The room was for the most part nice. The bathroom curtain bar was almost falling off. My husband had to fix the door handle to the bathroom. It was almost falling off. The coffee maker did not have an insert so we couldn't have coffee in the morning. The light outlet next to my bed did not work. The indoor pool was not kept up and did not have a hot tub like it showed on one of the pictures.

Very nice hotel. Newly remodeled rooms. Beds super comfy with plenty of pillows which was great. Nice indoor and outdoor pool. Great place to stay in Branson right on the strip.

Rooms inside were clean and good but the outside of the building had me a little scared. Also got a room with 3 beds but it did not have a living room like the reservation showed. Great location and staff was nice.

The hotel location was great The staff was friendly The air conditioner wasn’t working in our room. The shower head was shorter then me and i’m 5’2 The bathroom ceiling is very low The bathroom door wouldn’t shut and hard to open There was no microwave like listed The fridge wasn’t cold There was weird stains all over the room (curtains, doors, walls and carpet) Doesn’t look like the pictures very old and outdated

The gentlemen that check us in was very friendly and helpful and checking was pretty quick. Continental breakfast was great! The room…well, the beds were great but there were lots of stains on the floor and some on the bottom sheet of both beds (covering box springs not the ones you sleep on). Overall would definitely recommend and will likely use this property in the future!

Liked that it was close to everything. Staff was very friendly. Price to stay was nice! It does need more cosmetic updating. The laminate flooring in our bathroom was coming up. Some baseboard was peeling off as well. Might have someone pick up the trash in hallways more frequently.

A bag of trash with a lot of food boxes bags was there when we arrived sat night and was still there when we checked out monday at the bottom of the first floor left of the elevator there was hair that wasn't ours on 1 of the soap platform in the shower and another peice of hair was on the tub and our beds felt like we was sleeping on box springs my body was hurting i couldn't sleep till i made a pallet of pillows to sleep somewhat conformable i will never stay here again i promise!!!!

The staff was nice. The room we stayed in was in need of repair on the floor especially. The facets kind of sprayed everywhere. I’m glad our kids didn’t trip over any of the floor pieces. The breakfast was good and plenty of food choices.

Floor tiles in bathroom were lose. Trim on floor/wall was falling off. Half outlets didn’t work properly. Photos on hotel.com are NOT what the hotel looks like. It was adequate at best. Hotel showed a suite with a living room and 2 bedrooms off of that. With a total of 3 beds and a pull out sofa. That was not what we were given. There was no living room area and no pull out sofa. Overall displeased with the stay.

I got the room last minute as my reservation at another hotel in the area was canceled. While the exterior of the property could use a little beautifying, the room was terrific! Very clean and looked recently remodeled! Comfortable bed and the shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. If you’re looking for a nice clean, cozy room on the strip, this is a great value!

Room was dirty, the floor especially. Air conditioner barely worked and had wires exposed. Floor was falling apart. Electrical outlets falling apart. The outdoor pool had issues as well. It seemed like they just didn’t give 100% when fixing up the place. Paint and decor can only go so far. Would not stay again.

This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The worker at that front desk on nights had such an attitude the whole time and they started pulling breakfast while people were still eating. The first room we were placed in the air conditioning unit didn’t work the second had a puddle of water on the floor under the air conditioner. And the last one that was supposed to be recently renovated had stains all over the carpet.

Great access to restaurants and attractions, adequate space for our family, but the condition of the unit was poor. Floors falling apart, rusty stairs at the pool, stairs, roped off with caution tape. Our coffee maker had molded coffee grounds in it and was disgusting. It was obvious the property was very old and had been cheaply updated.

For the price I paid I was not satisfied with the room at all; there was blood on the sheets, the outlets were corroded, missing lightbulbs, lots of stains all over the place and just not what I expected at all. Pictures are very deceiving.

The property is run down and dirty. Our room had tons of bugs flying around and a huge urine and blood stain on the mattress under the sheets. We checked out within and 2 hours of checking in and drove 40 minutes to find a different hotel. Do not recommend.

Once I arrived at the property I checked in. I was given a room in the back of the Inn which I didn’t want. So the desk clerk gave me room 201in the front. This room was grotesque! It had stains on the carpet, a large black ring around the bath tub, an odor that was horrible, and flying insects! I then returned to the front desk to ask for another room. The gentleman that was there then took me around to at least 5-6 rooms to see which room would work best for me. The rooms had horrible bathrooms and the carpet was nasty! Finally I found ONE that was OK! The bath tub was actually decent! I was supposed to stay 3 nights, but I decided to shorten the stay to a 2 night stay instead. Just for those that are booking online reservations, everything you see online isn’t what you always think it is! The pictures may be outdated as is the property and furniture! Furthermore please beware when booking any hotel, or anywhere you plan to stay for vacation!
