I know it was a last minute reservation and didn't expect alot but as soon as we arrive the lady ask for my name and gave me a paper to sign. Didn’t check my id or credit card or nothing! When we got to the room it had a humid smell! There is an empty space behind the desk that im guessing is for a sofa or something! When i went to use the restroom and sat on the toilet seat the toilet seat was broken. After went to take a shower and the shower head drips most of the water instead of the reg shower head holes! Then we started watching tv and the tv shut down and never came back on! When me and my son finally went to bed the sheets and comforter were too small for two people so we were fighting for the blankets all night! I will be asking for a refund lets see what happens!
There were positives of this stays like the hot water and the bed was comfortable to sleep on!

It was very nice&clean,and all the staff was very nice and helpful made sure to change out our towels everyday and anything else that we needed and it was very affordable as well so it was a win win in my book.

Nasty, this property was disgusting. As soon as we walked into the room, it smelled of mold. There were pubic hairs, stuck all in the sheet not to mention the pillows were dirty. It looks like they were stained with coffee and tea. I’m sure it was sweat. They did not want to refund the money. We just paid to stay there all week, but thankfully they did end up refunding us. I would not stay here for a dollar.

Smelled a strong disinfectant, rust around all water areas. Stayed two nights, they didn’t make up the room. Killed a roach, continental breakfast was very poor. Do not recommend staying here.

This was one of the worst experiences of my time in traveling. When checking in i asked for non smoking room no such luck smelled like smoke. Cigarette burns on sink cabinets and tub. Went and asked for a new room it was just as bad as the first with broken lights and just plain dirty.
My wife and I walked out of the hotel and spent a great weekend at Hilton Garden in down the street. We did not get reimbursed for what we paid so on top of the $800 I paid for the new hotel room i lost the $342.71 I paid Hotels.com for this stay (NEVER AGAIN)

The back door does not secure. We did not feel safe. Constant yelling and slamming of the doors on the rooms next to us with no help from management. Sadly, we did not get a lot of sleep. Continental breakfast...not really. 1 yogurt l, 1 muffin, and oatmeal. Pool....dirty. we will not only not stay here again, but we recommendcno one else stay either. It would be nice to get a partial refund. Very misleading information given about this property.
This does not even address the throw pillows that are being called pillows.

The rooms were not cleaned. Stain sheets & bed covers on all the beds. Broken things in the rooms (Tub, toilet, fridge & hair dryer) & around the properly. Ice machines were nasty & not working. When we booked, its states breakfast will be served but it never was prepared. Some of the staff was rude as hell when asked for assistance.

The staff was nice and the room was clean. My main dissatisfaction was that the room was so damp and the room had an overwhelming smell of mold.
Secondly, I was staying for 2 days. When I left the room for my day at work someone came into my room. I do not know what they were doing but suspected they were looking through my room. I know they were in there because they changed the rags and hand towels at the sink but did not clean anything in the room. My bed was not made and the trash can was not emptied. Why else would they have came into my room. I did not ask for any services and would rather not have anyone in my room.

The front desk did not ask for my ID when arriving confirming my reservations and that I was the person. The elevator hasn’t been inspected since 2022 (Inspection certification expired 2022). The ice machine on the 2nd floor had the motor completely exposed. The shower had continuous running water that you could not turn off and the A/C barely worked, It was incredibly loud in the hallways at night and it constantly sounded like someone was shaking the door to get in. Staff wasn’t friendly and always in their phones when we came through. We got breakfast on our last day and the juices were clearly watered down. So watered down that the orange juice didn’t even look like orange juice. Just looked like orange water.

The hotel pics online look great, but it is clear the hotel itself needs an update.
Pros:
The full sized beds were comfortable and adequate for my husband and I in a pinch. The bedding was nice and clean.
It’s right down the street from Aldi, which is super convenient.
Cons:
Unfortunately, the hard lvp flooring in the hallway outside our room echoes terribly so that you wake up every time someone opens a door in the hall.
The flooring in our room was extremely sticky and at times, our shoes would actually slip on whatever cleaning agent residue was there.
Overall, the room needed some updating although the bed area looked nice.
The breakfast options were minimal, but that’s what you get for the price.

They need to have better breakfast items not only a few mini muffins, packaged oatmeal, yogurt, coffee, and juice dispensed by machine. I think they should have a few more items like croissants, and donuts, for $ 143.00 per night expecting a better breakfast. The place is nice and clean.

The location was good for what we needed, however the property itself was not great. The building smelt like a mix of smoke and cleaning products. The bath tub had hair in it and the walls were messed up in several places. The vent in the restroom was closed and wouldn't open. It was covered in dust. The walls were then and you could here people walking. Would not stay again.

We had an excellent experience for first time. Clean, affordable and staff was curtious. We will be back end of May or June!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. There were a few things that weren't repaired completely. But didn't effect out stay. The lady at the front was very polite and friendly. She was very helpful when it came to giving us information on places to eat.

Only 2 light bulbs in the 5 lamps. No ironing board nor iron. Way too much light in the room. Kept us from sleeping. Pretty quite. Until someone would late at night let their room door slam shut. Which isn't the hotel's fault. Bed was very comfortable. Room was very clean as was the hotel. Staff very friendly.
