I made sure hotel was aware of my husband's needs with his traumatic brain injury. Don't know why I wanted my time, as hotel was not able to accommodate one issue that I requested!!!!! Then when we settled in to the suite, the TV's DID NOT WORK!!! THIS WAS EXTREMELY STRESSFUL FOR US! Front desk/maintenance could not help work anything! Told us to turn off and if the again. This stay was the 2nd chance. Will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. REQUESTING REFUND!!!

Our stay was adequate. The toilet seat in our bathroom fell off the toilet the first time one of my kids went to lift the lid. It was not at all attached and we only stayed one night so we didn’t really have time to deal with it with management.

We always stayed here wherever we visited North Platt. But never again. We were put in a room where the pool was visible out the window. The hallway leading to our room was trashy. The toilet had a brown ring in it and brown on the bottom where it has not been cleaned. The back of the sink had not been cleaned either. Now onto breakfast. This place always had a good hot meal. Today, we got there at 6:40am. Breakfast started at 6am. The eggs, sausage and hash browns were luke warm at best. The orange and apple juice machine did not work. The decaf coffee was a very light I think brown and the milk was half frozen. Asked the front desk for 2 makeup wipes for my wife and he said that he didn't have any. And lastly, while construction is going on the other side from where our room was, I noticed 3 Ocha violations.This place has went down hill since we started staying there 6 years ago. Big Time. This was one of those bad memory stays. We stopped on our way to another destination so it was only over night. Check in was fine. When we finally got to our room. ( FINDING IT) we had gone through a door and short hall then back outside a door to a wannabe courtyard back into an outside door entrance. We came into room and curtain didn't completely cover window. I saw the hairdryer was broken so i called to tell them since our card was held for damage or whatever.. then i went to take a shower and we had no hot water what so ever in sink or shower. We call office thinking maybe they will send someone or move us to another room. The lady said im sorry, but there is nothing i can do. I have no maintenance here till tomorrow and never even offered us another room or any kind of compensation! The whole point in gettin a room is to clean up and sleep and neither of these worked for us. Very disappointed in this place and the way its run.

The hotel was a disaster but the room was ok. The parking lot and the people hanging around made me feel unsafe. The inside of the hotel was incredibly hot because the AC was not working or they didn't have it on. I had a ton of luggage and no first floor rooms were available. Getting up the stairs to my 2nd floor room in the back was a royal pain. The wifi in the room was terrible so they switched me to a 2nd flloor room on the side. Lugged all my luggage downstairs and then back upstairs. The breakfast was very good. The hot tub was broken. I would not stay here again.

Good the place to stay one night when on a road trip. The interior was fairly clean and recently updated. The exterior needs work. What we paid for the room I have zero complaints.

They didn’t have Internet TV service. The bar was closed and the kitchen was closed. We had to move to a different hotel just to watch TV in our room experience would not recommend this to anyone.

The beds were comfortable and room had been recently updated. The bathroom needed an upgrade however. Very small tight toilet/ shower space. The peephole on our door was missing its glass, so we stuffed tissue into it to block view into our room. Breakfast was limited, but the hot meal was good. Kids loved the waffle maker! Pool area needed a good cleaning.

This property is really tired and poorly maintained. There are rooms with the door handles broken off. No food available because of kitchen problems. Terribly noisy a/c. No elevator. We would nevrr stay here again.

It smelled like cigarettes in the room. The air conditioning rattled and made noises. You could hear people in the hall ways. We thought we lost something and the staff didn’t even call back. The break fast was gross and staff wasn’t refilling items until requesting. Then took forever to refill.

Very dirty. Construction right outside of our room and they were loud and woke us up early because they were very loud. Not a good place to stay. Check in took a while and she was rude when we asked simple questions. Room was disgusting and TV barely worked. No soaps in room and the ac was broken so it was very hot
