Rundown hotel. Sad.

Comfortable bed.

- swimming pool closed for maintenance without previous notice. - rundown hotel in whole, sad. - WiFi unstable, unreachable and slow: impossible to do basic work. - elevators slow and not working properly. Keycard access disabled (no safety at all). - room automation completely tired: switches, plugs, night sensors and controls not working properly. - shower heads old and not working fully. The hotel was refitted around 10 years ago but it looks like it’s 30 years old already. What a pity!

Super lokalizacja. Bardzo pomocny personel. Dobry standard. Budynek wiekowy ale zadbany i czysty. Parking prywatny dostępny na miejscu + usługa parkingowego.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Across the street from train station. They have a shuttle service. Excellent customer service!

Concierge wasn’t very helpful with restaurant recommendations.

Habitaciones excelentes,el servicio de Daniel y Valentina en el desayuno super bien, el gerente general excelente. Calidad.

El botones de la amanecida,no tuvo en cuenta la comunicación de recepción y no coordinó el transporte al aeropuerto.fue descortés, satírico y grosero. El auditor de recepción fue excelente y mostró respeto.

We liked the hotel very much! everything was wonderful. when we left the hotel, at the reception the staff tried to deceive us + 85 €, at first they said that we ordered wine, but we did not order it, then they saw that we were telling the truth and began to convince us that we ordered 2 days ago breakfast, but the check-in was 26.07. they convinced us of this very much, smiled maliciously, very disrespectful attitude towards us. when we were given a 12€ somewhere, we asked to give us a paper bill, since we had nowhere to put so many kopecks. she said she didn't have 10€. this is not beautiful, as there was a very malicious smile on her face. we left and got upset..(

Location. Breakfast Comfortable bed Great lighting and usbs Champagne and snack in room on arrival was wonderful

Terrible damaged decor in the room and worn bathroom. Swimming pool hours were very restrictive so we could not use it. Difficult to find facilities - confusing signage. The room too dark.

it was good.

The hotel itself was beautiful and very modern. The amenities like the gym and spa top notch!

What I didn’t like was that for all that you see when it comes to the esthetics of the hotel the rooms do not match at all! I was appalled at how they are allowing the rooms to deteriorate! the furniture is peeling, the bathrooms are not properly cleaned and scrubbed efficiently. For that so called level of luxury, not to mention the price per night they have to do better when it comes to the care of the rooms themselves. would I go back? for sure, but only to dine in the restaurants not as a hotel guest until they updated and get those rooms properly cleaned…….and throw out the peeling furniture and replace it!!!!

The Staff at the Front desk (except for a lady, who we believe is a trainee) and the Concierge team.

The first room we were given didn't have internet, which is very strange for a luxury hotel.

the property located in a very central area 10 min by taxi to the dom or 30 min walking ..the breakfast buffet excellent..

the beds were having a special smell that kept my daughter coughing and we found something like ants we didn’t complain coz it was our last night .. One of the concerige was extremely rude not eager to help on the contrary of the all the front desk and the vallet park ,, however his other two colleagues were helpful

Wonderful stay, staff and location!

The property is stunning and the decor and interior areas are beautiful and clean. The staff are all happy and helpful. The location is directly next to central station so you can get around to lots of places. we visited Lane Como which was 30 mins. The rooftop restaurant was amazing with lovely staff.

The only downside for me was the spa area closing at 7pm. We were told at 6.45 that we are closing now, whilst in the steam room. after being out walking, shopping all day it’s nice to go in the spa before dinner but it was cut short. A little to early.
