The service desk workers are friendly and caring. The room was clean and large.

This hotel is going downhill. In addition to the dirtiness they now how the bright idea to start charging for parking. This hotel is not in a crowded area. Last time I will stay at this location.

Ongoing construction noise 9a to 6p. Excellent breakfast, custom omlettes!

We were surprised and disappointed at the size and layout of premium suite. It truly is just a typical room. Attempted to change for two smaller rooms and was told no. We also did not know the hotel was under construction. Not the best experience:(

Very nice rooms and staff, if I had one constructive criticism to say it would be this: include parking fee when customers are reserving room, that way the whole price is covered.

The receptions were beyond welcoming and friendly! The room was okay. Seemed cleaned. The shower temp and pressure 0/10. The water never got hot. They are currently doing construction in the lobby but it never got too loud but I was also in the opposite side of the construction. You have to pay for parking which when I booked it was NOT mentioned in Expedia. Probably wouldn’t have booked with them if I knew that.

First There was no notice that the hotel was under renovation. Then we had to pay for self parking. I have stay at Hilton properties and pay for valet but never self parking at any Embassy Suites Unless this is new. I Requested a bathtub and got a shower instead that had mildew in the show along on ceiling that looked like flooding from upstairs and no hot water. The carpet was soaked with water leading to the bed room. I did complain and all the staff said was I’m sorry. I will not stay at another Embassy suite again!

Just not sure I’ve ever paid for parking for a property not downtown

Breakfast & managers cocktails were plus. No disposable utensils were in the room - forks, knoves, etc. I had to request at breakfast

At check in, I heard the clerk tell the couple ahead of us that he would waive their parking but that was not an option for us! I didn’t even read in the description that they charged for parking! As much as I book at the Embassy, parking should be waived automatically! I also didn’t read anything about the hotel is under construction! There was dust everywhere and the noise was irritating! We booked a staycation to REST! I also feel like the evening reception and complimentary breakfast was limited due to the construction. The room also didn’t feel very clean with rust, torn wallpaper, stained furniture and filthy carpets. The pool water didn’t look clean and the fitness room had dirty towels and used cups everywhere! This was the worst Embassy stay I have ever had!

The hotel was packed with people there for a family reunion so getting fed took time. Some food was cold when We finally got up to it.

The staff were all very friendly and did their best to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The location was great. Overall the room was comfortable and clean. The made to order breakfast was very good and included an omelette station. Parking is not included and does cost an additional $15 per night.
The biggest complaint I have is about safety and security. Our first night there we noticed a door we thought was propped open between the weight room and pool. We reported it to the front desk who immediately called maintenance who had to fix a broken hinge from it being forced open. The second night the same thing occurred with a different door in the pool area from outside. This time maintenance quickly arrived to fix the external door, once again with a broken hinge, but then unlocked the internal door that was supposed to require a key card. Not even a few minutes after he left multiple people were able to access the pool area without using a key card. It made us very uncomfortable and seems to be an ongoing issue that needs to be addressed.

Nowhere on the website nor Expedia did it say that the hotel was under construction. We stayed on the second floor and remodeling was being completed on the third floor. You could not nap during the day because the noise was unbearable. The first room that we were assigned to, we found a crack pipe and lighter hanging outside the side of the mattress. We were supposed to get a call from the headquarters and received no call. This visit was not a good one for you.

I stayed in the Embassy Suites some days in July 2024 and there was remodeling going on with fresh paint that set my allergies off also the sound of tools. I feel like I should have been told that all this was happening.. there was only one elevator working and no in ice alone with No hot water. Plus had to ask for extra towels. Not happy at all .

Yes! Right next to CVS and Arby. A nice walk to the Galleria. Breakfast is always delicious.

The first room that they gave us the AC was working. So they moved us to another room that was whole lot nicer. And that room there was no remote one of the TVs and no phone to call the front desk so I had to go downstairs to solve the problem, but other than that, this place was really nice place

The rooms were very noisy, I could hear my neighbors phone conversation crystal clear! The floorboards from the unit above me were so noisy that I was awoken from a dead sleep more times than I could count. I had NO HOT WATER and had to report it. Onsite maintenance was able to assist, but the water didn't stay warm much longer than one shower.

Liked the shopping and dining. Not a fan of the construction going on in the hotel but obviously it’s unavoidable when remodeling.

The pool is closed. We were not able to swim, but we paid for it. The hotel is having renovations going on we he drilling in our room. I couldn’t sleep. Hot water in the shower is not really hot. We are checking out and going to the Embassy Suites on Stemmons tomorrow hopefully that will be better as we celebrate our 33rd year anniversary. I was not pleased and would like a refund of our stay.

We did not realize the hotel is being renovated, which is great....however less so when it's from 9-6 on the floor above you! Also only one working elevator. Great breakfast, housekeeping, decent room, nice front desk staff.

The air conditioning does not work so it is very hot and hard to sleep. The water does not get warm so unless someone like cold showers, which we don’t, it’s too cold to shower. The fridge doesn’t work so I can’t put my daughter’s antibiotic in it. The down stairs staff were nice and it is not their fault. This was a very uncomfortable and inconvenient stay.

I've always loved Embassy Suites since my first stay when I was a teenager. This one is going through some renovations which shows they're still staying true to the excellence exhibited over the years. The only issue I have is there was a charge of $15 a day for parking. It's not a covered parking garage, it's just a lot which is no different than the CVS store next door. It didn't ruin the stay, but was annoying. Other than that, it was a good stay as always.

Christopher at the check in desk was very friendly and welcoming!

The happy hour vouchers were useless since they advertized beer and none of any kind was avaiilble. Also the hot water in the bathroom never even got warm in the sink and the shower. Both never got warmer than luke cold.
I never had a bad experience at this location before and the facility is under costruction and was not notified of any of this during booking. Very dissapointing experience.

The property was under construction with much needed renovations. Old and outdated. Bar was a makeshift on tables. Had to pay for parking to stay at the hotel. Don’t recommend and won’t be back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Embassy Hotel in Dallas near Galleria, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! Location, facilities, service, and cleanliness were all exceptional!

The hotel is under construction and had the nerve to make you pay for parking. The sign clearly says there will be no construction work being done until 9 AM. I was woken up at 8:11 by Nails and drills above my head on the sixth floor.

The property did not disclose when booking they were under constructuon. They had closed the gym as well, shut off the water at one point and the toilet in my room wasnt flushing. To top it off when i booked the parking was free however when i arrived they had started charging amd wouldnt wave it. This was my local hotel for Dallas travel but i will not be staying here again.

We had a great stay up until the last two days where there was construction going on, making it difficult to relax.
