Great place to stay, great complimentary breakfast and price is great!

Booked Saskatoon Inn as usual for a business trip. The staff is always friendly and the breakfast can’t be beat.
Upon check in, I was told I could be upgraded to corner king suite 822, which I accepted.
After a short time in the room, I noticed a slight “sewage” smell, but didn’t think much about it since I was leaving for work. Upon returning, I figured out where the smell was coming from. Every drain in the bathroom emits a sewage smell! Using the bathroom fan only made it worse!
I have always enjoyed my stays at S’toon Inn because of the gym, staff, and especially the included full breakfasts. I’ll just make sure to thoroughly check my room next time to avoid this type of problem. The old building is probably just beginning to show its age.

The airport shuttle is a nice touch

Good location for us and a huge free parking lot. Kind of disappointed the silver status only gets you one free breakfast coupon/night now. It used to be two.

Was comfy after we were given another room

Friendly staff really enjoyed our stay

Terrible humming sound inside the room. Heating and air conditioning making extra noise. We asked at the desk I and it seemed to be a problem on all floors. Not only the upper floor. Hotel building seems to be old and not well renovated. It’s close to the airport and the bistro downstairs is nice.

Quiet, comfortable, clean. The downstairs restaurant was a great area to relax. Good parking as well.

The bed is quite springy feeling. We also had supper at the garden restaurant and had to ask for menus, our food and everything. Great food but it took a long time.

Clean rooms, plenty of free parking.

The hallways were filled with kids running and screaming until after 8pm. Adults were drinking and loud music in the hallways. Very disappointed this was allowed to happen.

Was good value and nice sized rooms

Room was dirty. Lamp shade. Black fingerprints. Outside bathroom door. Dirty black on the door
Jet tub when ran the first time had floaties. Unclean. Dirty
Hallway was loud all night.
Asked for late check out. Gold member. Was approved. They knocked on my door 3x from 12-1. Asking when I was leaving.

I have been a frequent stay at the Saskatoon Inn for over 10 years and this property has gone downhill. I am a VIP member and my last trip I was stuck in a room that the heat I could not turn down. I have no access to a window or a patio door Not impressed.

Well it could have been cleaner. Also I had left a note about an additional guest with me at the front desk and to peovide them with a key, but they were questioned and then escorted by security which was weird.

Just a stop over. Got in late and had to move our daughter in the am

Much better than expected for an Airport Hotel. Great rooms and a wonderful restaurant/Lounge.

Everything was okay but the room coffee was horrible.

Overall stay was good. Breakfast was expensive even with vouchers, rooms were really hot with minimal control of the heat and the windows wouldn’t open. Hotel was clean service was excellent!

The rooms are too warm, asked for fans and took me 3-4x to call before they bring in a fan. Carpets and board chairs are old and needs replacement

Hotel is generally in need of some major renos and updates. I always check the bed for bugs when I go into hotels and when I pulled back the sheets, noticed many stains on the sheets and mattress cover. The housekeepers were still in the hallway so we showed them and they promptly came in and changed the mattress cover and sheets. When it was brought to the front desk's attention they said it was rust stains from their washing machine but there is no way that's what this was.
I will give props to the housekeeping staff for being so prompt with changing the sheets and the bed was quite comfortable. But it was disappointing that this used to, at one time, be one of the fancy hotels in Saskatoon and is now looking so run down.

Wonderful hotel, modern, quiet, lots of space. Good amenities and food options. Friendly personnel. Central location, easy accessible. Highly recommend for your stay in Saskatoon.

More than what I expected. The room smelled very nice when I opened the door. Room was spacious, with big window. The carpet was cleaned and felt like new. The shower was cleaned and good size, water pressure was great. I will definitely come back when visiting Saskatoon again and gladly recommend to anyone.

Booked 2 weeks in advance to treat my husband for his birthday and they couldn't find our reservation. They tried to make up for it by giving us a couple of breakfast vouchers and a downgraded room with an uncomfortable bed, no air circulation, and it was super hot in the room that they put us in. We were both disappointed as our stay before had been great which is why I was excited to book in advance to get a good room for this special trip, but unfortunately ended up checking out early.

One night stay. Hotel is in good shape considering age. Room great except for some caulking that needs attention in shower. Restaurant very good. Handy snack store at front desk. Reasonable price.

The furnishings throughout the whole building need to be attention. I didn’t see a single item that wasn’t damaged or significantly dated. Despite the conditions, the hotel is clean, which saves it. The pool is cute but not private in any way, as per the design, so I didn’t use it. The airport shuttle service is amazing and is the only reason I would return. The staff would benefit from training around deescalating customers who are upset. There were 3 customers who were struggling to communicate well (they were irate) and the staff seemed to not know what to do or how to respond effectively. I felt unsafe in the lobby during one specific man who was very upset. Management must take notice!

The glass covered night table had not been wiped down. There was a smudge of something and fingerprints on it. There wasnt any tea in the room.

This was a very good experience, because it is pet friendly and quiet.

No Hot Tub at this hotel. Gardens and main area are beautiful but hotel rooms and hallways are gross and dirty. Very old hotel. Terribly hard to get towels. Room was small. Bathroom was tight.
5.0
Comfortable and enjoyable. The premises have lots to offer. Easy to get together with family members on site. Also very easy access to all parts of the city.

All good

Pillows were bulky and uncomfortable. Tiny air mattresses that was not comfy. (king superior room). Bathroom sliding door didn’t close properly, leaving an inch gap. Bathroom light shines out right onto main bed, so anytime someone uses it at night… light shines right in eyes. Almost never towels at pool! Takes a long time to check in every time. Fire/smoke alarm in hallway kept going off during night intermittently. Was not a comfortable stay at all.

Hotel was nice, lobby looks very nice! Room was comfortable. Bed was a bit on the firm side and pillows were lumpy. Room was a nice size and clean.
