The Mr. who received us at the lobby was very rude, we were asking questions and he didn't had a good attitude.

It’s the perfect spot to stay in Beverly Hills, a short walk to all the action but far enough away to feel private & relaxed. The staff is great too. I’ve stayed 3 separate times and I always recommend it.

Great hidden gem with everything you need to have an enjoyable stay in Beverly Hills. Close enough to walk to most attractions.

Very good and welcoming staff.

The rooms were outdated and old. The shutters were broken and wouldn’t stay open. The vents were dirty and loud. The room smelled musty. I wouldn’t recommend for the price you pay for a night’s stay.

This property has a very bad odor. It is musty and smells like a cross between moth balls and wet dog. The location is amazing and the staff was very accommodating. The rooms have carpet that needs to be replaced.

Perfect boutique hotel with wonderful staff.

The property is in a nice area - it was quiet and felt safe to walkabout.
It is a cute little boutique experience.
The staff were pleasant and accommodating.
Daily complimentary bottled water in rooms, and bicycles to use.
Negatives: No security locks on the doors, and my room door was off the hinge; someone could peek in; my next room also had a door issue. That could have happened anywhere, the problem is that they knew about it and still put someone in that room. Also, for a four-star hotel, there were no toiletries aside from lotion.

I had trouble sleeping due to the light outside my room. The window only had shutters, no black out curtain, and the light outside did not turn off. (was sort of a porch light right outside the window)

Absolutely horrible. This is one of the worst hotels I have ever been stayed at. Worst than one star motel. The stinks of cigarettes even on the bed sheets. The front ladies were nice but when I asked them they need to change our room due to horrible smell they said it’s completely full and I demanded to talk to manager. Manger didn’t even bother to call and front staff told us they won’t charge us for parking we had no choice and it’s 11pm!! Instead of refund or anything they think for what ever reason not charging you for 50$ parking fee for a 400$ room they sold us by lying is gonna fix everything. All description they have at hotels.com is complete BS, Both sink and bath tub was clogged the room was so bad with cigarette smell we had to open the windows all night and left the room multiple times to be able to breath. I can’t believe I even paid extra for corner room, it’s all lies! Do not stay at this hotel if you go to one star motel you probably have a better chance to get a non smoking and clean room.

Our room for four guests was incredibly small - would have been much better suited for two. Carpets were stained and not clean and the furniture was all banged up. We had a view of the alley only. However, the location was great as it was within walking distance of the shops of Beverly Hills.

I am so in love with this boutique hotel!!! It’s a true gem if you want to stay in Beverly Hills but don’t have a “Beverly Hills” bank account.
The hotel is walking distance from Rodeo Drive and located in an adorable residential street. The rooms are clean and offer a modern chic decoration. The hotel has a pool, a small restaurant and a bar, as well as parking on location. I am already planning to come back! See you soon!

First time at this property and we were very pleasantly surprised! Small property with helpful and welcoming staff, as well as a very convenient location.

We booked 2 rooms with 2 double beds about a month before our stay The first night they only had one, and placed us in a room with a king size bed and a roller bed. The room was nice but we still did not fit. The next day they moved us to a room outside that was tiny, old and had no mirror or seating area. Worst room in the entire hotel. Should not be used. We got a discount, but that was not what we expected.

Parking was $$; the room was in need of updating; pool area was nice; bartender and food were the saving graces.

We had a lovely stay at the Mosaic Hotel. We got upgraded to a suite as the room we booked wasn't available which was really nice. Staff were very friendly and approachable. Good location, Rodeo Drive within walking distance.

My stay at the Mosaic Hotel was nothing short of wonderful! Day one, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service that set the tone for my entire visit. My room was super clean, equipped with all the amenities, and the bed was awesome.
What truly sets the Mosaic Hotel apart, though, is the staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond through genuine hospitality, and a willingness to assist. Shout out to Fillipa and Morgana! My experience at the Mosaic Hotel was outstanding. I highly recommend!

This was a cute boutique hotel in a nice, safe area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area is quaint and quiet.
My only complaint was that the walls are pretty thin. Our next door neighbors were extremely rude and loud in the middle of the night. We had trouble reaching the staff, but eventually walked to the front desk (at 3:30am) and the issue was addressed. Rude guests aren’t the hotel’s fault, but a bit more insulation would have helped.

Whenever I travel to Beverly Hills, I always make it a point to book my stay here. The reception staff consistently welcomes me warmly, and the rooms are impeccably clean and comfortable. During my last visit, I needed to work from my hotel room for a few hours, and the hotel graciously allowed me to extend my check-out time by an hour, which was incredibly accommodating.
However, I had an unpleasant encounter with the staff member at the restaurant/bar. I had ordered dinner through Doordash and requested utensils and some hot sauce, which led to him judging me. When I asked if there was an issue, he assured me there wasn’t, but as I turned away, he made disparaging remarks about me to other customers for not dining at the hotel restaurant. This was perplexing and disappointing since I had been extremely polite throughout our interaction.
Despite this negative experience, I don’t want to detract from the overall quality of this hotel, which I would rate 10/10. I simply want to caution future guests about this particular staff member. I hope he understands that guests have different dining preferences and should not be judged for choosing where to eat.

I really like this property. Have stayed many times. Would still recommend it. When we stayed there recently they started doing roof repairs at 7am on a holiday Monday. Right above our floor. Right above our room. It woke us it was extremely loud. At some points our room was vibrating. When I spoke to the young lady at the front desk I told her that they started at 7am and it was extremely loud and woke us up. Her response was “Oh I did think they started that early” No apology. Didn’t seem to be concerned. If you’re going to do roof repairs then maybe not book that floor. Or have them start later. We weren’t the only ones who heard it. Otherwise this place is one of my favorites.

Love, love this place. Didn’t get to stay as long as we would have liked as flight was late and it was only for one night. Lovely people - super friendly and ten stars to Renee, who served us breakfast and mimosas. Would stay again and again.
