I have no complaints. The room was clean and the service was great.

Hotel was clean, well ventilated and spacious. Staff was very accommodating.

I would liked to have a refrigerator in the room. The bed was too high making it difficult to get in bed.

The moment we arrived we were treated amazingly. Great staff!

Enjoyed our stay at NY NY. Hotel was well maintained and comfortable. Plenty of options for things to do and places to eat.

The line to check was extremely long, no mini fridge and no place to place your clothing in drawers.

Check-in was horrible. Took forever to get checked in and then waited close to an hour for our room key. Formula 1 was in town prior to our arrival and that probably added to the confusion. Rest of stay was very nice.
I do think the daily resort fee is a scam to make more money that doesn’t have to be shown in published room rates.

This was a family vacation. The rooms were comfy. The hotel has connections to MGM. Plenty of food options and plenty to do. Would definitely stay there again.

Traffic has slowed us down so we decided to rest the night out in Vegas. Our room was very nice and comfortable with an amazing view. I was able to book us a room conveniently on line right before we got into Vegas. I would recommend NY NY. Very nice.

The property itself was outstanding. The pricing in Vegas for all hotels is deceptive because of “resort fees” but to pay for parking $23 a day was outrageous- each time time you left even for an hour. I had to drop off family at the airport over 3 trips over 4 hours and had to pay $23 EACH TIME and it’s not like you have an option to park.

Great hotel to stay at, definitely will be staying here again. I wouldnt want to stay in a hotel south of the New York-new York because it would be too far away from all the action.
Clean and comfy easy check in and check out, lots to see and do.

We were in from Texas. It was our children’s first time in Vegas, we booked it on less tha.mn 24hours notice. Fun trip overall! The Broncos beating the Raiders made it so much better!

It was clean but no fridge or microwave.

The room doesn’t have a refrigerator, microwave, or Complimentary coffee, and that wasn’t told before hand online when making reservations, no way to keep leftovers and eat them
Later, They wanted additional charge for refer. Las Vegas hotels want to really squeeze all they can out of you.

Our stay was wonderful, fully enjoyed the hotel, except for the long walk from our room to the elevator...next time, and there will be a next rime, i will book a room closer to the elevator

It was great! Rooms were spaced out from each other so no noise. They made it super easy to check in and out.

I would give this hotel 5 stars because the room was roomy, comfy and the hotel istealsef has so much to do we didn't leave property one day and had a great time.
My only complaint was the cleanliness. It wasn't awful enough to complain on site but there was a decent amount of hair on the bed, pillow, bathroom sink etc. Like not hidden and pretty obvious so I'm not sure why the cleaning crew thought was okay.
I'm not easily grossed out so i just got a tissues and removed it myself. Everything else was great.

New York, New York Hotel and Casino is Great! I was very impressed with the customer service there.
I will definitely be back!
Had an issue with the staff in the parking ramp but the hotel themselves made it better. Thank you!

Not clean, dog hair was in the room. The bed had dents in it. The shower handle came off. Loud noises from the hotel roller coaster.

Overall, pretty average. Roller coaster is pretty loud at all times of day - not a best location for a good nights rest.

I am a Vegas local. A friend came in town to attend the Usher concert and we wanted to avoid the post concert traffic and decided to book the closest hotel to the venue. Everything was OK. Bed was kind of uncomfortable, (you can feel the bed coils😖). Luckily, it was only for a night.

The room security lock was broke. The faucets were loose. The staff was rude rude. I will NEVER stay here again

The hotel was good, but they charged us 2 times a late check out! They said it was 25$ and they took 50$.
We tried to contact the hotel, but without any reaction.

Horrible experience from the time we got there to check in and the rooms were not ready and they told us by 3pm they would be ready, at 5:45 we were still trying to get checked into our rooms and everyone we talked to told us a different story. When we finally got into our rooms the blankets had blood on them and we had to call for new ones. The next morning we put the do not disturb sign on the door and they entered our room anyways. The last night we were there a guy got on the elevator when it opened (you have to use a key to access) he got off at our level and followed us and then proceeded to eat left over food outside everyone’s doors and tried getting into peoples rooms. Bad bad experience, we will never stay there again.

It was a great deal compared to most of the resorts on the strip.

We booked this hotel early for a convention stay and had a non refundable booking. On our way in I checked rates which were lower than what we paid. Next time we may wait until last minute. The location was good and the hotel was very clean. Overall good choice.

I loved everything except ridiculous Resort Fee. The pool was closed and I don't use hotel gyms.
The room we rented was spacious. The closet had plenty of room. There was also a mini fridge .
We loved the tub as it fits two people. Good water pressure.
I was pleasantly surprised with how quiet our floor was. The mattress was comfortable and housekeeping was fantastic.
The casino downstairs had various dinners and cafes. We enjoyed breakfast at America.
There is a rollercoaster and other attractions.
Eataly is very close and has great food ( except pasta).
We also enjoyed Fly Over located short work across the bridge

I guess times are tough. As a casino, NYNYhas decided live croupiers are largely unnecessary, so they have just a few, at least from 1pm to8pm. Waiting for a seat at the few tables that were staffed was a new experience. having forsaken humans, NYNY has given over most of the enormous floor space to ever more garish machines whose blaring cacophony of rings dings and clicks is a perfect soundtrack for hell on earth. Ok, that’s just generic casino. But the hotel internet is terrible, deliberately so I think to deprive those trying to flee by going to their rooms any diversion within. What about the TV you ask? Mine didn’t work. Calling the front desk means a recording, a long wait, and the background sounds of the roller coaster which continues into the wee hours, another reminder that the only way to escape the noise is to return to the casino floor, where that noise obliterates all others. Unsurprisingly, I developed a stomach ache. The remedy: some pepto tablets from one of the weird Casino bodegas. The price: $12.00. And the price to use the ATM: $12.00. So there is a symmetry to the ways NYNY outrageously rips you off. Again i know all this could be said about many places in Vegas. But NYNY in particular is especially dedicated to rewriting the maxim that the customer is always right. Their version: The customer is always to be wronged.

We had a great stay at NYNY. It was centrally located to all that we needed. We had tickets to the Golden Knights and found it to be closer than expected! The concierge, Sara Jane ?, we wonderful, friendly and informative. She hooked us up with a great tour to Hoover Dam.

Had to move rooms as shower from above room leaked into my shower, no compensation/ benefit given for inconvenience. Everything fine bar that although roller coaster noisy for roller coaster facing rooms.

Had a great stay there. The rooms have been refurbished and it was very comfortable - decent size, big bed and the bathroom was perfectly fine with a shower over the bath. Everything was clean and we saw plenty of staff out cleaning and servicing. It's obviously on the less exclusive end of offerings in Vegas but for a quick bite it was decent enough with enough choice for anyone. All the staff we encountered were great. Prices a little less than at some of the other casinos. All in all, it was a good stay and recommended for a bit of fun in Vegas but not at a crippling cost.

I used to love New York New York, was my favorite hotel. But now it's just too dark and feels old. My daughter and her boyfriend stayed in another room and their room didn't seem clean. Had a can of alcoholic drink and a vape in the room when they got to their room. It's very noisey with the roller coaster.
