Walls made of paper. I couldn’t sleep in 2 nights because next to my room was elevator and all the voices heard from that. Also in the hotel and especially in the rooms was quite weird smell…

It is a modest place and the room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, but the room was so small and old-fashioned comparing to the rate I pay, and the sink was partially clogged.

The Hotel was very comfortable. The location is so good. There are three tram stops, one after the other, just across the road. The staff is very helpful and indeed friendly. The rooms, linen, washroom, towels were very clean. Overall, safe place for solo travelers. Breakfast has lot of options. I am happy I chose this Hotel for my stay. MiCo convention centre is 25 minutes, almost straight road walk. So, no expense for attemding conference. There is an excellent supermarket, La Grande, where I bought lot of coffee and chocolates. In the same shopping complex, there is ALDO, H&M, Zara... And prices are better than any of the major shopping complexes. Tram 14 which runs just across the road, connects to all major attractions. Price is slightly more than other nearby Hotels but its worth all the comfort, food, safety and cleanliness.

Great hotel, staff is very nice. Great breakfast. Unfortunately the location is not ideal for tourists. At least 40 minute Tram ride from all the main attractions. Closest metro station is 20 mins away. Getting to the central station was a headache with the morning traffic.

While this hotel is situated at a distance from Milan’s city center, the staff provided exceptional assistance throughout our stay. However, the neighborhood surrounding the hotel did give us some safety concerns. Our room faced a bustling road, leading to considerable noise from passing trolleys. Regrettably, we also encountered mold in the bathroom, and the beds were exceptionally firm.

The property was right across from #14 which you can take to Duomo-city center. We also used it to get to our Eurail Train in Milan Central. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, Multo Bene.

Fantastic service and convenient location on Tram line 14 (one of the main ones) and a 1 minute walk from Tram line 1. Excellent breakfast as well! Beds were firm memory foam; I don't usually like a firm mattress, but these were amazing. Excellent sleep had every night, and the room was very quiet!

Check in fast and easy. Room very clean. Breakfast very good. Very noisy in room because of poor windows isolation. Easy acces to Duomo, Castle, Cimitiro Monumentale with tram 14, station in front of the hotel.

To be honest, this hotel has great service and people work at this hostel were so friendly, hospitable and kind. They aspired to help me related to many topics.For that reason, l am appreciating for their attitudes during my stay. Cleanliness and Staff are Great, the only thing to concern is, the room was not as big as we had thought, the beds were too hard, so it's hard to sleep, no extra pillows(they might charge extra), and had we to pay for the kettle each day. I have been to other "Best Western Hotels" that served better, but this was ok i guess.

I really liked this hotel, the rooms were great, they had a good breakfast and tram stop was across the road. I didn't like the fact that there was no tea coffee making facilities, you could hire a kettle for 10 Euro. We asked for a late check out of 4 hours and we were charged 60 Euros which is basically a nightly rate, I thought that was a rip off. The hotel is out of the main centre but still in a nice area and the tram takes you straight to the centre.

A comfortable and reasonably-priced hotel with welcoming staff.The drawback is the location - not so much because of distance from the city centre (there’s a tram stop at the hotel and only 15 or 20 mins to the centre) - but because of the lack of quality eating options nearby.The (suggested) restaurant across the road which I tried was very ordinary. It’s a good option if you’re not looking for a Grand hotel and want to avoid the high prices of hotels in the centre, but plan to go into town for dinner!

Great hotel, clean and comfortable. It is located next to a tram stop that goes straight to the touristic areas in the city centre. People working there is a little bit moody, but overalls the service is good. I commented a lot on the 70’s vibe of the hotel but compared to the city it looks really modern

Great location in Milan with easy Tram access to the Duomo area or metro. Hotel staff Toto and other super helpful! We had nice time viewing of world cup games in the lounge. Clean comfortable rooms at reasonable price. Thank you Hotel Mirage!

This hotel is amazing and the receptionists are all nice and willing to help (they also speak some English). The rooms were very clean and very spacious. The only real problem was that I booked 2 rooms and one of them smelled heavily of smoke, which is not the hotel's fault, but is something to consider. Overall, I had a very good experience at this hotel.
