It was nice to have a kitchen but the room had poor air circulation and was not clean.

When I arrived well after 10pm, I had to sit in my rental for at least a half hour until someone showed up to the front desk. The hotel was very quiet which was a plus. There was one desk clerk that went out of his way to help me with my umbrella. Another desk clerk went out of her way to find me an umbrella until I purchased one. I was there for a 4 day conference, the location was perfect. Also saved money bcuz I had a full fridge, microwave and stove. Iâm a travel nurse so I will definitely keep them in mind if I am ever in the Louisville area.

Overnight, luggage cart was broken, people milling around parking lot.

An absolute joke. Took us almost an hour just to check in, had to request another room as the first one had hairs all over the bed, stains everywhere, and unclean surfaces. Mold all over the air conditioning unit. Pubic hairs in the shower. The average review rating on Hotels.com is DECEITFUL owing to the ridiculously horrible experience we had at this hotel.

Check in was easy. Roberta and everyone at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. We had no issue finding the location and was able to park easily close to an entrance. I felt comfortable staying here with the comforts of a full-size fridge, microwave, small cooking station, and even a dishwasher. The only issue we had was the bed being pretty uncomfortable. Not sure if it was just the mattress that wasn't to our liking, but it felt a little "broke down" in the middle. You can tell the building is a little on the old side, but they're working well with what they have. On our next music festival trip, I will quickly be booking here and not looking anywhere else. You're not in the middle of busy downtown, but you are close to several popular fast food places as well as a Sam's Club with easy access to the interstate and other parts of the city.

Our check in was great initially. The night desk clerk had horrific customer service. The manager was aware of who i was concerned with when i talked to hom about it at checkout. The elevator quit working twice when we were on it. The kitchenette had one fork, one coffee cup, no plates, a lid but no pot to cook in. The mgr seemed unaware of this situation. Two other rooms our party had were very similar. We had to bring our towels to yhe desk to exchange for clean ones. We had to take our own trash out to the trash bin outside. It was not pleasant with all these concerns, especially after working very long days.

Hotel was clean enough and comfortable. The elevator was broken. Confirmed a late check in 4 hours before we arrived at 11:25 pm. Room that was assigned to us not ready. Had to flag down a housekeeper and have it made up so got into our room just before midnight. No late checkout available.

The elevator was out of order. Luckily my room was on the first floor. The atmosphere was okay but not what it should have been especially where the location of the hotel is.
The room was nice and big. Little more cleanliness for the price.

Some of the reviews I read are accurate. Smokers are actually right in front of the entrance/exit of the building so there is no choice but to inhale or hold your breathe. The front counter person was actually right in front of the door smoking as I exited and nicely held the door open for me as I came back in. Cigarette in hand. LOL.
Other than no ice, everything else was worth the value

The location of the property is a perfect distance from the city. It is right off 64 and has the ability to get to any of the attractions. My only petpeive is the fact that the handicapped room has no way for a person in a wheelchair to use the shower. The installation of a floor drain would be a big improvement.

The check in took forever. Roberta had to run my card several time because new system she wasnt familiar with. Roberta was hitting at gnats on arrival. Commode was messed up and sink wasn't working correctly it took 5 days before anyone came uo to look at it. The room I requested handicap accessible room but i was placed in another not handicap accessible. Gnats were all in the rooms. Place needs serious upkeep.

There was a tremendous amount of smoking by employees and several guests in front of the entrance to the building. The carpeted areas of the facility were nasty with many visible stains. Some of the front desk was rude, especially if something was needed like exchange of towels, tissue; etc. They made it feels as though you were bothering them and did not treat you as the customer.

Staff and service were excellent. My stay lasted a week and was exactly what was expected. Everything you need is conveniently located nearby. Staff was stretched a little thin but their cheerful attitudes more than made up for any minor inconveniences.

Biggest issue was the bathroom door was missing! My husband and I dealt with it. The staff was absolutely AMAZING! Helped me, my dog and disabled husband get to our room with all our stuff. Spoiled the dog with treats.

The property was very clean indoors and outdoors. The rooms were pretty big with micro kitchens for cooking and food storage. There was some hair in the shower, which I assume was the ladies who had previously cleaned it. Would definitely stay again

The night we checked in, the lady was so nice and helpful. After that, it was not as good. The room my son was in had a water leak, and water was all on the floor and carpet. The water pressure went out in the shower 2x in my room. The thermostat on the wall in our room was hanging on by a thread. Our room at a nat (flea/bug) issue. Not sure where they came from.

Needs better pillows and to not have guests take out their own trash

It was a bed to sleep on. The bed was super super firm. My personal preference is more plush so I didnât sleep great. The bathroom was missing a door so luckily my wife and I are very comfortable with each other. Room is only serviced every 7 days according to the main desk so if you expect linens and bed to be replaced and made, you will be let down. It appears to be in a decent part of town, but I still got yelled at getting a drink at the gas station next door to âget me something misterâ. There was no phone to call the front desk so you had to walk down. TV was nice. Had a full size fridge, stove top, and microwave.

Good stay for the price. A place to rest our heads after traveling. Not fancy but served itâs purpose.

Our room had a terrible smell that wouldn't go away. When we arrived, the smoke detector was completely taped over with masking tape, preventing it from working. The staff was rude. At every hotel entrance/exit, there are people smoking. It is impossible to enter or leave the building without getting smoke fumes. Very seedy place which is surprising for such a nice area in town. After I left, I was overcharged for the pet fee and am still disputing it with my credit card. I recommend you go elsewhere!

The stay was ok. The room was ok. Founds plenty of strands of hair in my bed. There was a fire alarm that went off around 2am our second night and we had to sit outside in the car for about an hour. The room cleanliness was ok, it did smell like paint. The receptionist was very nice and accommodating. The very front entrance is often occupied with smokers so walking in and out with my daughter was unappealing. Overall the stay served its purpose.

Check in was fairly easy, but as a non smoking facility, there was a very strong smell of smoke in the lobby area. The smoking area was right out side the lobby area, so had to walk through that area to check in and out . The room was large with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and counter top two burner range. The room and kitchenette were clean enough but the ice maker bucket was absolutely disgusting. I took it to the desk clerk and even she was appalled. She had it cleaned immediately, but we weren't going back to room until later. We picked it up when we came back and it was sparkling.
When we checked in, there was no soap, shampoo, or dish soap. We asked the clerk and she said most people brought their own because it is an extended stay, but I would expect at least a "started pack" no matter how long anyone would stay. They gave us soap and shampoo, and we did not need dish soap as we didn't use any of the dishware or cooking utensils. The Bathroom looked clean, but on further inspection, there was quite a bit of hair on the floor around the toilet and shower. That tells me the floor had not been cleaned. After a trip to nearby store to buy disinfecting wipes, I literally wiped everything down, even bathroom floor. I always check for bed bugs and there was no sign of any type of infestation and beds looked and smelled clean
It wasn't a bad stay, but walls very thin and could hear conversations and TV from both rooms. We stayed 2 nights.

Just a couple of complaints.
The pillows are terrible
Didnât have hot water the first night
And way too many dogs.
And was suppose to be no smoking but could smell all kinds of smoke on third floor not just cigarettes.
One good thing the front desk lady and the cleaning ladies were very nice. Just didnât understand the men hanging around all the time in the building and out front and they were not working.

My mother and I stayed here while in town for the weekend. The hotel seems decent enough from the outside, but the rooms are outdated. The front desk lady was nice but clearly overworked, she tried to claim there were no rooms available although I booked the hotel room hours prior to check in and Expedia stated there were 4 rooms left. The room smelled like a nursing home, the sink had pink stains all over it, the shower took 15-20 mins to get hot water to run, the kitchenette sink did not work, the wall A/C ran on constant fan and could not be turned off, the ice maker in fridge did not work. We were evacuated from the 3rd floor due to the fire alarm going off because another guest was smoking in their room. I had to render medical aid to a middle aged woman who fell down a flight of stairs while evacuating and no staff were around to assist during the entire process. It was overall a very bad stay.

Unfortunately we will not be staying again. Upon arrival the room we were placed in had not been cleaned dirty towels all over the floor and the bed wasnât changed. The lady at the desk moved us to another room this time the bed was made but there was no toilet paper, no dish washer soap(we did not use the dishes to cook they werenât even washed by the last person to use them) the coffee pot still had old coffee in it, there were no garbage bags, the sinks were disgusting and the toilet paper holder and the lock on our door was brokenâŚThe only positive is the staff at the front desk were both very kind and we enjoyed our time in Kentucky even tho our room wasnât great..

I chose this hotel because they had the destination charging 2 J1772 and two Tesla chargers. There was only one parking spot that was not ICE'd, so I was able to charge, but the other three were blocked. I was lucky.
The front desk staff was really nice and very helpful when I needed the sofa bedding. The room was dated, and the heating/cooling was not working correctly with the thermostat. The room was roomy and was nice, just dated.
It appears that they have some long term guests and I assume those were the ones always hanging out at the entrances smoking, which was not very appealing.
