We had the best nights sleep, the room was spacious and clean and our breakfast was lovely. Staff are friendly and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer. The only thing I was disappointed about was the additional cost to use the spa facilities which we would have loved to use if included in the cost of our stay.

It was ok, but you needed two cards, one for the room and one for the elevator which felt unnecessary. Was not possible to stream from you phone to the TV

Got a room close to the lift and it was terrible for noise.. all night long people coming and going shouting and being loud while waiting on lift… lift itself was terrible making noise every time the doors opened or closed due to a fault with it.
Spoke to manager next morning explained the situation about being awake all night. I didn’t want anything from him when I began the complaint but he offered a free drink at the bar or 20%,off another stay, I could tell this was just to make me go away so I rejected the offer and left.. did not seem at all concerned I didn’t sleep a wink all night..

Nice room but looked directly on to the Dart line

Clean room, responsive and courteous staff.
Quite central for mobility using trams and buses.

Our room was comfortable, soft towels, bathrobes and lovely toiletries.
Breakfast in the floor 7 lounge was great
The only negative was the bathroom door was not easy to close and the foyer area was very cold but overall a very pleasant stay.

So booked a club room at this hotel, arrived to the room around 9pm and created by the most horrendous smell of mould. Flagged it at reception and after waiting half an hour the manager cam to the room. Agreed it smelt but advised there were no other rooms free. After another half an hour he turned up with an air freshener and expected us to put up with it or his words leave and find another hotel. They would not refund us though as it's in there policies no refunds.
After a bit of back and forth they loved us to another room which also smelt but not as bad.
The air con is stupidly loud and you cannot sleep if it's on.
No kettle just a coffee machine
No bath
No robes
We were moved to a basic room not a club what we paid for
On checkout I airer concerns again and asked for a refund which they point blank refused.
They are trying hard to be quirky and forgetting all the basics of comfort and customer services
I would never stay here again and would not recommend.

Had no useable WiFi for 3 nights. Asked for it to be looked at three times from the day I arrived, and there was no improvement or comms regarding its status.

We checked in and had a room on the 8th floor. The room was smaller but the view was of the city. After being in the room for 20 minutes we noticed the AC unit was leaking in the entry floor. After a few hours the hotel brought in a giant swamp cooler as a a replacement. We let them know that the swamp cooler would not be an acceptable fix to to the size in our small room, the amount of noise, and that it smelled mildewing. They understood our concerns and after about an hour, they were very busy, they moved us to a room on the third floor. Their room was close to the train tracks and you can hear them all day and night but they let us know that and we were fine with it because the noise doesn’t bother us. On the upside our room was twice as large. The gym is a good quality. The buffet breakfast, while limited, is clean and orderly. The club lounge is a nice addition if you want coffee or tea any time of day. They also have a very basic continental style breakfast and cookies during the day. I would stay here again.

Excellent hotel and really near to everything we needed for our stay

Hotel was clean, comfortable having the bar downstairs was great
Staff were friendly and efficient
Sauna /pool were great but very pricey at 25 euro per person per entry

The room was unbearably humid despite it being an autumn day. We asked staff to address this and they put in an industrial fan which made no difference and was impossible to sleep while it was on. All in all a really bad experience in a ridiculously expensive hotel - definitely not good value for money

The hotel was incredibly clean and modern. However the room Aircon was very noisy. If you like a quiet room then this isn't for you.

Lovely hotel for a very good price. Staff helpful. Area very accessible by public transport but feels a little unsafe at night but the hotel itself very well lit outside and you can’t hear outside

We were in town for the GT vs FSU game and had a wonderful stay. The staff was professional and attentive especially Victoria at the front desk. Her culinary knowledge of the area was spot on and was always willing to answer my questions providing local knowledge.

Perfect location directly across from the train station was super convenient. Kinda sketchy area but not too bad and easy walk across the bridge. Beautiful hotel, friendly staff.

Service is a hit & miss - Isabella was lovely but Daniel was rude and very unpleasant! I had a few interactions with both and they remained consistent.
I stayed in 3 rooms whilst I was here and they were all Club Rooms which had a fancy operating system. Though, some of the lamps did not work and more importantly, the bathrooms were not the cleanest with hair all over the walls and in the corners.
Bath panel also popped off in the middle of the night which we had to fix.
There was dirty next to the toilet too.
The sink tap was consistently falling off despite them fixing it. We had to fix it or it meant the tap was left running!
I supported all of this with pictures and an email. They did not reply to me.
You also had to pay extra to use the spa which was not great.
Breakfast was ok but not worth the money.
And the rooftop lounge looks better in pictures.. very anti-climatic.
Overall, not good value for money.
For club rooms, there are lifts specifically for access to these rooms only. In our last 2 days, that lift was not working. The lady at reception was not keen to help and just brushed me away without explaining anything. A kind person was then able to help me with the card usage to access to other lift.
Also, you are only able to use the WiFi in the lobby and rooms. not around the hotel.
The restaurant at the front had great service and great food but again, quite overpriced for what it was.
Location was amazing! But, very hard to get a taxi.

Quality place to stay in the heart of the city.

Upon check-in everybody was very nice and helpful. We left our luggage in the room, went into the city centre and upon returning noticed that the room smelled badly of cigarette smoke, which we assume came from the ventilation in the bathroom. Using the balcony was forbidden (the only warning being a sticker on the window frame - not explanation) and so closing the bathroom door and using the air-conditioning were our only means of help. On the second day this problem persisted, so we contacted the staff at the desk. They said that it would be impossible to switch rooms as the hotel was fully booked. But after more than 30 minutes they sent somebody to spray the bathroom to deal with the cigarette smoke. It only helped briefly and so we had to deal with this for the rest of the trip. On our first morning house keeping knocked on our door at nine. We said we needed a moment and left the hotel shortly afterwards to return at 4pm. The room had not been cleaned. As we were tired, we left a sign not to be disturbed on the door, but surely enough house keeping knocked after 30 minutes thereby waking us up. There was never any house keeping before 4 pm when we returned to the hotel every day. The breakfast room was heavily overcrowded and in the basement. The air-conditioning cooled our food so quickly that everything was cold after a few minutes, the toaster did not work. A manager was seen in the breakfast room and lobby and chastized the truly nice people.

The hotel itself is fine, not exactly worth the price but its fine, however, due to a last minute cancellation with my flight I had to extend my stay for 1 night. I was charged for 2 guests in the room and realized upon return to the US when I received my itemized receipt and I have been emailing the hotel since last week now asking why I was charged for 2 guests when the receptionist clearly seen I was alone and they are ignoring me and not responding. Stay somewhere else where they will not try to scam money out of you.

Really unsafe area and extra fee for spa pool. Do not recommend

Great, modern hotel for the value. Highly recommend! The bed and pillows duvet were divine after a long day of walking and aight seeing.

Great location for Dublin, we found it really easy to get to using buses etc and we would just walk home from temple area. Fantastic! Only small thing I can offer to improve is leaving a book on how to work the AC etc and we have fluffy pillows on bed but could benefit from having the choice of either fluffy or firm.

it was very good they upgraded our room and the service was outstanding. Ahmed one of the porters/bell boys was exceptional.
The front desk staff were very friendly.

Someone gained access to my room and removed some personal things out of my room. Hotel refused to accept any responsibility for the incident. On the floor I stayed there was a smoking balcony, door were slammed non stop on that floor. I would not stay in that hotel again
