We stayed at Extended Stay America Suites on December 7th until 8th. Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find used items scattered on the ground in the parking lot. The check-in process was delayed, and when we requested water, we were directed to a vending machine that was out of service. The elevator had a strong smell of smoke, which was unpleasant. While the room itself was clean, spacious, and quiet, the breakfast options were limited, with only coffee and oatmeal available. The staff did eventually refund the money we lost on the broken vending machine. Overall, while the hotel wasn't terrible, the initial experiences and the lack of amenities were disappointing.

After a 14 hr drive to see my son before deployment to the middle east- I was thankful to arrive at the hotel. Front desk service was fine. Room wasnt immaculate superficially, but fine for our 2 day stay. Ran to a store to grab something to eat & getting ready to sleep after a long day. My daughter has been in hotel housekeeping for years (Hampton inn & Sea Island Resort) and has been extensively trained to inspect rooms- which she did & found bed bugs. We immediately went to the front desk to tell them we were leaving & he photographed bugs as we did. We were given a card & told general manager would contact us. Ive heard nothing yet after emailing. Im disappointed to have not received an immediate refund since our stay was less than 2 hrs & had to find another hotel after a long day. Im NOW reading reviews that manager will try not to refund- that will NOT be the case here. I WILL be getting my money back this week or i will be escalating this to as many levels as i can to protect others.

Upon our arrival to our room, the smoke detector was beeping. I went down to the front desk where i was advised they didnt have any batteries and i could just disable my detector, which wasnt possible due to a wire cage being over it. I told her we were leaving for a few hours and something needed done while we were gone or we would have to switch rioms. When we returned, no staff were at the desk so we went up. It was quiet. But in the middle of the night it began going off again. Still no one found till morning. By that time we were checking out. No sleep by either of us!!

I showed up to the extended stay around 11pm after booking a reservation that showed rooms available when I got there I was told there was no rooms available after booking and paying for a reservation online, I was sent across the street to the suburban studio the reptiontionest gave me a room key to one of there rooms. This place was worse than where I booked I wasn’t given a refund for the inconvenience due to there no refund policy. I will never book here again please know that if you book at the extended stay you run the risk of being sent across the street to the suburban studio that you did not book and you will not get a refund.

When I come into town I always stay at this extended stay,and this is the first time it’s been dirty.Overall stay was decent.The housekeeping is horrible.They don’t clean under the bed and there was what look like dried up bodily fluids on the bed skirt.There was also overflow of garbage in the back hall by our room. They need more help!!!

I booked this hotel 1st time. And never again.the air conditioner was not working . There was no any light working in bathroom. And blanket was so bad . And when I asked about AC they said you can open the windows on first floor to the parking area. Not just this I saw women’s period blood drop on the tub. I have picture . I could not call this place a hotel. So horrible

I wish I had taken a photo or two but I unfortunately did not. Upon opening the door to the room, it smelled like stale cigarette smoke, and the drawers were hanging out of the dresser. When I went over to the AC unit on, there was food and cigarette ashes all over the top of it. When I went to use the bathroom there was a razor blade in the bottom of the toilet that had been there for long enough that a rust mark was on the bottom of the toilet as well.

I was very disappointed with my stay there!! When I got there, there were young people partying right in the front of the property! Then there were buckets of nasty smelling water from the pipes leaking. The front desk was very nice with booking my room. The room was filthy and smelled like cat piss! There were stains all over the carpet. When I used one of the towels there were nasty black hairs all over them! There was no water pressure and the building was very dark and had a smell to it

The property management is terrible. Room had Carpet Beetles running across pillows and bed( have video) I asked for room to be cleaned and left to stay with family. Came back 2 days later and room not touched. I checked out right then. I should have just left day 1. I want my money back.
