drinks at the bar & sat outside. The bed was comfortable & we were rested for our next long day on the road. Would 100% stay here again. Also appreciated not being near the casinos or having to park downtown.

Very impressive! Hotel is very well maintained. Love the modern design of the hotel and the room. The staffs were friendly and welcoming. Our first time stay and definitely will not be the last. Will consider booking at Aloft from different places outside Reno.

4min car ride from the airport and they have a free shuttle. We stayed here on arrival and departure from Reno and got in around 930pm and had a 5am flight and the shuttle picked us up and starts running at 4am - perfect! Live music was great, ordered from a recommended pizza delivery one night and it was quick, easy and delicious. Katie at reception is amazing!!! Little breakfast bar with snacks makes things easy.
No fan in the bathroom and the doors are sliders so whatever happens in the bathroom lingers in the room.

Yes was the perfect location

Pool table and the bar.
It’s also new and modern.
Super dog friendly.
They advertise that they have a pool. It’s true but was not open to public. Apparently, they are still very new that they don’t have the license yet. Had I known that we actually would have booked somewhere else.

Perfect location next to airport w shuttle service. Clean modern room and very comfortable bed. I will stay here on my next trip. Friendly staff. Overall very pleasant stay

It was very clean!
I didn't like the shower room there was no door for privacy.

Te saca de un apuro porque está cerca del aeropuerto y te recogen y te llevan gratis al aeropuerto.
No tiene gran oferta para desayunar

Great location and staff were friendly and helpful.
No microwave oven.

I like the style of the Aloft hotels.
There were no prices on the food menu and it was extremely expensive for what seemed like microwave food. Had there been prices on the menu I probably wouldn't have eaten there. Also I have stayed at other Aloft hotels where there was coffee available for no cost in the lobby so I expected that at this one too and was dissappinted that it was not available at this location.
4.3
The bed was very comfortable and I liked that it had a little table with seating.
The bathroom situation with the shower out for everyone to see.
4.3
Everything was great except the receptionist.
The receptionist. Rude, abrasive, expressionless, had the personality of a prison guard.
4.3
The room was very different than a typical hotel room, fun road trip wallpaper in the bathroom reminded me of driving across the 58 from Tehachapi and Barstow, and the I-15 to Vegas! The room was colorful which I love too! It was pretty that it snowed in the wee hours.

Location was perfect for an early morning flight
Room was very noisy. Located between a busy highway and the airport, there seemed to be no extra insulation for noise abatement from outside noise. I've slept at airport hotels before and not been aware of any traffic nearby -- in this hotel, I heard everything. Staff was friendly but mixed up my shuttle reservation. Pub food is very limited and microwave mac n cheese was burnt on the top and cold in the center. Cleanliness was ok

N/A
There wasn't anything I didn't like.
4.3
Regular.
Not so clean and I have problem with my reservation. They didn’t find my reservation when I arrived. I was unable to pay with cash and they still charged my credit card twice. I'm waiting to resolve it.
4.3
Not much other than it was clean and newish
eThe layout of where the elevator was to some of the rooms was ridiculous. The room didn’t have a door to separate the shower so others could use the sink area. The furniture was funky and not very comfortable you couldn’t use the bathroom area is someone was sleeping because the light would wake them. If it was just a couple or a single person it would be ok but if you are sharing a room with friends or grandchildren it would be extremely difficult as far as having any privacy
4.3
The staff was amazing and the bar staff and price was perfect
The room was still kind of dirty and the cooks never showed up for for work so no breakfast. I had to leave the facility to find food and then come back. It was just kind of an inconvenience as I planned my trip down to the weather and planned on eating at the hotel.

Close to airport
Manager Brian Healy wasn’t inviting at all. I had lost my wallet and beginning of trip. I had been getting by with Apple Pay and a picture of my DL. Even came from ANOTHER Marriott whom didn’t give me an issue either and was a great experience. This time I had all sorts of documentation to prove my person that he would even look at. He said rules are rules. Anyway I don’t want to get into too much detail. It’s unfortunate that he is a manager there and acting like so. Seemed like a decent hotel and in a good location.

I could hear the person walking around in the room over mine. More rugs may help with this problem. I was charged $7 for parking. I only had a car on the property for 15 minutes while I unloaded my bags and checked in. I then returned my car to the rental company.
4.3
The property had a really beautiful design aesthetic, great bar, pool table and pool. It was also corn hole outback!
4.3
The room was very nice. The Uber pick up area was convenient.
Some of The staff was not very pleasant, boarder line rude. And very unsympathetic after running my credit card 5 times for $1 charges causing it to be flagged for fraud. After traveling with family it was a very unwelcoming feeling. The pool was not clean. There was only decaf coffee even after calling the front desk they found one crumpled up package of regular. Overall it was very stressful experience
4.3
Nice and clean room. Inviting lobby with pool, foozball, and other options. Nice bar area.
